After losing at Bound For Glory to AJ Styles, Sting will not be on iMPACT for a considerable, there are reports that he's not returning until many months into 2010
TNAWrestlingnews.com
Gonna miss the Icon, but i thought of a few things from that.
He'll probably return as "the 5th man" for the face team for the Lethal Lockdown match
and i guess that throws the "sting leaving in the spring" story out the window

Unless someone can show something indicating that Sting has had an actual impact (no pun intended) on TNA, I can't say I'm sad.
For someone in much worst physical condition, even Kurt Angle works house shows.

I'm so glad Sting is returning, even if it's for odd appearences here and there, I hope he rests up well.

I gotta tell ya, Sting, Hogan, Angle, AJ, Daniels, Joe, Jarrett, Nash, Steiner, Bischoff, Beer Money, Team 3D, World Elite, Hernandez, Morgan, Rhyno, Suicide, Lethal Consequences, MCMG, Lashley, The Pope, Abyss, Foley, Stevie, the Knockouts division, and the rest of the TNA talent looks like maybe the third best roster I've seen in a wrestling company (aside from WCW circa 95/96 and WWE post-Invasion angle).
So, hopefully Sting comes back, Jarrett comes back, and things can get rolling solid. If Booker stays on, that's fine, but if he's too full of it, let him go. Hopefully, they can get Angelina back too.. but meh.

I'm glad that he's coming back, he still works solid matches and can help boost the young guys.

Hopefully, they can get Angelina back too.. but meh. All those people, are the ones that need to be booted out of TNA, in order for them to truly survive. Stop living in the past. If you wanna see these guys so bad... watch old WCW DVDs. Times have changed and so has wrestling. Guys like Styles, Daniels, Angle and Joe are the ones that should be leading the company into the future. With the likes of Morgan, Storm, Roode, Wolfe, Sabin, Lethal, Shelley and Young being built into bigger stars. Theres a reason the MAJORITY of TNA fans no longer want to see Devon, Bubba, Steiner, Lashley, Sting, Jarrett, etc... these guys are washed up ( in Lashley's case, he's nothing special ) and their time has run out. It's time for those guys to step aside and let the younger guys build the foundation for the company. But no, they need to hold onto the glory of being in the spotlight. Because without it, they have nothing. Hogan and Sting have that namesake, but Steiner... not so much. Bischoff is the only person i'd keep in those that are bolded. The man ( like Heyman ) has a mind for professional wrestling. Toss Eric as the new shareholder of TNA and leave him as JUST that. - Triple S
