I like them but I like the Basics alot more. That's why I was surprised at myself for buying the Rey today, because I had told myself from now on the only Elites I would buy are the guys I really like...HHH, Orton, Legacy, Jericho. And if they ever make Helms & Regal Elites I'll get them as well.

Went to my local Walmart again today because I have a split shift, to see if they restocked anything. They didnt but I didnt want to leave empty handed so I picked up the WHC belt. Great belt, I always hated the Jakks foam crap so I really like the fake leather Mattel uses. The only thing I dont like is having that short strap on the left side. I wish both sides were the same length and I also wish they used 2 sewn on big pieces of velcro.

Yeah I like the Basics better, I got all of series 1 Elites (besides Rey for now) for the simple fact it was the first series and down the road those are the ones that become rare. From now on I am just going to get maybe 1-2 elites a series depending on who is in it. For series 2 I am only planning on Truth and Hardy.

Got Flex Force CM Punk today in yellow. Not a bad figure.
Flex Force is without a doubt Mattels "kid-friendly" line...and this CM Punk has better tattoos then pretty much any Jakks CM Punk.

I thought about picking it or the Matt Hardy up at Spring Valley the other day, but passed and got the Elite Rey instead. And I just saw TRU.com added more Mattel items, but they were only the FlexForce Series 2 HHH/Show/Bourne.

I've actually really come to like the Flex Force line. I agree this is the line they are targeting to kids. But, the figures are built well. Better than any other line that has included an action element, and that includes Hasbros. I've been collection wrestling figures now for over 25 years and the Mattel line has got me energized again.

Quick questions about the Cena/Edge belt pack, Do the figures come with the name stands and how much is it at retail? Yes they do. I think it was $30 or $32 at TRU. I don't quite remember because I picked it and a few other figures up with the spend $40 on Mattel WWE and get $10 offf. Plus I also had a 20% off all Mattel WWE Rewards coupon + a $5 off rewards coupon so after all the discounts my final price was $26 and some change.

I found 2 Kane x/1000s at the Colonie, NY TRU across from Colonie Center. I picked up the lower of the two (#0697/1000) and left the other for someone else to pick up.

I had a 20% off Mattel coupon for TRU so I decided to buy the Elite MVP today. It's honestly a great figure and I'm glad I grabbed it while saving a few bucks

I found Basic 2 tonight at Wal-Mart which was a huge shock since this store NEVER has anything good. Grabbed Kane and Mark Henry but sadly no 1 of 1,000 was there.
Also I became tempted by the EG HBK, but passed on it. Maybe I'll get it another time.
