In grade school I'd say the pledge with "under God" because atheism/agnosticism wasn't hip when I was a kid. Throughout high school I'd just sit there and not say while everybody else did it. Nobody really batted an eye. Then again, I was joined by a couple others who felt similarly.

I love how everyone is jumping all over how wrong the teacher/school are, but don't say a thing about how wrong the kid was.

By the end of my senior year, me and two other classmates were the only people still saying the pledge.

When the pledge was done in assemblies, I would either: A. Stand up, and face my back to everyone. B. Start a "Shut the up!" chant with my friends. You're so different...

When I was ten I was worried about whether Hulk Hogan would be able to pin (insert name of bad guy here). This kid has been taught by his parents that America is evil. That's what it boils down to. In any case, the kid was wrong to disrespect the teacher and the teacher was wrong to scream at the kid. theyre probally democrats No...they are idiots. Don't lump all democrats into some Anti-America group. Shawn Williams...you should grow up sir...and take off the fishnets
