Money In The Bank Ladder Match QualifierKofi Kingston vs
CM Punk w/Joey Mercury and Matt CrossThe bell rings and the two lock up. Punk pushes Kingston to the corner and hits some elbows before the referee pulls him away. Punk begins to yell at him and Kingston hits a kick to the gut and then one to the jaw as Punk leans over. He hops onto the second turnbuckle and hits another kick to the jaw and then a crossbody from the turnbuckle, but Punk manages to roll through and holds the tights on a small package, but Kingston kicks out. They both get up and Kingston hits a few jabs to the face and whips Punk off the ropes and jumps high into the air, landing on Punk's shoulders and punching down on him. Punk takes hold of the legs however, and pulls him onto his shoulders and attempts to drop him for the GTS, but Kingston manages to spin onto his feet and sweeps the leg and takes Punk down for a pin attempt, and a 2 count. He gets up and hits off the ropes, preparing for the Boom Drop, but Cross grabs his leg at the ropes and the referee rushes over and begins to argue with him. After a little while, he has heard enough and tells Cross to go to the back. Cross begins to flip out and Kingston waves bye to him with a grin, and Punk takes advantage by clotheslining Kingston down to the mat from behind and begins to stomp him down hard. He drags Kingston to his feet and shoves him into the corner, backing off before coming back with a knee to the jaw and a huge bulldog to the middle of the ring. He checks his own mouth for blood from earlier shots before going for a pin, Kingston kicking out easily. Punk is furious and drags Kingston up and begins to send blows to the head. Kingston fires back and a fist fight ensues. Punk hits a sudden kick to the ribs, however, and pounds down on the back before throwing Kingston to the outside. He goes off the ropes and rushes back, diving out to Kingston, but hitting the barricade as Kingston moves out of the way in a flash. He stumbles over to Punk and puts him up against the barricade and hits some chops before shuffling around and kicking him in the jaw, causing him to keel over the barricade halfway. Kingston makes his way in the ring and then out onto the apron to restart the count. Punk slowly gets himself up and Kingston jumps off as he turns, but Mercury is nearby and pulls himself in the way for his Straight Edge Savior. Kingston lands on his feet, holding onto the barricade. He looks to Mercury in surprise as Punk cheap shots him in the back of the head before throwing him shoulder first into the steel steps and rolling into the ring at the count of 6. Kingston slowly pulls himself to his hands and knees and just barely gets in the ring at 9. Punk can't believe it and begins to stomp down on Kingston in anger and drags him to his feet, shoving him to the corner and delivering some more strikes. He goes for the knee again, but Kingston pulls himself away and tips Punk over, only to land on his feet on the apron. He points and laughs at Kingston thinking he outsmarted him, but Kingston hits a sudden Trouble In Paradise, causing Punk to start wobbling before collapsing to the outside. Kingston taunts to the crowd and flies himself off the ropes and comes back, jumping onto the top rope and clapping once before diving off and hitting the Boom Drop on Punk! The crowd goes crazy for the high spot and both men are down on the outside. Both men slowly struggle to their feet before rolling back into the ring. As they rise up, Punk rakes the eyes and hits a knee to the gut, then a kick to the chest and a clothesline to the mat. He gets up in the corner and steps to the apron. Kingston rises and Punk jumps onto the top rope and clotheslines Kingston down off the springboard. They both get up shortly after and Punk ducks a roundhouse kick and lifts Kingston onto his shoulders and hits the Go To Sleep and hooks the leg and gets a very long 2 count. Punk can't believe it and slowly gets up, dragging Kingston with him to the ropes. He steps to the outside and pulls Kingston's face down body halfway outside. He backs up before running and kicking him in the jaw. Punk then gets back in the ring and grabs hold of a leg, dragging Kingston a little away from the ropes before applying a single legged Boston Crab. Kingston begins to yell out in pain as the referee asks if he wants to tap over and over. Kingston reaches the ropes slowly and puts his hand around the bottom one. The referee counts to 4 before Punk releases in frustration. He drags Kingston back up and sets for the GTS once again, but Kingston quickly slides off the shoulders and dropkicks Punk into the corner sitting. He backs off in high steps and gets fired up before rushing and sliding into a low dropkick to the chest. Punk curls across the bottom rope and Kingston gets up, clapping his hands high in preparation. However, Mercury hops onto the apron and spins him around. Kingston ducks a shot from him and hangs him up on the ropes, causing him to fly back. He turns around and goes for the Trouble In Paradise, Punk ducking and pulling him for the GTS and hitting it. Both men are laid out and Punk slowly drapes his arm across the chest, but Kingston puts his foot on the bottom rope. The referee calls the break and Punk gets to his knees very slowly looking to the referee with a pathetic look across his face. He gets up grabbing the referee by the collar and demanding him to count the 3 this time. He turns around and pulls Kingston back up and points to the referee, telling him to be ready, but Kingston pushes him backwards and Punk comes right back with a hard clothesline attempt, Kingston ducking under it and on the turn he finally executes the Trouble In Paradise and hooks the leg for the 3.
Winner of the match: Kofi Kingston [20:42] ****Kingston gets back to his feet and hops onto the turnbuckle clapping to the crowd in celebration. He wipes some sweat from his forehead and smiles like usual, hopping out of the ring. Punk sits up slowly, Mercury getting in the ring and Cross coming back down. They start to help him up, but he shoves them away blaming them for him losing. Mercury puts his hand out and Punk slaps it away. Cross tells him to calm down and Punk doesn't take lightly to it, slapping him across the face. Mercury puts his hand out and pleads with Punk to stop, and he says he is sorry sarcastically.
We head backstage to Josh Mathews and he introduces his guest to be Dolph Ziggler. He asks what it would mean to him to possibly win Money In The Bank tonight. He laughs, rubbing his hands together, stating it would be perfect because he is perfect, it all adds together. He says nobody in the twelve, now eleven, deserve it and are able to accomplish it except him, so he goes out there tonight and beats Evan Bourne and then wins Money In The Bank.

Benjamin can't find another one and begins to talk to him as if he can't speak or understand English again, and Tatsu gives him the gun back before kicking him in the back of the head and leaving him laid out on the side of the road. He bows to him and turns to the camera, simply saying "Summerslam; August 15, 2010."

He pulls Truth up it and they come out onto the stage, McIntyre striking on Truth hard and he stumbles backwards down to the ramp, McIntyre with strike after strike after strike. As they get down to the ring, McIntyre throws him head first into the steel post and then throws him into the barricade low. He says he has beaten John Cena twice this year, and Cena - "unfairly" - got him twice. Mathews points out Cena beat him last year as well and Miz tells him to shut up and snags the microphone away from him. He says that he has also beaten John Morrison, somebody who won the World Title at WrestleMania well he won, he looks around with a grin, ironically in a Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Cena ducks a shot and hits the Throwback before the 5 Knuckle Shuffle. As soon as Morrison rises, he lifts him for the Attitude Adjustment and drops him with it, but Miz comes running behind him and lifts him up, tossing him out of the ring. He quickly drops to the mat and hooks both legs of Morrison, pulling on the tights as well, and gets the victory with the 3 count.
Winner and still World Heavyweight Champion: The Miz [13:30] ***Miz quickly rolls out of the ring, the referee following him and handing over the World Heavyweight Championship. Cena gets up on the outside as Morrison slowly sits up in disbelief. Miz points at both of them shouting "I'm Awesome!" over and over again. Cena and Morrison shake their heads in disappointment at each other. However, as Miz is celebrating the crowd begins to change to cheers instead of boos as Shawn Michaels is shown hopping the barricade! Morrison points him out to Cena in concern, and Cena turns to the Sweet Chin Music. Morrison gets out of the ring checking on Cena asking what the hell Michaels is doing, and he gets laid out with the Sweet Chin Music as well. Miz looks on in shock from the top of the ramp as a last image of HBK over the two with a blank expression across his face is shown.

Jericho slowly struggles to his feet and DiBiase begins to unload with strikes to him again and he hits a scoop slam, following it with a knee drop to the chest. He prepares once again for Dream Street, but now Cody Rhodes comes down to the ring on the apron. Winner of the match: Chris Jericho [10:09] ***Jericho has a short and quick celebration of his cheap victory before scurrying from the ring, DiBiase on his knees in anger. He seems to be in the same situation as this past Monday as The Legacy surround the ring. Ted fends him off shortly before Rhodes gets in and boots him in the back of the head. Rhodes stomps down on him well Joe and Brett pound down across the neck and back. After they are satisfied with that, they drag Ted up to his feet and the Cross Rhodes is delivered to end this beat down. The Legacy get out of the ring and head their way up the ramp as the referee checks on Ted.
We cut to ringside and Lawler talks about how these months and months of implosion between Rhodes and DiBiase has now become a 3-on-1 assault as many times as possible and Ted is definitely going to want to get this settled once and for all. He does regain his stance, however, but Ziggler pulls down on the top rope and hangs him up. He runs to the corner and hops onto the 2nd turnbuckle, hitting a superplex with ease. Each man gets up slowly, Ziggler hitting some chops to the chest and a DDT. He gets a 2 count on the pin attempt, though. He gets frustrated with the referee and grabs him by the collar before shoving him aside. He turns back to Bourne who hits a series of kicks to the legs and then one to the jaw, ducking a slow shot and sweeping the legs out from Ziggler. He quickly scurries to the top rope and hits the Double Knees from the top. Bourne taunts to the crowd, fired up, and he goes right back to the opposing turnbuckle and climbs it. He prepares slowly, diving off and missing the Air Bourne as Ziggler rolls out of the way. After a slow count for both men being down, they rise. Ziggler comes rushing, a big mistake, and is tripped between the top and middle rope. Bourne grips the top rope and dives over, leg dropping over Ziggler's neck. He scoops himself back onto the apron and springboards himself off the top rope and hits the Double Knees once again, going in full speed to the top rope right after and hitting the Air Bourne for the 3 count.

He asks why he wasn't in the World Heavyweight Championship match earlier and Teddy tells him to calm down, Batista ordering him to calm down back. He says he might go right back to Smackdown with Abraham Washington, hell, he might even go to ECW! Vince McMahon puts his hand out from the side and says that is a bad idea, Heyman giving him a disgusted look. Batista says he is going to make a statement one way or another pretty damn soon, and if he doesn't get what he deserves after that - then he'll quit! He storms out of the room.
Money In The Bank Ladder Match QualifierSheamus vs

He hops on his good foot and leans against the ring as Sheamus gets up and pulls his good one out from under him. He rolls into the ring at the count of 7 and Orton hobbles up, and gets in the ring at 9. Sheamus pulls him up and hits a couple slams before going for a pin and getting a 2 count. He forces Orton to his feet again and hits a lot of hard shots in the corner before pulling him out and hitting a clothesline, dragging him back to his feet once again and lifting him up for the Celtic Cross. However, as he charges across the ring, Orton wiggles off and to his feet. Sheamus turns straight to the RKO! Orton hooks the leg but only gets a 2 count. He looks in disbelief as he slowly slithers around the ring, pounding his fists into the mat hard. Sheamus checks his mouth and struggles to his feet, he turns to the RKO again - but pushes Orton off to the ropes and hits the Bicycle Kick as he comes back. He slowly covers him, looking to the crowd with a grin - thinking he has the win, but Orton just kicks out. The Celtic Warrior gets to his feet in anger and drags Orton up, pounding him with strikes across the back and gut. He hits a few to the head before hitting off the ropes and going for the Bicycle Kick again. Orton ducks, and the referee is taken out. Orton seizes the opportunity to hit the RKO and goes for the pin - but the referee is still laid out. He looks at him, licking his lips, and gets to his feet impatiently. He grabs the ref by the shirt and shakes him to get up. As he does so, CM Punk, Matt Cross, and Joey Mercury come running down to the ring and Punk clotheslines Orton from behind, stomping on him hard. Mercury and Cross join in before Punk decides that is enough, and they lift him up, feeding him onto Punk's shoulders and the GTS is hit. The three exit the ring as Sheamus is getting back to his feet. He walks over to Orton and drags him up, hitting the Celtic Cross. He hooks the leg as the referee crawls over and slowly counts the 3.
Winner of the match: Sheamus [12:57] ***Sheamus pops right up to his feet in taunt of his win. Punk, Cross, and Mercury look on from the top of the ramp each with a smile at what they have done. Sheamus acts as if they did nothing, however, as he continues to celebrate well they make their way backstage. Sheamus exits the ring.
We head to ringside. Ross says up next will be the WWE Championship match in a very personal rivalry between brothers Edge and Christian. Striker points out that these two have been at each others necks, either in a hugging brotherly fashion, or choking the other. He then says to take a look, cuing a promo video, but it isn't shown as
Jack Swagger makes his way down to the ring, more serious then usual, however. He gets on the mic as soon as he gets in the ring and says that two weeks ago Randy Orton won a fluke against him and this past Friday he was a part of the 10 man battle royal that took place and was teamed up on and eliminated by multiple superstars at one time. He says this obviously proves they are afraid of him, afraid of the All American American in Jack Swagger, and all out afraid of the greatest amateur wrestler today, in the WWE, in the whole world. He raises the stakes and says he is even the greatest amateur wrestler ever to grace the ring. He starts to speak towards backstage saying that if anybody back there wants to disagree with that, they can come out right now. Nobody responds to the offer and Swagger eggs them on saying everybody backstage is obviously too afraid. He laughs and begins to walk towards the ropes saying he was really looking forward to this. However, a very familiar
theme song hits. Swagger looks up, wild eyes, as Kurt Angle steps out to the ramp with a huge grin as the crowd goes wild. He taunts, pyros going off. He gets down to the ring and gets a mic, loud 'welcome back' chants takeover the arena. He says that he is back, it's true, oh it's
damn true! He smiles to Swagger and says he never thought he'd see the day. He looks down to his gold medals around his neck and raises one of them up, asking Swagger if he really believes he is the greatest amateur wrestler ever. Swagger tries to back out of his own words and says he didn't mean it that way and Angle says to man up to his words, he won gold medals wrestling with a broken freakin' neck, and Jack Swagger, an up and coming star, comes out here saying he's the best. Swagger is cut off from his next line by Angle saying he needs to get his facts straight, because he is far from right. He drops the mic and begins to strike at Swagger hard. Swagger tries to get out of the ring, but Angle wraps his arms around the waist and drags him back, hitting a huge German suplex. He gets up and hits the Angle Slam as soon as Swagger is back to his feet and he pulls down his straps, yelling out to the ballistic crowd. He applies the ankle lock to Swagger, who begins to scramble around in pain. He taps out soon and Angle throws his leg down, taunting to the crowd as he is back in the WWE.
As Angle is still celebrating, we fade to a video package of Edge and Christian winning the Tag Team Championship multiple times over the years. It goes on showing Edge's return in the Royal Rumble right after Christian's elimination thanks to Chris Jericho and Big Show. It goes on to show their history with Jerishow and winning the Unified Tag Team Titles at WrestleMania, but Edge changing his ways at Over the Limit and they go on to lose them to The Hart Dynasty. Edge ends up winning the WWE Championship at Fatal 4 Way and retains the title against Orton as Christian wins contendership. Their recent history on The Cutting Edge and the tag matches in the past few weeks conclude the video.
WWE ChampionshipChristian vs
Edge©The bell rings, both men staring each other down. Edge quickly steps out of the ring and begins to back up the ramp, waving bye sarcastically to Christian. However, he follows right after The Rated R Superstar and clotheslines him down on the ramp. He takes him to his feet and runs back to the ring with him, shoving him in fast. He follows, only to get stomped down hard. Edge takes him to his feet and hits some shots in the corner. Christian pushes him away and hits a clothesline as he comes running back. He pulls Edge up and hits some shots of his own in the corner, and tops it with a dropkick that dazes Edge before causing him to drop to the mat hard. As Edge rises he is met with a hard tornado DDT, and goes for the pin only to get a 2 count. They both get up, Edge pleading with him to back off - begging for a time out. Christian goes to strike him but is kicked in the gut. Edge then gets up, delivering forearms to the side of the face and then a dropkick to send him into the ropes. He gets up to hit a clothesline, and Christian comes right back up, Edge hitting another one. He goes for the pin but an easy kick out occurs. He gets angry and pulls Christian up, tossing him shoulder first into the steel post and kicking him in the gut. He pulls him out and sits him on the top turnbuckle, climbing up behind him. He goes for the inverted superplex, but Christian keeps himself on the turnbuckle, elbowing Edge in the jaw and sending him crashing to the mat. He turns his body and climbs to the top turnbuckle, hitting a frog splash onto his brother. Edge cringes in pain at the move but kicks out of the following pin. Christian gets up and prepares for the Killswitch, and gets the arms locked of Edge and turns, but is pushed off to the ropes. Edge rushes to him as he turns and hits the spear! They lay out at first, the crowd going nuts. Edge covers him, but Christian plops his foot on the bottom rope. Edge smashes his fists into the mat repeatedly in anger and gets back to his feet, dragging Christian to the middle of the ring and preparing in the corner. Christian slowly rises to his feet, and Edge rushes over for the spear, Christian avoiding it and the Rated R Superstar hitting his head off the middle turnbuckle. He wobbles backwards right into the Killswitch and the leg is quickly hooked - the crowd on the edge of their seats as the referee only counts to 2 as Edge kicks out. Christian sits up in disbelief and wipes his hands across his face as Edge slowly rolls outside of the ring. Christian gets up and grabs onto the top rope, launching himself over in a crossbody and takes Edge out. They both get up at the count of 4 and Christian breaks the count by rolling in and out.
