April 6, 2014 from the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, LA
The signature WWE intro airs and for the first time live on the WWE Network, WrestleMania will be taking place and we start things off with the Kickoff Show! The cameras show fans filling the arena up as the panel, led by Renee Young, consists of herself, WWE legend Booker T, Commissioner Mick Foley and Alex Riley. She thanks the group for being here tonight on the Kickoff Show, saying that it is unbelievable that we are finally at WrestleMania! The trio agree, Renee saying here on the Kickoff Show we do have ourselves a United States Championship match, so stay tuned for that. "But before we get in to that, let us discuss what else we will see here tonight. Obviously, this is one of the biggest cards in WrestleMania history, and we'll start things off with a bang for this discussion with the ultimate dream match between John Cena and The Rock." She asks for the panelists thoughts and predictions, Booker saying that this one tough match to predict. He says that he knows both of these guys very well and it makes him feel old to say he faced both of them way back when. With a laugh, he says he has to go with the man that has stayed in the ring for almost twelve years now, John Cena. Foley nods, saying that it will be one hell of a match but he can't go against the Rock 'n Sock Connection! Riley laughs and says it is a no brainer to him, it has to be 'The Great One' walking out with the win tonight for no other reason than that he is The Rock.
Renee turns things over to her colleague, Byron Saxton, in the Social Media Lounge. He thanks her for the transition, saying that the WWE Universe can get in on the conversation for the event tonight by using Twiter. He goes to one of the Tweets that stood out to him just a few minutes ago, from Collect Legends_Marriott: "I can't wait for Bray versus Undertaker and for #TheStreak to come to an end. #FollowTheBuzzards" Saxton follows up with another Tweet from @ryanpantoja10: "The Rock and John Cena finally meet after all these years, lets go Rocky!" And, lastly, a Tweet from @hammersunderjordan11 "Can't wait for #YestleMania with Bryan walking out the new champ!" He makes the note how word has been all week that Danielson has been cleared to compete after the Kimura Lock from Lesnar this past Monday, as officials managed to get Brock off just in time. He sends things back up to the panel, Renee thanking him and saying that is great news about Bryan. She goes forward by mentioning the first Tweet that Saxton mentioned, going forward by asking the panel about The Undertaker versus Bray Wyatt.
"Man, this has been quite the rivalry to watch and I dunno who is gonna walk out the winner." Booker says, stating that he thinks Bray is the biggest threat to the streak so far and he knows that is said every year, but he truly believes it. His heart says Undertaker, but his gut says Bray. Foley says he has to disagree, he has been on both sides of The Undertaker before but never at WrestleMania. "But when I think about if I ever did face him at this event... it is possibly the only match I don't think I could possibly win. I can't go against The Undertaker. No way." Riley says he has been thinking about the answer to this ever since the match was made and he still isn't one hundred percent, but he feels it in his gut that some how, some way, The Undertaker is going to survive another year undefeated at WrestleMania.
Renee says that it is time for the Kickoff match, but they will be back before WrestleMania officially gets underway! But for now, we're sending it down to ringside to Michael Cole, Jerry 'The King' Lawler and John Bradshaw Layfield. The trio thanks Renee for the transition as Justin Roberts stands in the middle of the ring, the bell sounding. "The following contest is your WrestleMania XXX Kickoff match scheduled for one fall and it is for the WWE United States Championship!"
Singles Match for the United States Championship R-Truth with The New Nation vs Sheamus(c)
The bell rings and the two men circle the ring before coming to the middle, slapping hands a bit before locking up. Sheamus hooks a hold of the head and looks out to the crowd, Truth shoving him off the ropes and hitting an elbow on the return. He throws a series of fists and flies off the ropes, coming back to a huge polish hammer to the face! Truth collapses to the mat checking his face, Sheamus going for the pin but only getting a count of two. He drags The New Nation leader to his feet and throws him in to the corner, hitting a couple of chops. Truth manages to throw a boot up in the midst of it, however, and follows up with a series of chops of his own. He ducks a punch and sweeps the legs out on Sheamus, rolling out of the ring and wrapping his leg in to the steel post! The New Nation applauds their leader as he does it a second time, the official giving a warning. "Yeah, yeah! Shut up!" Truth responds, getting back on to the apron. He climbs to the top rope and lets the champion rise, diving off at him only to be smashed in the gut with a clubbing blow. Sheamus hits off the ropes and comes back with a huge clothesline, hitting another one as Truth pops right back up. He follows it up with the Irish Curse and rises on to his feet again, pounding on his chest - calling for the Brogue Kick already! The chants begin, but Bo Dallas gets on to the apron arguing with the referee. The United States Champion looks around the arena, pointing to Dallas as he continues to argue. The New Orleans crowd approves and Sheamus charges forward, blasting Bo with the Brogue Kick! He stays dazed on the apron for a moment before falling back in to the arms of Titus O'Neil, Kofi Kingston and Big E! Sheamus claps his hands with a laugh but turns around to a hard kick to the gut that sends him to one knee, Truth following up with the Axe Kick! He hooks both legs up as fast as he can, the Celtic Warrior managing to power out just in the nick of time! Truth sits up in disbelief and gets on to his feet, looking around in disbelief. He backs the referee in to the corner and puts his hands up for the three count, the official shaking his head though. Truth mutters something and turns around, Sheamus getting back up and tossing him in between the ropes - pulling his arms around the ropes and pounds across the chest ten times! The crowd counts along and cheers as Truth collapses in to the ring, staggering back on to his feet. He groggily turns around right in to the Brogue Kick! Sheamus hooks both legs up for the one, two, three.
Winner of the match and still United States Champion, Sheamus (6:46)
Sheamus rises back on to his feet, leaning back against the ropes pounding on his chest. He spreads his arms back out, the referee retrieving the United States Championship belt, handing it over to him. He steps forward to see The New Nation laid out on the outside of the ring still, raising the title belt high over his head. He gives a stare at R-Truth as he starts to go between the ropes, flashing a smile before making his way to the back.
A promo video airs for the next WWE pay-per-view, coming four weeks from tonight on May 4, 2014 from the Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The one night of the year where WWE goes completely extreme. WWE Extreme Rules, live on pay-per-view and the WWE Network.
Things are sent back to Renee Young and she mentions how we are on the road to WrestleMania 31 after tonight, but she has a feeling that tonight the bar might be set pretty high. She also congratulates Sheamus for just retaining the United States Championship and asks the panel what they think of that contest and Booker says he is glad to see it. "The New Nation gives African Americans like myself a bad name, man. I'm glad they got taught a lesson here tonight by Sheamus!" Foley agrees, saying it is always good to see somebody get their mouth shut that deserves it and that is what happened to R-Truth. Riley, however, disagrees saying he understands the gripes of The New Nation and he feels really bad for R-Truth. Foley and Booker scoff at him, Riley throwing his hands up.
Renee notes that we are not far away from the beginning WrestleMania but we have a few minutes remaining and wants to know what the panel is most looking forward to tonight. Booker says he is really looking forward to seeing Bryan Danielson versus Brock Lesnar inside Hell in a Cell for the Undisputed WWE Championship and he knows he shouldn't be taking favorites, but he really wants Bryan to win. Mick says he can't pick one. "I guess I'm looking forward to everything!" He says with a smile, Riley agreeing with Foley but saying that while he is really looking forward to it all, he is really, really looking forward to John Cena versus The Rock. Young thanks the panel for their time here tonight and they will be back later during the show, but right now it is time for WrestleMania XXX live on pay-per-view and the WWE Network!

The cameras come inside of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome as Justin Roberts stands in the middle of the ring, proceeding to ask the audience to please rise to their feet for "America the Beautiful", being performed here at WrestleMania for a third time by eighteen time Grammy award winner and music legend, Aretha Franklin! She gets a nice ovation from the crowd before bellowing out a beautiful rendition of the patriotic anthem. After the performance, she stands up and waves to the crowd as they applaud, breaking in to a loud 'U-S-A!' chant. She heads off to the back as the crowd is once again gazed over by the cameras, Justin Roberts back in the ring once again. "Ladies and gentlemen, your host for WrestleMania XXX! WWE Hall of Famer, 'The Immortal' Hulk! Hogan!" The New Orleans fans explode as 'Real American' hits, the Hulkster himself strutting out to the stage. He waves his hand and cups it around his ear a few times to work the crowd up, throwing his hands up and down. He makes his way down and in to the ring, continuing to flash his hand about and flex his muscles. The WrestleMania host finally stops the build up and takes a microphone from ringside.
Welcome to WrestleMania XXX! With Special Guest Host - Hulk Hogan!
The WWE Universe bursts in to a ridiculously loud 'Hogan!' chant. He nods in appreciation and finally speaks up. "Well let me tell you something, brother!" He shouts to a gigantic pop, continuing on. "First off, I'd like to welcome every one here at the Silverdome to WrestleMania XXX! Every one in the WWE Universe whether you're watching via pay-per-view or the brand new WWE Network for a low price of $9.99, where you could have got the juices flowing like I did all day by watching classics from all the way back at the very first WrestleMania, brother!" He says that he was competing in the main event of that event, teaming with Mr. T to beat 'Rowdy' Roddy Piper and 'Mr. Wonderful' Paul Orndorff. "That was only the beginning and now we fast forward thirty years to right here in the Silverdome and what an incredible honor it is to be the special guest host, brother!" The fans begin a 'Superdome' chant towards Hogan, whom has to catch himself. He starts to laugh after realizing why they are chanting it and places his hand on his forehead, shaking his head back and forth. "I'm sorry, my Hulkamaniacs have just corrected me and we are indeed in the Superdome, brothers! I'm just so fired up over tonight because this is thirty years in the making, brother. This is the showcase of immortals and around every corner is something you don't expect. A special moment that you'd never expect whatsoever!" Before he can say anything more - glass shatter. The Mercedes-Benz Superdome goes wild as Stone Cold Steve Austin, after a few anticipation building moments, comes marching his way out from the back! He comes all the way down and in to the ring, ascending the turnbuckles and raising his middle fingers in the air.
As Austin comes across the ring for a fourth time, he stops himself and stares Hogan down. He takes a microphone from ringside and backs up to the middle of the ring, still staring Hogan down. "If you're ready for WrestleMania XXX, give me a hell yeah!" He says, garnering a big reaction from the crowd before taking a jab at Hogan by saying it is goo to be back here in the 'Silverdome', drawing a laugh. "Look, when Stone Cold Steve Austin comes down to this ring, it usually means whatever poor S.O.B. is standing in the middle of this ring is about to have a can of whoop ass opened upon them. So, if you want Stone Cold Steve Austin to open up a can of whoop ass on Hulk Hogan right here, right now gimme a hell yeah!" He gets right in the face of Hogan, cracking a smile and saying that he thought the fans would say that but he has too much respect for what Hulk Hogan has done for the WWE. A 'what!?' comes from the crowd and he repeats himself, going through the routine with the crowd multiple times before Hogan requests somebody give Austin a 'hell yeah'! Of course, the fans respond, but before anything more can come between the two a big 'WOOOOO!' is heard, the entire Superdome once again rising on to their feet!
The 'Nature Boy' Ric Flair proceeds to bring himself through the curtains, styling and profiling with his classic strut. He lets out a big 'Woo!' from atop the stage before bringing himself down and in to the ring with a giant smile, shaking hands and embracing with both Hogan and Austin. He takes a microphone of his own, letting out yet another 'Woo!' to the delight of the fans, whom give one back. "Thirty years! Thirty years of WrestleMania, baby, and I can't tell you how excited I am! I'm so excited that I could take my jacket off right here, right now inside of the Super-dome and give it a Hulk Hogan sized leg drop! WOO! The Nature Boy wants nothing more than to be a part of this special moment and I hope you don't mind, Hulkster, but when you're the rolex wearing, diamond ring wearing, kiss stealing, woo! Wheelin' dealin', limousine ridin', jet flyin', woo! Son of a gun! You can't help but steal the moment! WOO!" He struts around the ring a bit, only to be stopped by the familiar cry of 'Aw! Aw! Shawn!'
Another big pop comes from the crowd as out comes 'The Heart Break Kid' Shawn Michaels! He comes out with a big smile across his face, even giving his signature entrance pose. He slaps some of the hands of the fans as he comes in to the ring, running around in a couple of circles before stopping himself and looking at the other three men in the ring. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry... but how can you start off WrestleMania without the guy they call Mr. WrestleMania?" He shrugs his shoulders as Hogan, Austin and Flair nod in agreement, Shawn laughing through his words by saying that he has done it all here at WrestleMania. Austin reminds Shawn that he beat him for the WWE Championship back at WrestleMania XIV. Hogan adds on by saying that he remembers that, when Mike Tyson made that three count. "ALRIGHT OLD MAN, YOU WANNA GO!?" Michaels says, stepping up to Hogan before backing down rather quickly. "Oh yeah, I don't think they wanna see that again..." He says to a laugh. As the four men stand silent, they are met with the theme music of the Chairman himself, 'No Chance'!
The energy in the building is somehow still sustained as Vince McMahon himself comes out to the stage, his hands spread out with a smile. He walks down to the ring in a way only he can walk, finally stepping up in to the middle of the ring in between the four iconic superstars. He prepares to speak but is stopped as a 'This is awesome!' chant bursts out, Austin acknowledging it damn sure is. Vince puts his hand up towards Austin, in a way of offering peace. "Look, guys, I know all four of you have a had problems with me over the years... but, this is getting a bit out of control." Some boos come from the fans, the other four starting to step forward and circle him. Vince begins to beg for mercy, only to be met with a big embrace from Hogan, Austin, Michaels and Flair at the same time. A big applause comes from the WWE Universe as they all pull away with smiles, Hogan speaking up once again. "So whatcha gonna do brother, when WrestleMania XXX, Hulk Hogan, Stone Cold Steve Austin, 'The Nature Boy' Ric Flair, 'The Heart Break Kid' Shawn Michaels, Vincent Kennedy McMahon and the Superdome run wild on you!?" Flair lets out a giant 'WOOOOOOOO!' in response, Austin saying that is indeed the bottom line because Stone Cold said so! HBK steps forward and looks around to them, saying something in the ear of Vince. "And if you're not down with that! We've got three words for ya!" The Chairman steps forward with a smile and throws his hand out, "WELCOME! TO WRESTLEMANIA!" Hogan's music hits once again and the five icons of the industry all raise each other's arm up together in unison, working the crowd over some more before exiting the ring one by one.
A promo video proceeds to air, a voice over talking about the history of WrestleMania, where at the beginning it was just a simple idea and today, it has become something extraordinary. A celebration like no other. Clips of commentary from Michael Cole are heard, speaking about how big of an event WrestleMania is, followed up by the classic call of Vince McMahon saying, "Welcome to WrestleMania!" The voice over continues on, saying that over these thirty years we have marveled at greatness and each and every year, we get to live it all again. Tonight, another chapter in the unfinished book as the story continues and the party rolls on. The video picks up behind the main theme song of "Live It Up" by Airbourne. The promo goes through a bunch of footage featuring some of the top superstars competing here tonight with the likes of Undisputed WWE Champion Brock Lesnar, John Cena, Bryan Danielson, The Rock, Bray Wyatt and The Undertaker. The focus of the video goes to The Rock and John Cena first, going back to the beginning of each of their careers and the comparisons of both men being made over the years. With their similar energy, their ability to get the crowd fired up and their in-ring accomplishments, the true break in comparison comes down to their match tonight. Highlights for the personal rivalries of Dean Ambrose and Triple H as well as CM Punk and Roman Reigns are put in, with HHH beating the hell out of Ambrose on multiple occasions to try and stop him from defying The Authority. Reigns, out to make a name for himself, being led by Paul Heyman to not only cost CM Punk the Undisputed WWE Championship, but to constantly beat him down for his disrespect towards Heyman. The video slows down as "Monster" by Imagine Dragons comes in to the mix for Bray Wyatt versus The Undertaker, with Wyatt attempting to manipulate 'The Phenom' by taking the mask of his brother Kane and the urn of his long-time mentor, Paul Bearer. The Dead Man would claim it all back, however, vowing Wyatt will rest in peace at WrestleMania - with Wyatt responding that 'Taker will follow the buzzards. The video also highlights the rivalries between AJ Lee and Paige plus Batista and Randy Orton, the latter brewing after both men made their marks together, eventually blowing their egos up too much to be able to work together anymore. Paige would win the Diva's Championship from AJ Lee in a battle royal before taking her out intentionally, only to have the crazed Diva to come back and demand her rematch. Finally, back to the main theme "Live It Up" by Airbourne, the rivalry of Brock Lesnar and Bryan Danielson is targeted, going back to Lesnar winning the title before nearly ending the career of Danielson at Hell in a Cell. Bryan would return from injury in shocking fashion, however, to win the Royal Rumble and come back for his rematch - once again, inside Hell in a Cell. The voice over comes back in, saying it is now time, live on pay-per-view and the WWE Network, WrestleMania XXX!
The cameras swing back inside of the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, with a long and bright pyrotechnics display hitting across the entire stage. Michael Cole, Jerry 'The King' Lawler and John Bradshaw Layfield welcome everyone once again to WrestleMania XXX! "It has already been an incredible start to the show!" Cole says while getting agreement from the other two. "But we are just getting started! It is the greatest spectacle in sports entertainment, right here in the Superdome in New Orleans!" Lawler and JBL give their inputs of excitement before sending things over to the Spanish announcers, Carlos Cabrera and Marcelo Rodriguez! After their short input, the cameras turn in to the ring where Justin Roberts stands once again, the bell sounding. "The following contest is a fatal four way ladder match and it is for the WWE Tag Team Championships!" The crowd pops for the opening contest, as the signature of The Wyatt Family hits. The reigning and defending tag team champions, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan, make their way out first.
Fatal Four Way Ladder Match for the WWE Tag Team Championship Goldust and Cody Rhodes vs The Hardy Boyz vs The Usos vs The Wyatt Family(c)
The bell rings as all four teams stay in their own corner, looking all around. After a few moments, all eight men spill to the outside of the ring and the brawl begins! In the midst of things, Harper chucks Goldust over the barricade and in to the crowd and turns around to a splash from Jimmy Uso from off the steel steps that brings them both to the floor. On the other side, Rowan tries to fend off both The Hardys, only to get hit with a double dropkick to the legs followed up by a throw to the ground. The two grab a ladder together and slide it in to the ring, going right in and setting it up. Jeff starts to climb as Matt holds it, only for Cody to come in to the ring and hit a Disaster Kick on Matt - causing him to collapse in to the ladder and knock it over, sending Jeff crashing to the floor on the outside! Cody takes a hold of the ladder and sets it back up, rushing his way up it. He goes to grab the belts but doesn't have a chance to unhook them as Jey comes in from behind and hits him in the back with a ladder of his own! Cody leans back with one hand and gets hit with another shot to the chest, sending him down to the mat hard. Jey puts the ladder between the ropes and starts to climb the on set up already, Harper and Rowan coming in to the ring on the other side of it and using all of their combined strength to push the ladder over and crash Jey in to the one he had placed down! A 'ooh!' comes from the crowd as Jey yells out in pain, flopping right out of the ring. They throw the ladder down to the mat and grab Matt as he tries to come back in to the ring, double teaming him with a drop across their knees, followed by a monkey flip on to the ladder. Goldust comes up on to the apron slowly, climbing to the top turnbuckle. The crowd cheers him on as the veteran stands up straight, the tag team champions turning around to a huge crossbody. Goldust gets back up and helps his brother back in to the ring, setting the ladder up in the middle of the ring again. Cody pulls up the other one in the ring and sets it up as well, the two climbing a ladder of their own. They reach up for the belts but Jimmy and Jey come flying across the ring via a springboard at the same time, taking both Goldust and Rhodes to the mat with spears! A 'holy shit' chant breaks out as everyone is laid out. The Hardy Boyz are the first team to stir and they regroup, getting back in to the ring together. They close up the ladders each and hold them up, letting Harper get up before sandwiching him in between the two ladders. They turn to see Rowan charging at them and smack him on both sides before drilling him across the back! Matt puts his ladder on the mat and keeps it slightly open, dragging Rowan in between it. He backs off to the corner and gets up on to the second turnbuckle, raising his hands up with his signature taunt - giving a yell. He leaps off and crashes with a leg drop across the ladder, crushing Rowan in the process! Matt flops out of the ring holding his leg after the move, Jeff setting his ladder up and beginning to climb up it. He gets to the top, however, and stops himself. He looks around to see The Usos getting up in the corner. They take a few steps forward, Jeff launching himself off and on to Jimmy and Jey! He and The Usos all roll out of the ring.
Harper staggers back up in the corne and starts to come to the middle of the ring, Goldust and Rhodes storming in to the ring, taking him down. They stomp away at him a bit, Goldust giving instruction to Cody to go up the ladder. As he does so with Goldust pounding away with fists to Harper in the corner, while meanwhile on the outside Matt stops what he is doing by placing the ladder in his hands between the barricade and the apron. He comes back in to the ring and rushes up on the opposite side of Cody. Rhodes tries to call for the attention of his brother, but he is too focused on Harper - allowing Hardy to smash Cody's face off the ladder multiple times before hooking a hold of his head, hitting the Twist of Fate off the ladder! Both men flop all the way out of the ring, Goldust turning in confusion as to what happened. He rushes over to the ropes to check on his brother, Harper and Rowan coming up from behind to clothesline him and themselves over the ropes and to the floor. With everyone spilled on the outside, Jimmy and Jey roll back in to the ring. They go to the ladder but stop themselves, flattening it out and leaning it across the top rope. They look to each other and discuss things before Jey steps up, looking around the arena before hitting off the ropes - coming back and running up the ladder, launching himself in to the other six superstars! The crowd pops as he rolls out of the way, the six struggling to get back up as Jimmy comes flying via the ladder as well - taking them all down once again! The Usos high five each other as they slide back in to the ring, setting up the ladder not against the ropes up. They both begin to climb up it but as they reach the top, Harper and Rowan come back in. They pull at the legs, only Jimmy being yanked down in the process. Harper clotheslines him with authority, Jey trying to stay on the ladder as Rowan shakes it. Jey decides to leap off out of nowhere, Rowan avoiding him but Harper catching him on his shoulders. His eyes widen and he quickly charges forward, powerbombing Jey across the ladder set up against the ropes! He flails out of the ring as Harper turns to Rowan, slapping him in the chest. He points up to the titles and begins to climb, Rowan holding the ladder steady. As Harper seems close to grabbing the belts, Rowan lets go of the ladder and it starts to wobble due to his quick movement. He hits a spinning wheel kick on Goldust but turns around to see Rhodes launching climbing on to the top of the ladder, leaping off it to hit a kick to the back of the head of Harper! Rhodes crashes down to the mat as Harper's hands slowly fall from the top rung as he slowly comes crashing towards the outside through the ladder set up between the ring and barricade! The New Orleans crowd goes absolutely crazy as Harper is left motionless, Rowan leaning in between the top and middle rope in disbelief at what just happened to his partner! He stands back up with his hands on his head, turning around to The Hardy Boyz with a ladder in their possession - slamming it in to his face! They put the ladder back in place in the middle of the ring and ascend both sides of it, looking around to see nobody in sight. They reach up for the belts and remove them from the rungs, clutching hold of them!
Winners of the match and NEW WWE Tag Team Champions, The Hardy Boyz (16:22)
The WWE Universe cheer the result as Jeff and Matt raise the title belts high over their heads, having claimed tag team gold for the eighth time in the WWE after six World Tag Team title reigns and one WCW Tag title reign. The commentary team goes over the big spots in the match, where The Usos speared The Rhodes Brothers to the mat from the ladder to Matt hitting a Twist of Fate on Rhodes from the top of the ladder and of course, Harper falling from the top of the ladder through one set up on the outside thanks to Cody's desperate effort. In the end, it has given The Hardy Boyz the WWE Tag Team Championships. Back live, Jeff and Matt stagger up the stage and get to the top - raising their belts up one more time to the crowd, smiles across their faces as they have survived the carnage tonight to show they still have it.
The cameras cut backstage to Byron Saxton, whom introduces his guest at this time the Intercontinental Champion, Wade Barrett. He thanks him for his time and asks how confident he is going in to his championship defense against Chris Jericho tonight, especially after being pinned by Chris not one, but twice in the past couple of weeks. Barrett scowls, saying that doesn't matter. "Those two circumstances were nothing more than flukes. Chris Jericho hasn't been worth while in this business for years now and all he is hoping is that he can hold on to a little bit of glory... unfortunately for 'Y2J', he is running in to the King of The Commonwealth and he is going to fall victim to the Bullhammer tonight... and kneel before me as I walk out still the Intercontinental Champion." He vows it as the rest of The Commonwealth comes behind him, sans Paige, heading off for the match.
Singles Match for the Intercontinental Championship Wade Barrett(c) with The Commonwealth vs Chris Jericho
The referee calls for the bell and the two men stare each other down. Barrett steps forward and pounds his fist in to the palm of his hand, letting out a signature call of 'boom!' in the face of Jericho, whom looks to the crowd with a laugh. He steps up and pounds on his chest rapidly, spreading his arms out before clocking Barrett with a shot to the head. He unleashes a fury of punches and throws in a series of chops, rocking the champion in to the corner. The referee pulls him back, however, as Barrett pulls himself between the top and middle rope to regroup. He starts to come back in and Jericho plants him with a hard dropkick! He sends the champion down to the mat and goes for the pin, getting just a count of two. He gets back up and throws a couple of stomps before having Drew McIntyre already get up on the apron. Y2J takes a moment to think before rushing forward, hitting a forearm to the face to send McIntyre to the floor. He turns around to a huge knee to the gut and Barrett begins to clobber him across the back, whipping him in to the corner and nailing a hard clothesline. He follows it up with a pump handle slam and goes for the pin, only for Jericho to kick out just in time. Barrett gets frustrated and mounts on top of him, firing away with fist after fist after fist to the head. The official gets to a count of four and has to pull Barrett off. The champion storms around the ring and proceeds to go on top of Jericho again, unleashing more fists. He hooks both legs up but, once again, the veteran manages to kick out at two. The champion gets up in disbelief, dragging Jericho on to his feet. He pushes off the ropes but comes back to a low dropkick, Jericho swinging back on to his feet to hit a hard snap suplex, getting a near fall of his own. Both men rise and Y2J ducks a clothesline, flying off the ropes and coming back with a big forearm to the face. He throws a few more of them at Barrett and goes for the lionsault, only to be caught and lifted off the mat. Barrett runs to the corner and slams Jericho in to the turnbuckles repeatedly before turning him on to his shoulders, nailing a hard running powerslam. He shouts that it is over and hooks the inside leg again, getting yet another two count. Barrett rolls out of the ring and kicks the steel steps out of frustration, ordering his Commonwealth brethren to move out of his way as they try to calm him down. He snatches his title belt and starts to come back to the ring, only for Y2J to hit a huge baseball slide that rocks Barrett back in to the announce table. He follows after the champion and ducks a shot from the title, slamming Barrett face first in to the steel post. He rolls him back in to the ring and gets up to a huge big boot! Barrett staggers in to the corner and steps out to the apron, slowly climbing to the top rope. He pats his elbow and dives off for the drop, Jericho managing to move out of the way at the last second. He gets back up and runs to the ropes, nailing the lionsault! He takes both legs quickly and turns Barrett over, applying the Walls of Jericho! The crowd cheers Chris on as he wrenches away at the hold. Damien Sandow, however, comes in to the ring and goes for a big boot on Jericho only for him to duck underneath it and toss Sandow in to the corner face first. As the referee tries to get rid of him, Barrett scoops his title belt up and clocks Jericho in the side of the head! Y2J drops on to one knee and Barrett slides his belt out of the ring to Regal, inverting his elbow pad and nailing the Bullhammer! He hooks the outside leg for the three count.
Winner of the match and still Intercontinental Champion, Wade Barrett (8:54)
Barrett gets back on to his feet and falls back in to the corner with a grin. The Commonwealth all enter the ring before their patriarch, Regal handing over his Intercontinental Championship. He steps forward and holds it over Jericho, whom cringes in pain. Sandow, McIntyre, Rose and Regal all kneel behind their 'King' as he holds the title up with both hands now, laughing at the cheap victory via the use of his championship belt.
The cameras cut outside to the streets of New Orleans, the host of WrestleMania. Michael Cole builds up the wonderful city and how it has been an incredible week here. That proceeds to lead to footage from Fan Axxess over the course of the week, with many superstars meeting the fans as well as tons of fun experiences for the WWE Universe with activities such as where they get to create their own entrance.
Back inside the arena at ringside Cole, Lawler and JBL once again thank everyone for joining us at WrestleMania and coming up next is a rivalry that has become personal. Cole leads us back to Royal Rumble in January, where CM Punk was facing Brock Lesnar for the Undisputed WWE Championship, only to have Paul Heyman's other uprising client, Roman Reigns, to cost him the match. Moving forward to recently, Heyman has hit Punk with a car and has led on a vicious caning of his former best friend, a man he supported throughout the early stages of career when nobody else believed in him. This past Monday, CM Punk essentially vowed to walk away from the business if he cannot defeat Roman Reigns tonight, whom looks to do the dirty work of Paul Heyman by taking Punk out.
Singles Match CM Punk vs Roman Reigns with Paul Heyman
The match begins and Punk runs right at Reigns, hopping in to his arms and rattling him with punches to the head - taking him down to the mat. After unleashing a fury of the punches, he rolls out of the ring and takes Heyman by the neck. He backs him up in to the steel post, his former mentor pleading with him to stop. Reigns swings a boot through the ropes and hits Punk in the face, following out after him and nailing a hard clothesline. The crowd boos in the front row and throws some harsh words Reigns' way, causing him to yell at them to shut up. More boos come as he brings Punk back up, throwing him shoulder first in to the steel steps before bringing him back in the ring, letting him get up between the ropes before nailing his leaping dropkick to the face! He rolls back in, hooking both legs for a two count. He slowly brings Punk back on to his feet and takes him by the back of the neck, thrusting him in to the corner before smashing him with shoulders to the mid-section. He whips Punk across the ring and lets out a roar before charging forward, only to be met with a boot to the face! Punk leaps on to the second turnbuckle and points at Reigns, coming down and hitting him with a bulldog. He goes for the pin but gets a near fall. He lets Reigns get up with the ropes and mashes him with a kick to the back of the knee, followed up by several more that causes Reigns to try and hobble away. He runs off the ropes and comes back with a clothesline, only rocking Reigns a little bit. He goes for it again but Roman manages to avoid it and deliver a big time Samoan drop! He gets right back up and storms to the ropes, roaring out towards the crowd as Heyman applauds him. He turns back to Punk in the corner and steps up to him, throwing a couple of punches to the ribs and face before taking him out, lifting him up for a chokebomb only to get kicked in the face. Punk pushes free and ducks a clothesline, spinning around and hitting one big swooping kick to the back of the head! Reigns drops to the mat and rolls out of the ring, Punk taking a moment before hitting off the ropes and coming back with a suicide dive that sends them both crashing to the floor in front of the announce table! Both men stagger back up and Punk hits a lengthy set of kicks across the gut and chest, throwing Reigns face first off the apron before rolling him in to the ring. He climbs on to the apron and ascends to the top turnbuckle, seeming prepared for his Macho Man elbow drop. Heyman, however, gets on to the apron and begs Punk not to do it. Laughing it off, Punk stands back up straight and launches off at Reigns, only for the elbow to be avoided! Reigns rolls back on to his feet and hits off the ropes, coming back with the Superman Punch on Punk! The crowd boos as Reigns hooks both legs up, only for Punk to find a way to kick out just in time! Reigns sits up and shakes his head in disbelief, arguing with the official over the count. He gets back on to his feet and steps over to the corner, looking to Heyman for advice. He nods after Heyman simply raises his fist, Roman dropping his fist in to the mat as it appears he is going for the Superman Punch again! Punk gets up and turns to it, managing to duck away and hit a hard kick to the leg, followed up by a hard knee to the face. He clenches hold of the neck, holding Reigns' face down to continue pummeling him with knees to the face. Eventually, Reigns collapses between the ropes and falls out to the apron. Punk takes him by the hair and goes to throw him in to the turnbuckle, only for Reigns to put his foot up and catch Punk by the back of the neck - lifting him up with all of his strength to slam him face first off the steel post! Boos come from the New Orleans fans again as Reigns proceeds to climb on to the second turnbuckle to the surprise of everyone, not known for climbing the ropes whatsoever. He pulls Punk in between his legs with a smile and lifts him up for a powerbomb - diving off the ropes and planting Punk right in the middle of the ring! After remaining laid out for a moment from the move, Reigns slowly crawls over and drapes his arm over Punk for the one, two - kick out at the very last moment! Heyman puts his hands on his head on the outside, not knowing how in the world Punk managed to kick out. Reigns staggers back up slowly, forcing Punk up yet again. He whips him in to the corner and runs with a spinning elbow, only for Punk to avoid it and hit off the ropes, coming back with a giant knee to the chin! He runs forward across the ring and plants Reigns with the bulldog, attempting to lock in the Anaconda Vice! Reigns uses his strength to push himself free before it can be really locked in, however. He gets his feet on the ropes and Punk is forced to let go, getting back up and walking straight in to a spear! The crowd groans as they know it is the end, Reigns hooking both legs up for the count of 2.9! The entire building pops for the kick out as once again, Reigns and Heyman have no clue what to do! Roman gets on to his feet and leans against the ropes, Heyman coming up in the corner and saying something to his client. Punk struggles back on to his feet with the ropes, turning around slowly as Roman comes storming at him with another spear attempt, this time Punk managing to avoid it and take time to run to Heyman and blast him off the apron! He spins back around and catches Reigns on the comeback, pulling him on to his shoulders and delivering the Go To Sleep! He hooks the outside leg of Reigns for the one, two, three!
Winner of the match via pinfall, CM Punk (11:38)
Punk rolls on to his hands and knees, a big grin coming across his face in the process. The referee helps him on to his feet and raises his arm up, Punk stepping out of the ring and grabbing Heyman by the collar. "Oh, please! Punk! Punk! Don't do this to me! PLEASE!" Of course, Punk doesn't listen as he throws Heyman in to the ring next to Reigns. He reaches underneath the ring and after a short search, he pulls out a kendo stick with a twisted look across his face. He hops back on to the apron and twirls it in his hand, "Whats the matter, Paul!? WHATS THE MATTER!?" He questions as he comes in to the ring, Heyman getting on to his knees begging once again. Reigns gets back on to his feet, however, and rushes up to Punk only to be blasted with a ferocious shot to the face! He unleashes on Reigns until he rolls out of the ring. Heyman tries to scramble out of the ring but Punk grabs him by the neck, pulling him back up. "Come on, Punk... we go way back... we don't have to do this... it's over, Punk! It's over!" After taking a moment to think about it, Punk lets Heyman go. The crowd boos but 'The Best in the World' quickly responds by cracking a vicious shot across the arm of Heyman! He hits him over and over and over again across the back until Heyman collapses out of the ring, the WWE Universe going wild as 'Cult of Personality' hits, Punk hopping on to the second turnbuckle with his arms spread out and the kendo stick above his head, having gotten his redemption here tonight after the Hell he has been put through by Heyman and Reigns!

Christian dropkicks Santino from behind and he hits Fandango, dropping him to the floor. Santino turns right around to a surprising leaping kick from Rusev and he crumbles over the ropes as well! Fandango and Santino Marella are eliminated. As Rusev is shaking his fists and head wildly, Big Show walks up to him and clocks him with the Knockout Punch! Derrick Bateman is eliminated. As Sandow tries to take credit for the elimination by climbing to the second turnbuckle, Ziggler and Cesaro come up behind him and push him off and to the floor. Damien Sandow is eliminated. Show, Rollins, Ziggler and Cesaro stay in all four corners as the last remaining men. The latter three all charge at the World's Largest Athlete, trying to get him out. In the middle of it all, Rollins turns his back on the plan and tosses Ziggler over the ropes! Dolph once again manages to hang on, however, and comes right back in to launch Seth over the ropes and to the floor! Seth Rollins is eliminated. Show takes Cesaro by the throat and pushes him in to Ziggler, taking him by the throat as well. The crowd gives a mixed reaction as he lifts both men over his head and dumps them to the floor on the outside! Dolph Ziggler and Antonio Cesaro are eliminated. The bell rings, but the crowd starts to make a commotion as Rusev comes in to the ring from behind! He gets on to his feet and Show turns around, being met with a superbly athletic leaping kick from Rusev to the face - sending Show over the ropes and to the floor!
Winner of the match, Rusev (9:05)
The fans actually give some cheers towards Rusev, clearly happy a new face won rather than Big Show. The 'Bulgarian Brute', as Cole points out is his nickname, shakes his fists and hair wildly as Lana comes in to the ring with him. Show stands on the outside and steps up to the ropes, putting his hand in between them to offer a handshake. Rusev, however, shows total disrespect and spits at the World's Largest Athlete! A big 'ooh!' comes from the crowd as Show wipes it away from his face, a scowl coming across his face. He points at Rusev and warns him before heading off, multiple referees bringing the Andre the Giant trophy in to the ring. Rusev displays his strength once again by raising it up over his head, letting out a roar to the crowd!
Cameras cut backstage to show Dean Ambrose wrapping his hands up to a pop from the crowd, while having part of his forehead bandaged up - presumably from the sledgehammer shot he took last Monday. Triple H is shown next, pounding his fists together as Stephanie McMahon comes in to the room, kissing her husband. She asks if he is ready to put this thorn in their side to rest. "You're damn right I'm ready..." He answers, rising up.
A promo video proceeds to air behind "Monster" by Imagine Dragons, going back to Dean Ambrose making his debut under the tutelage of The Undertaker. Over the course of a year and a half, he would could in to his own and even have a 114 day reign as United States Champion. Given his first opportunity at the WWE Championship in a scramble match at Night of Champions, only to be cost the match by The Authority. Thus, beginning his rivalry with Triple H as he would join the frontier to take down The Authority. After missing an opportunity at getting his hands on Hunter at Survivor Series, however, Ambrose began an obsession with getting him to face him. With Triple H remaining MIA, however, his career would continue. Things would finally clash after Commissioner Mick Foley, the one man in the WWE Ambrose had a similar connection with, was assaulted by Triple H - making the rivalry even more personal. The video picks up with Triple H calling Ambrose a nuisance and an undeserving WWE superstar, resulting in many brutal beat downs, including one at No Way Out where Ambrose was forced to wear a straight jacket. The promo highlights Ambrose persistently defying The Authority, even after losing their power, ultimately resulting in yet another brutal beat down by Triple H on the final Raw before WrestleMania. The promo comes to a conclusion with footage of the beat downs on Ambrose with the words of Triple H over it: "Mick Foley may be in command as Commissioner but we all know who the real Authority is around here and at WrestleMania, Dean Ambrose will be brought to that understanding! Look up to Mick as you will, Dean, but just remember what I did to him. Just remember what I did to you. Because at WrestleMania, it is going to be a whole hell of a lot worse because it is indeed No Holds Barred and I promise... No, I swear to God! I will destroy you!"
No Holds Barred Match Triple H with Stephanie McMahon vs Dean Ambrose
The bell rings and Triple H steps forward, a cocky grin across his face as he extends his hand out to Ambrose. He rolls out of the ring and reaches underneath the apron, pulling out a trash can filled with weapons to the delight of the crowd! He chucks it in to the ring and rolls in, taking a stop sign out and pummeling The Game across the arm repeatedly, rocking him in to the corner! He finally delivers a hard kick to the gut and leaps on to the second turnbuckle, unleashing more fists to the head. Triple H quickly responds by taking him by the legs, dropping him face first in to the top turnbuckle. Hunter spins around and throws a series of fists himself before emptying out the trash can, taking another sign from inside of it. "Take that, Ambrose!" He shouts after cracking it across the back. He continues to unleash shots across the spine and finally gives one vicious blow to the head! He rolls Ambrose over and hooks both legs up, only getting a count of two. Hunter rolls out of the ring and takes Ambrose by the leg, smashing his knee in to the steel post! He runs at Ambrose to swing it but the Lunatic Fringe manages to move out of the way, the monitor smashing in to the steel post! Hunter turns around to Ambrose diving on to him again, splashing in to the ring apron. He brings the Chief Operating Officer to the floor and refuses to let up on the fists until he is satisfied with the beat down. "I'm just getting started..." He says, letting Triple H get up before hitting him with a tough knee to the gut and throwing his head off the steel post. The COO rolls back in to the ring and Ambrose follows, missing an elbow drop. He gets back up to a kick to the gut, Triple H pulling him in for the Pedigree and executing it! The Mercedes-Benz Superdome lets out a loud, shocked reaction as Hunter goes for the pin, Ambrose just barely managing to get his shoulder up! Hunter gets frustrated and slams Ambrose's head off the mat repeatedly, grabbing him by the ears. "You're gonna learn, Ambrose! You're gonna learn the hard way!" He drags him up and throws him up in to the corner, delivering a devastating knee to the gut. He pulls Ambrose in for yet another Pedigree, this time the Lunatic Fringe managing to get free and deliver a low blow! The Chief Operating Officer falls on to his knees as Dean shrugs his shoulders, licking his lips with a grin as he looks to the outside. "No more kids, Steph!" He shouts to her irritation, Ambrose following up by blasting Hunter with a vicious kick to the face! He goes for the pin but yet another near fall comes in the contest. Ambrose gets back up and looks out to the crowd, throwing his hands up and down to get the WWE Universe more in to things. He drops to the mat and rolls out of the ring, reaching underneath the apron again - this time pulling out a steel chair! He slides it in to the ring to a cheer but doesn't stop there, going back under to pull out a fire extinguisher! Ambrose sticks his tongue out with a big laugh, sliding back in to the ring. Triple H gets back up and turns to him, being sprayed with the extinguisher! The fans love the spot as Ambrose tosses it down, picking the chair up in the middle of the smoke. Hunter spins around and gets cracked with a chair shot to the spine! Ambrose wails down six more times before going for the pin, only to get another two count to his disbelief!
Ambrose nods as he rises back on to his feet, taking the chair he used and putting it in a seated position. He lets out a laugh as he drags Hunter up, preparing to hit him with Dirty Deeds on the chair! The Game, however, pulls Ambrose up in the air and spins him around - dropping him spine first on to the chair! Dean flops on the mat wildly as HHH falls back in to the ropes, Stephanie applauding her husband and cheering him on. He steps forward and folds the chair back up, letting Ambrose rise with the ropes before cracking the chair across the spine! He unleashes two more furious shots with the chair in a vertical position and tosses it away. Breathing heavily, he drags Ambrose back to the middle of the ring going for the pin - but stopping himself at two. He shakes his head and takes Dean by the hair, dragging him to the ropes and chucking him to the outside. "I'm not finished with you..." He says, following after him. Hunter reaches under the ring near the steps and just as he has used multiple times before, pulls out a straight jacket. He calls Stephanie over and she stands over Ambrose, keeping him restrained as Hunter goes to put it on. He is met with a sudden kick to the knee, however, followed by a headbutt. Ambrose breaks out of Stephanie's grasp and throws Triple H over the barricade! In typical, crazed Ambrose fashion he decides to go after him by diving over the barricade and dropping himself and the King of Kings in the crowd! He stands right over him and unleashes more and more fists to the head, dragging Hunter back up and chucking him over the barricade and back near the ring. He hops on to the barricade padding and looks to the crowd. "You guys like that!?" He asks the crowd around him, getting a positive response. He proceeds to leap off with a clothesline that sends Triple H down again, but he doesn't let him stay on the floor but rather brings him to the announce table, leaning him against it. Ambrose throws a series of fists, unleashing at least fifteen of them before HHH falls across it. Ambrose points to the turnbuckle in the corner and hops on to his apron, the crowd growing more alive than they have the entire match as he starts to ascend it. Ambrose stands up as straight as he can and gives a DX crotch chop towards Stephanie as she pleads with him to get down! A shocked look comes across her face as he flies off the turnbuckle, Triple H managing to roll off the table and let Ambrose crash through on his own! The WWE Universe explodes in disbelief of the impact! The Chief Operating Officer groggily gets up via the ring apron and catches his breath, the referee checking on Ambrose. He calls for medical attention and the doctors start to come down from the back. Hunter, however, doesn't allow it and lays out one of the medics with a punch to the head! "He isn't going anywhere until I'm done!" He shouts, dragging Ambrose back up and throwing his limp body in to the ring. Instead of following just yet, however, the Cerebral Assassin reaches underneath the ring once again, slowly pulling out a sledgehammer. He holds it in front of his face as the crowd boos him, Stephanie standing behind him and encouraging him to finish off the Lunatic Fringe. Hunter slowly re-enters the ring and clutches the hammer, dropping it across the back of Ambrose! He staggers over to the corner and clutches it again, motioning for Ambrose to get back up. Dean slowly drags his hands underneath his body and struggles to even move, getting to the ropes. He drapes is arm across the bottom one and gets on to one knee before stumbling back up, keeping himself up by holding on to the ropes. He backs up and turns around, avoiding the sledgehammer shot! As Triple H turns around, he gets a crotch chop right in front of him before being blasted with one huge low blow kick and Dirty Deeds! Ambrose rolls him on to his back and covers him for the three!
Winner of the match via pinfall, Dean Ambrose (19:33)
The crowd pops as the bell sounds, Ambrose rolling on to his back clearly in pain from the brutal assaults from Triple H. The commentators go over the key moments in the contest, highlighted by Ambrose missing his elbow drop through the announce table, Triple H hitting him across the back with the sledgehammer and then missing one final shot to the head that allowed Ambrose to hit him with Dirty Deeds to bring an end to the match. Back live, Ambrose sits on the floor on the outside of the ring, clearly still banged up. A couple of medics come to check on him and help him up, but he refuses any attention but instead flails his arms about to keep the crowd going. He staggers his way towards the back, Triple H sitting up in the ring with a furious look in his eyes, Stephanie trying to calm him down but he just rises on to his feet and slams his sledgehammer in to the mat over and over again! He chucks it to the outside and collapses in between the top and middle rope, Stephanie pulling at her hair in disbelief of the loss.

"I thought you had accepted me in to your group and considered me a full fledged African American now!? I Bo-lieve I am black!" He shouts to the heavens, The New Nation continuing to bicker about the situation. They grow silent, however, as Ron Simmons steps in to the scene staring at all of them, then at Bo. Dallas says it is nice to see 'Steve Harvey' again, which causes Simmons to shake his head out and let out a big "Damn!" to the delight of the crowd, The New Nation all walking off. Dallas, however, comes back and tells Simmons he is a real big fan of 'The Price is Right', to which Simmons just shakes his head.

She begins to work the knee by slinging it in to the mat over and over again! She goes for the pin but gets a very short one count, Paige rolling to the ropes. AJ keeps her in the ring, however, but gets kicked away. Paige gets back up and bashes her with a hard forearm to the face! AJ quickly gets back on to her feet and starts to yank at the hair of Paige, ripping part of it out and tossing it over her shoulder. Coming up next - a future Hall of Famer puts perhaps the greatest streak in the history of sports on the line as The Undertaker faces Bray Wyatt.
A promo video proceeds to air behind "Sitting on Top of the World" by Chris Goss & The Forest Rangers. The video begins by dating back to the debut of The Undertaker over twenty years ago, where he would come in at Survivor Series on Ted DiBiase's team. That night, his uniqueness and character would grasp the attention of everyone and the dominance of 'The Phenom' would begin. Flashing forward to just a little over a year ago, with Bray Wyatt making his debut along with Luke Harper and Erick Rowan to target three men Wyatt claimed were not monsters as he was in Sheamus, Mark Henry and Big Show. The promo continues going through the dominance of each man's career, albeit twenty years difference, coming to a collision for the first time after Summerslam, where The Undertaker would make an appearance. Before he could even make a statement, however, The Wyatt Family would strike. With the Dead Man sidelined, Wyatt's career would continue to flourish with feuds with the likes of Chris Jericho and John Cena, ultimately leading to the returning Undertaker and the match of master manipulators being set for WrestleMania. The rivalry, however, has become personal as Wyatt has dug deep in to Undertaker by not only retrieving the mask of his brother Kane, but the urn of his former leader and mentor, Paul Bearer. The Dead Man would respond on the final edition of Monday Night Raw before WrestleMania to reclaim those items, however. The video comes to a conclusion, 'Taker vowing his rival will rest in piece at WrestleMania as the previous twenty one others have, with Wyatt having three words of his own directed towards The Phenom: Follow the buzzards.
Live in the arena, the signature of The Wyatt Family hits and Bray Wyatt appears on the titantron behind his lantern, all by himself. "I'm here." He warns before blowing the lighting out, Mark Crozer and his band being seen on the stage to perform his theme song 'Live In Fear'. Wyatt comes down to the ring and after getting in to the ring, once more blows his lantern out. He paces back and forth, calling for the Dead Man by name over and over. The lights final go down as the signature gong of The Undertaker rings throughout the arena. The crowd goes wild as a video proceeds to play on the titantron, showing all of Taker's victims being defeated. The stage is filled up with caskets with the names of all of them on it, with one being lastly rolled down by druids with Bray's name across it. Winner of the match via pinfall, John Cena (25:16)
The New Orleans crowd gives a solid ovation for Cena, with some expected boos in the mix, but nonetheless certainly loud enough. Cena drops the leg and remains laid out on the mat next to Rock. Cole runs through all the near falls in the match via replay along with Lawler, as well as the sharpshooter and STF playing big roles in wearing each man down. Rock gives him a pat on the back of the head as well, dropping to the mat and rolling out - having finally shown Cena some respect here tonight after not being able to top him. Cena continues the celebration by rolling out of the ring and diving in to the front row of the crowd, a big smile across his face! He gives some high fives to the fans before returning back to the ring, keeping the celebration going.
Backstage is Bryan Danielson in the trainer's room, getting his arm wrapped up. After the Kimura Lock from Brock Lesnar this past Monday on Raw, there was some concern he couldn't compete but he has been cleared to do so, but will obviously have that as a big target tonight.
The cameras transition to Byron Saxton, whom introduces his guest at this time - Paul Heyman. He steps forward to strong boos from the crowd, Saxton thanking Heyman for his time and asking how he and Brock are feeling going in to this match, especially after Heyman's other client, Roman Reigns, was not successful against CM Punk earlier on. "Excuse me?" Heyman retorts, saying that Saxton is very insensitive to that situation. "CM Punk beat the hell out of me with a kendo stick, as well as my client, and you ask how I am feeling? I'm banged up, sir, but you should be waiting to ask that question to Bryan Danielson after the show tonight... because in just a few moments, he and my client Brock Lesnar will be entering Hell in a Cell for the second time against one another and just like the last time it will be the exact... same... result... my client will walk out the champion and Bryan Danielson's career? Will be in very serious jeopardy." He tells Saxton to sit back and relax and watch the decimation of the 'Yes movement'. Heyman flashes a ginormous smile across his face, walking away while clearly having tons of confidence for his client.
Back inside the arena Justin Roberts asks for everyone to turn their attention to the stage for their special guest and contributor of 'Can You Do This' for WrestleMania XXX, Aloe Blacc! He proceeds to give a medley of his recently popular songs "The Man", "Ticking Bomb" and WrestleMania theme song "Can You Do This". Following his performance, he works the crowd by asking if they are ready for the main event! He thanks the WWE and New Orleans, one big pyro hitting across the stage.
A promo video proceeds to air behind the main WrestleMania XXX theme song "Live It Up" by Airbourne going back to the beginning of Bryan Danielson's WWE career, while being narrated by Paul Heyman as he described it during the contract signing for this match. Coming up to the Hell in a Cell match where Brock Lesnar would destroy Danielson, putting his entire career in jeopardy. Danielson would make his return at the Royal Rumble, however, and gain another opportunity at 'The Beast Incarnate' and to become the Undisputed WWE Champion. The promo picks up to show Danielson surprising Lesnar on multiple occasions by rattling him out of the ring, with Brock showing more dominance in his assaults that nearly put Danielson the shelf once again, including just this past Monday where he applied the Kimura Lock. The video quotes Lesnar warning Bryan that he signed his own death warrant, Danielson saying that he understands the risk he is taking - but it will be all worth it when he walks out the Undisputed WWE Champion. The video continues to show the brutality between both men over the course of the past six months, ultimately leading to tonight's mega rematch. A final image is shown of Lesnar and Danielson staring each other down, with the WWE Universe heard in the background exclaiming 'Yes! Yes! Yes!' at the top of their lungs and Paul Heyman repeating the motto of Brock: Eat. Sleep. Conquer. Repeat.
The theme music of Bryan Danielson begins and the Mercedes-Benz Superdome goes absolutely wild, the number one contender making his way out from the back and, with his one good arm, leads on the thunderously loud 'Yes!' chants. He comes down to the ring and climbs to the top turnbuckle, keeping the chant going on before dropping in to the ring, his music fading out as he awaits the arrival of his opponent. The bone chilling beginning of Brock Lesnar's music hits, the lights flickering to the beat of it. After some anticipation, Lesnar makes his way out to the stage jogging in place, looking in phenomenal shape. He is followed by Paul Heyman, Lesnar flexing his muscles with a yell halfway down the ramp as multiple pyrotechnics hit across the stage. He hops on to the ring apron and stares Danielson down before entering the ring, unstrapping his title and storming forward - getting right in to the face of Bryan. The WWE Universe explodes as referee Charles Robinson is forced to hold them back. The bell sounds after both men back to their corners, Justin Roberts proceeding to make the introductions. "The following contest is a Hell in a Cell match and it is for the Undisputed WWE Championship!" A big pop comes just for the mention of the match type and the prize, Roberts moving forward. "Introducing first, the challenger... from Aberdeen, Washington, weighing in at 210 pounds! Bryan! Danielson!" The WWE Universe explodes, bringing on the 'Yes!' chants for one of their absolute favorites. "Next, from Minneapolis, Minnesota, weighing in at 286 pounds! He is the Undisputed WWE Champion! Brock! Lesnar!" Roberts exits the ring and takes his spot at ringside as the cell starts to descend from the ceiling, the crowd continuing to go wild until it reaches the mat. Referee Charles Robinson asks the two men if they are ready, both giving a nod of approval.

He hits a hard series of knees and goes for a forearm, Danielson just barely managing to avoid it and let him hit the cell! Brock backs off for a moment to shake off the pain, Danielson taking the opportunity to pull a steel chair out from underneath the ring. He goes to swing it at Brock but he is kneed in the gut once again. Lesnar takes the chair away and slams it across the back with a ringing shot! Danielson yells out in pain as he drops on to both knees, Brock chucking the chair in to and across the ring. He chucks Bryan back in to the ring and follows after him, bringing him on to his feet slowly. Lesnar shakes his head, pulling Danielson on to his shoulders. He walks to the middle of the ring and as if it takes no effort at all, plants him with an absolutely brutal F5! He takes a moment to look all around the arena, his tongue stuck out as he chuckles. He hooks the leg for the one, two, thre--- Danielson kicks out! "There's still hope! There's still hope!" Cole shouts in excitement, Lawler questioning meanwhile if whether or not he should have just laid down and accepted defeat. Brock slowly gets on to his feet again, placing his hands on his hips. He shakes his head, wagging his finger. "You should've stayed down, boy..." He warns, "You should've stayed down..."
Lesnar forces Danielson up to his feet again, chucking him in to the corner. He thrusts his knee in to the gut twelve times before pulling back, hitting a giant belly to belly suplex once again. The crowd grows very quiet as Paul Heyman orders from outside the cell for Brock to teach him a lesson. "Make him know who Brock Lesnar is! Make him know who the Undisputed WWE Champion is!" He shouts, Lesnar pulling Bryan up again. He lifts him off the mat and hits a hard powerslam, standing over his motionless body. The champion takes a few jogs in place, cocky as can be. Danielson reaches out towards the ropes but Brock doesn't let him get to them, yanking him up and going for the German suplex, Danielson holding on to the ropes. Brock continues to pull but Danielson uses all the strength he has to hold on, finally sending a mule kick to low blow Lesnar! The Beast Incarnate lets go and backs up, dropping on to one knee. Danielson turns around slowly, throwing a huge kick to the chest! He unloads with kick after kick, eventually sending one swooping one to the head! He goes for the pin, Brock powering out at what is barely even a two count. Danielson mounts on top of him and lets out all of his frustration by not only throwing punches, but headbutts as well. Lesnar responds by taking a hold of the tights, getting on to his feet and staggering a bit. He spins around a bit before storming to the corner, powerbombing Bryan in to the top turnbuckle head first! Danielson falls right on to his face as Brock holds on to the back of his head as well, checking for blood. He brings Bryan to the middle of the ring and starts to pull him up, only to change his mind and let his body go. Brock slowly moves towards the steel chair and picks it back up, raising it over his head to the boos of the New Orleans crowd. He measures it up with the back of Danielson and takes some time before raising the chair up, swinging it down only for Bryan to avoid it - the chair caving in to the mat! Lesnar feels the effect of it and drops the chair down, Bryan scooping it back up and jamming it horizontally in to the stomach! He does it a few more times before giving one huge shot across the back! Lesnar cringes in pain as he falls against the ropes, Danielson giving one huge shot to the head! Brock flails over the ropes, crashing in to the cell wall! Bryan drops the chair and catches his breath, looking all around the arena as the crowd gets wild, blowing up with 'Yes!' chants. He begins to get some motivation and hits off the ropes, coming back with air goat right in to Lesnar - crashing him in to the cell! "NOOOO!" Heyman shouts in disbelief from the outside, running up behind his client. "Get up, Brock! Get up!" He pleads, Bryan getting on to his feet along with Brock. He throws a stiff kick to the chest and sends Lesnar up against the wall of the structure. Danielson continues to throw the kicks, getting faster and faster with each other - the fans chanting 'Yes!' with each connection. After thirteen shots, Bryan backs away and lets Lesnar collapse to the floor. Heyman gets up to the cell wall and grabs a hold of it, yelling at Danielson. "You are nothing! You can't beat Brock Lesnar! You're a loser! A LOSER! YOU HEAR ME!? A LOSER! YOU'LL NEVER CONQUER THE CONQUEROR! NEV---" Bryan reaches and takes Heyman's tie, yanking his face up against the cell. With a smile across his face, he tells Lesnar he has been waiting to this for a long time. He throws a kick right up in to the exposed face of Heyman through the cell - knocking him back against the barricade! He turns around to Lesnar, however, back on his feet and tossing him face first in to the steel post! He chucks him against the cell wall before rolling him back in to the ring. The champion gets in, absolutely furious, dragging Danielson back to his feet. He whips him in to the corner again but Bryan goes for his backflip, this time Lesnar calculating it and catching him on his shoulders! The roof nearly comes off the building as Lesnar delivers the emphatic F5! He rolls Danielson over for the one, two, thre- "Are you kidding me!?" Exclaims Cole as Danielson just barely manages to kick out! "The heart in this man is incredible! I don't believe it..." Lesnar sits up in just as much shock, shaking his head. He rises on to his feet and takes Bryan up, grabbing his arm and stretching it out. He looks out to the booing crowd. He bends it back and drops to the mat for the Kimura, only for Danielson to show off his intelligence by rolling through and getting out of it! He runs in to the corner and bounces off it, coming back to Lesnar with the high knee! Brock doesn't fall, however, so Danielson hits off the corner and does it again! Brock's leg starts to jelly a bit, but Bryan doesn't take any chances and delivers one last running knee to an eruption from the WWE Universe! He crawls on top of the Beast Incarnate and hooks the leg for the one, two, three!
Winner of the match and NEW Undisputed WWE Champion, Bryan Danielson (26:19)
The Mercedes-Benz Superdome continues to go wild, bursting in to the loudest 'Yes!' chants of the night! "He has done it! Bryan Danielson has done it!" Michael Cole shouts, explaining how he cannot believe the fight in this man and it has paid off here tonight! The cell slowly begins to raise and Charles Robinson retrieves the Undisputed WWE Championship belt, presenting it to Bryan as he gets on to his knees with a smile across his face. The commentary team goes through the replays of the match, with Brock Lesnar dominating the majority of the contest but Bryan continuing to show his resiliency, heart and determination, ultimately culminating with him delivering three running knees to conquer the conqueror. Back live it is indeed 'Yes-tleMania' as Danielson pumps his championship belt above his head from the top turnbuckle, the crowd chanting the word with every single raise. Bryan clutches the title close to his chest and falls on to his knees in the middle of the ring again, his hard work and dedication having rewarded him here tonight! Michael Cole signs off on behalf of Jerry Lawler and JBL, giving one more congratulations to Bryan as WrestleMania XXX draws to an end!

APRIL 7, 2014 FROM THE SMOOTHIE KING CENTER IN NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA
Still images from WrestleMania XXX air with John Cena standing over The Rock after defeating him, the crowd giving a loud mixed reaction in the background. Moving forward to Dean Ambrose defeating Triple H to a big pop, with Bray Wyatt kneeling over The Undertaker in the death of the streak to very heavy boos. Lastly, an image of Bryan Danielson leading the celebration in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome as the new Undisputed WWE Champion results in the Smoothie King Center exploding with 'Yes!' chants.
The Monday Night Raw intro video airs and the cameras come inside of The Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana - the pyrotechnics flashing all across the stage. The crowd is gazed over by the cameras, the WWE Universe incredibly fired up. Michael Cole, Jerry 'The King' Lawler and John Bradshaw Layfield welcome everyone to the show just twenty four hours removed from one of the greatest WrestleMania events of all time!
The theme song of Bryan Danielson hits, the Louisiana fans going crazy and drowning out the music! The new Undisputed WWE Championship makes his way out to the stage leaping up and down the ramp all the way down to the ring, contributing to and leading on the 'Yes!' chants. He steps in between the ropes, taking the microphone from Justin Roberts and shaking his hand. The crowd keeps coming with the chants and Danielson has to stop himself from speaking twice to let the fans get everything out. "Thank you so much. Each and every one of you... I couldn't have done it without you. I mean, honestly. When I went up against Brock Lesnar in October, he nearly ended my career but with the love and support of all of you I managed to come back, win the Royal Rumble and despite having to go through hell and back I beat Brock Lesnar last night at WrestleMania and stand before you the Undisputed WWE Champion!" With a big smile across his face, he gazes out to the incredibly powerful 'Yes!' movement continuing on. He prepares to say more, but is interrupted by the pounding, heavy theme music of Seth Rollins.
He makes his way out to the stage, a cocky grin across his face as he marches his way down and in to the ring. "Sorry to cut the celebration short... oh wait a minute, no I'm not!" He laughs as Danielson stands unimpressed at his presence, Rollins asking what is wrong. "Oh, wait a minute! I know what the problem is! You realize you're standing in the ring with the number one contender for your title. Not only that, but you're standing in the ring with the man that is going to take the Undisputed WWE Championship away from you before you even get a chance to soak in the moment!" He gets up close to Bryan and stares right in to his eyes, saying that he sees the fear in his eyes, greater fear than he had when he was in the ring with Brock Lesnar. "Because you know, deep down inside, that unlike Brock I'll be able to get the job done."
Before anything more can come of the situation, John Cena's music hits to a very loud mixed reaction of boos and cheers. He talks in to the camera, saying we are on the road to WrestleMania once again. He comes rushing down to the ring and marches around a bit, standing in between Rollins and Danielson. "Well, well, well! Ladies and gentlemen, first of all lets give it up to the guy that won the Undisputed WWE Championship last night, Mr. Bryan Danielson! Yes! Yes! Yes!" He lets the crowd go off before turning his attention to Rollins, saying that we might as well give it up for the guy that came in fifth place in his match, too. Seth snaps back by saying that first of all, he beat Cena at No Way Out to get his title match at Extreme Rules and second of all, he doesn't know why John is even out here right now when this isn't his business. Cena shrugs his shoulders, saying that is actually why he is out here. "Not to sound too self-righteous but I think after defeating The Rock last night that I should get an opportunity at the Undisputed WWE Championship!" He throws his hand out to the crowd for a response, getting an expected polarizing response.
'Here To Show the World' hits to a surprise from the crowd, but favorable. He comes down to the ring to join in on things and says that he feels like he should throw his name in to the hat while John is at it. "I may not have defeated The Rock or Brock Lesnar, but I did stop this hack from disrespecting the legacy of Andre the Giant by eliminating him last night. So, maybe, since I stopped the man that guaranteed victory in that match from getting the win, I should get his number one contenders spot!" The Smoothie King Center agrees but Rollins quickly rejects it, noting how that match was under completely different circumstances. As they begin to argue back and forth, the car crashing noise of Mick Foley's music hits, the WWE Commissioner making his way out to the stage to a great reception from the fans. A 'Foley!' chant breaks out for him and he gives a thumbs up after noting how he always loves to be right here in New Orleans. "Looks like we have ourselves quite the conundrum going on here, but Mrs. Foley's baby boy always has a solution! Seth Rollins, you earned your title shot at No Way Out and don't worry, you still got it." The fans boo as Seth thanks him, saying that for once in his life he has used his head properly. Foley tells him not to get too comfortable, though, as he says he agrees with what John Cena said earlier and because he defeated The Rock at WrestleMania, he is going to place him in to the Undisputed WWE Championship match as well and make it an Extreme Rules Elimination match! Cena smiles and claps towards the announcement, Rollins livid over the announcement! Danielson, on the other hand, shakes John's hand. Foley tells Seth to calm down, because that isn't it for him! "Because well Dolph Ziggler makes a good case for himself, you did make a good point as well by noting how it was a battle royal and not a one on one match... so, tonight right here on Raw it will be Seth Rollins versus Dolph Ziggler and if Dolph beats you one on one, he's in the match at Extreme Rules as well!" The Louisiana crowd roars for the announcement as Ziggler smiles towards Rollins, whom slaps his hands off the turnbuckle in the corner in frustration. He stares the other three men down, shaking his head i disbelief. He vows victory not only tonight, but at Extreme Rules, and exits the ring.
Tonight, not only will we see that match just made but we will hear from The Undertaker. What is to come of 'The Phenom' after his 21-0 streak came to an end last night at the hands of Bray Wyatt? Also, Triple H is set to call Dean Ambrose out after his defeat and Mick Foley has been busy, having set up an eight man tournament to determine the next number one contender for the Intercontinental Championship that begins next!
More images from WrestleMania XXX are shown following the break, including Wade Barrett retaining the Intercontinental Championship against Chris Jericho.
AJ STYLES DEF. ALBERTO DEL RIO IN THE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP NUMBER ONE CONTENDERS TOURNAMENT » The bell sounds, Del Rio showing no respect towards Styles as he smacks him across the face repeatedly. After shouting at him in Spanish, Styles sends him to the mat with a huge forearm to the face! He completely dominates ADR until he is caught with a hard snapping kick to the back of the head. After a near fall, Del Rio begins to target the arm. He sets the stage for the rolling cross armbar, only for Styles to pull out of it and get on to his feet - dropping Del Rio with a Pele Kick, followed up by his top rope Spiral Tap! He gets back up and lets Del Rio follow, laying him out with the Styles Clash! He covers him for the three.
The crowd pops for Styles as he rises on to his feet, having advanced to the second round of the tournament and thus being that much closer to tasting gold for the first time in his WWE career. Backstage, Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett is seen watching on a monitor.
Returning, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon are seen arriving in the parking lot and the crowd boos them loudly as they start to march through the parking lot. "This is unfinished business, Steph." Hunter shouts. "This is unfinished business and I am going to start the beginning to the end of it tonight!" The two head off as the cameras come back inside of the arena.
DIVA'S CHAMPION AJ LEE DEF. CAMERON IN A NON-TITLE MATCH » The match practically ends before it begins as the new Diva's Champion completely runs through her competition. After multiple two counts, AJ decides to try and put things away and locks in the Black Widow. Cameron struggles for only a short period of time before tapping out.
AJ keeps pulling away at the hold for about ten seconds before releasing the grip. She rises back on to her feet and the official hands over her Diva's Championship. She begins to skip around the ring, only for on her first turn to be smashed with a kick to the face by Paige! The rumpus crowd lets out a big mixed reaction for the Commonwealth matriarch as she mounts on top of AJ, smashing her head in to the mat repeatedly! "You took what is mine!" She screams, the referee having to force her off of AJ and back her in to the corner. Two more officials come to the ring as Paige tries to break free, having to be held by all three. AJ gets back on to her feet and dives over the referees to pull at Paige's hair! She is yanked back as well, William Regal having to come down to the ring to keep his protege at bay.
Backstage, CM Punk is seen walking through the halls as he will be speaking following his victory over Roman Reigns and, according to his Twitter account, isn't done with Paul Heyman!
'Cult of Personality' hits and the Smoothie King Center erupts for one of the WWE's most popular superstars. CM Punk makes his way out from the back with his hands spread out, taking in the loud reception. He comes down and in to the ring and takes a microphone from ringside, patting it in the palm of his hand before stepping up to the middle of the squared circle. "Last week right here on Raw I came down to this ring and I told the world that if I couldn't beat Roman Reigns at WrestleMania, I might as well walk away. But you know what I did last night at WrestleMania? I beat Roman Reigns! So I guess I'm sticking around a little bit longer!" The fans cheer the confirmation, Punk continuing by saying that not only did he beat Reigns but he also had the opportunity to get his hands on 'that fat, slimy prick' Paul Heyman. He explains how great it felt to bring him in to the ring and smack him with that kendo stick over and over again. "But Paul... you know me better than that, I'm not done with you. I want you to come down to this ring right now and take the beating you know you have coming!" He marches back and forth across the ring, continuing to beckon for Paul to get this over with so he doesn't have to live in fear the rest of his life. After no response, Punk says that he might as well go back there and find Heyman himself! As he starts to exit the ring, however, the titantron turns to static. A jumble of words appear as it flickers in and out of phase, ultimately revealing the word 'PURGE'.
Punk backs up in to the middle of the ring as a large man comes through the curtains, to a relatively loud ovation from the crowd. "Who the? Wait! Wait! Wait! That's! That's Kevin Owens! Kevin Owens from NXT!" Michael Cole exclaims on commentary as he stares from atop the stage. Punk steps up to the ropes and squints his eyes, questioning what Owens is doing here. As he does so, two more men come in to the ring from behind - Cole identifying them as Sami Zayn and Solomon Crowe! Punk slowly turns around and gets blasted with a huge leg lariat from Zayn! The 'Best in the World' staggers back on to his feet, being dropped with a bicycle kick by Crowe! "What in the world is going on!?" Jerry Lawler shouts, Owens starting to make his way down the ramp and in to the ring. He orders Crowe and Zayn pull Punk back up and they drag him on to his knees, Owens smacking him across the face before driving a boot in to the face. A 'This is awesome!' chant rings out, Owens forcing Punk up in to the corner before backing away. Zayn slowly backs in to the opposing corner before coming full steam with his signature Helluva Kick! Crowe rushes immediately afterward, hitting a devastating clothesline! Punk staggers out of the corner and Owens pulls him between his legs, proceeding to hit a powerbomb right in to the corner! The Smoothie King Center loves the moment as Owens, Zayn and Crowe stand in the middle of the ring standing over the lifeless body of CM Punk, having made an emphatic statement in their unexpected debut here tonight on Monday Night Raw!
Back from break, the replay from what just happened is shown with the commentators still in shock and confusion as to what happened. Live, the cameras come to ringside as Cole tries to understand the situation. "We know these guys Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Solomon Crowe from NXT... and they come here... unexpected, unannounced and they pair up to take out CM Punk. I just don't know what to make of it, guys." JBL says he finds it very simple that these guys are here to make a mark but what isn't simple is why they targeted CM Punk. "And we saw during the break CM Punk being taken out on a stretcher..." Lawler notes as they show footage of that from the WWE App, Punk's neck being tended to by the medical staff. "Hopefully we can get an update on his condition at some point tonight." Cole says as we move forward.
WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS THE HARDY BOYZ DEF. THE RHODES BROTHERS IN A NON-TITLE MATCH » The match begins with the new champions dominating Cody with tons of tags to keep themselves fresh. After a sudden DDT from Cody to Matt, however, he makes the tag to Goldust. He comes in and turns momentum in he favor of his team, only to have it brought to an end after a missed splash in the corner. Matt drops him with the Twist of Fate and catches Cody as he tries to come in to the ring, chucking him over the ropes. A tag is made to Jeff and he goes across the apron to the other corner, climbing on to the top turnbuckle to deliver the Swanton Bomb! The crowd pops for the move as Jeff hooks the far leg up for the three count.
Jeff and Matt embrace in celebration, being brought their title belts. They raise them up to the crowd and ascend the turnbuckles to continue celebrating along with the crowd as their roll continues, winning the belts last night and being victorious over The Rhodes Brothers tonight.
Still to come later on, The Undertaker speaks after the end of the streak last night. Plus, Seth Rollins versus Dolph Ziggler where if Ziggler wins, he enters the WWE Championship match at Extreme Rules! Also, Triple H plans to call out Dean Ambrose. But coming up next, Hulk Hogan is here to present the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal trophy to the winner - Rusev!
Returning, things are a bit silent for the first time tonight as the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal trophy is sat in the middle of the ring, a red draping over the ring. The crowd wakes back up as the familiar guitar riff of 'Real American' hits, Hulk Hogan making his way out to the stage, all fired up! Justin Roberts gives the welcoming, "Ladies and gentlemen, 'The Immortal' Hulk Hogan!" The Hall of Famer points all around the arena and comes down to the ring, working the New Orleans fans some more while cupping his ear in classic fashion. He takes a microphone and steps up next to the trophy. "Well let me tell you something, brother!" He shouts to a cheer. "Last night, I was given the honor and the privilege to host WrestleMania XXX! While we had Bryan Danielson conquering the conqueror, Brock Lesnar, and had Bray Wyatt break the streak and all kinds of other epic stuff going down we had the first ever Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, brother!" He says that there were thirty men that entered that match and ever since he made the announcement of it, everybody has wanted to have the honor of winning the match and put their name on the map. Last night, a young man did indeed put his name on the map as he had never competed at 'the top level'. A young man out of NXT, which Hogan notes is on the WWE Network every Wednesday night and you can see it for yourself for the low price of, yes, $9.99! "So, let's welcome the winner of the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, Rusev!" The crowd boos as they hear 'Rusev putria! Rusev matka!', the Bulgarian Brute marching his way out to the stage along with Lana, holding a Russian flag in his hand. He gets even more boos as he waves it high over his head while coming down to the ring, entering along with his manager. They stand in front of Hogan and stare him down.
Hogan prepares to speak but is cut off by Lana. "Vnimanie!" She says, JBL translating it to 'attention' from ringside, bragging how he knows how to speak some Russian. "America rise... for the Bulgarian Brute, Rusev! Last night at your precious event, WrestleMania, Rusev made his debut and crushed twenty nine other so-called superstars." She gives a laugh and says that Rusev is no superstar, but a super athlete. She explains that he hails from Bulgaria but is a hand picked super athlete by 'the world's greatest leader' Vladimir Putin! She gestures towards he titantron and an image of the hated Russian leader appears, boos coming from the crowd. Hogan steps forward and excuses himself. "Listen here, dudes, I congratulate you, Rusev, on winning the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal last night, brother. You deserved it. But I don't think we here in America wanna hear this nonsense about Russia and Vladimir Putin, jack!" Lana laughs at the response, Rusev taking the microphone from her and stepping right up in to the face of Hogan. "Stupid American!" He shouts to the dislike of the crowd, Hogan pulling off his sunglasses slowly as Rusev breaths heavily in his face. "I will crush you like the twenty nine others I crushed last night!" The New Orleans fans break out in to a chant of 'U-S-A!' towards the threat of the Bulgarian Brute, whom stays right in the face of the WWE icon.
Before he can potentially do any damage, 'Wellll, it's the Big Show!' is heard and out comes the World's Largest Athlete! He comes stomping down the ramp and towards the ring, Hogan exiting with the opportunity. Show begins to step over the ropes but Rusev runs up to him, blasting him with a huge leaping kick to the face, impressing the WWE Universe! Show staggers in to the ring, being met with a series of hard chops to the chest and a couple of punches to the head. Rusev hits off the ropes but comes back to a clasp around his throat, managing to get out of it with a kick to the knee. Rusev displays his freakish strength by pulling Show off the mat, flipping him upside down! He lets out a big yell and pounds on his chest rapidly! Lana raises her fist up in his face. "Rusev! CRUSH!" She screams, the three hundred-plus pounder driving his foot in to the lower back of Show before locking on a camel clutch that Michael Cole identifies is called 'The Accolade'! He pulls away at the hold as hard as he can, letting out very loud roars in the process! Two referees come rushing down to the ring, pleading with Rusev to release the hold. He doesn't, however, until Lana steps in and taps him on the shoulder. He gets on to his feet, shaking his head up and down and pounding on his chest some more - Big Show face down in the mat, motionless! Rusev moves over to the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal trophy and raises it up over his head, gazing out with his eyes bulged towards the WWE Universe. "Look out everyone, I think Rusev is here to stay!" The King warns on commentary as the officials continue to check on Big Show, whom still hasn't moved an inch.
Back from break, Roman Reigns is seen backstage arguing with his manager Paul Heyman. The crowd gives a mixed reaction, heavily boos, to their appearance. "Look, Roman, I don't know what to tell you! I had nothing to do with what happened to CM Punk earlier on! I'm completely and entirely focused on you and Brock and nobody else! Hell, I've been texting with Brock all day worried about him and he keeps on just giving me these short answers. I mean, here, look!" He pulls out his phone and scrolls through the texts, showing Reigns one that apparently reads 'I'm done'. Heyman throws his hands up and says he has had no time to go out and send mercenaries for CM Punk. "If I wanted anyone to take CM Punk out, it would be you. You know that!" Reigns says he believes him, Paul thanking him and saying that he did fine some time to do something for him to get him back on track. "I talked with Mick Foley earlier on and I have gotten you a match with Sheamus here tonight... for the United States Championship. Huh? Sound good?" Reigns smiles, saying that he can 'believe that'. He proceeds to cock his fist in signature fashion, Heyman patting him on the back and following him down the halls.
DERRICK BATEMAN (W/TAMINA SNUKA) DEF. RYBACK VIA COUNT OUT IN THE INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP NUMBER ONE CONTENDERS TOURNAMENT » The bell rings and Bateman avoids every charge towards him by Ryback. He tries to mock 'The Big Guy', only to get caught by the hair. Ryback laughs, calling him stupid before dropping him with a huge slam. He toys around with Bateman for a couple of of minutes before getting caught with multiple dropkicks. Bateman starts to get back in to the match but after he celebrates too early off a top rope clothesline, he turns around to a Meat Hook from Ryback! Tamina grabs him by the leg, however, and yanks him out of the ring before Ryback can do anything more. 'The Big Guy' laughs and steps out of the ring, telling Tamina to back off. He pounds away at 'DB' and throws him off the announce table, barricade and ring apron. Derrick ducks away from a clothesline against the steel post and drops Ryback with the DB Driver! Tamina quickly pulls him up, realizing the count, and rolls him in to the ring just before the official reaches the ten count!
Bateman staggers back up and realizes he has won and moved on in the tournament, hopping up and down in joy! Tamina gets in to the ring and steps up to him, raising his arm up before being hugged to her disliking. Bateman backs off and pats her on the back, beginning to celebrate yet again. As he stands on the second turnbuckle, the crowd starts to cheer and he believes it is for him. Snuka tries to warn him that Ryback is in the ring, but Bateman remains completely clueless being too caught up in himself! He drops back down to the mat and turns around right in to the Meat Hook Clothesline! Ryback gets back up to a pop, breathing heavily. "Finish! It!" He shouts before dragging Bateman up, planting him with Shell Shocked right in the middle of the ring. He gets back on to his feet and starts up the 'Feed me more!' chants as Snuka just stands over Bateman, shaking her head at his ignorance.
Sheamus is seen walking backstage with a smile across his face as he puts his United States Championship on the line against Roman Reigns - next!
ROMAN REIGNS (W/PAUL HEYMAN) DEF. SHEAMUS TO WIN THE UNITED STATES CHAMPIONSHIP » The bell sounds and the two big men clobber each other, Reigns beginning a dominating momentum swing with multiple clotheslines and slams. He misses his signature dropkick between the ropes, Sheamus responding by leaping over the ropes to the surprise of everyone - taking Reigns down to the floor with a hard forearm to the face! He gets to his feet and pounds on his chest, spreading his arms out with a passionate yell of 'FELLA!', leading to a commercial break. After the break, Reigns keeps Sheamus in the corner and works away at him. The Celtic Warrior comes back hard, however, and surprises Reigns with his fight. He misses a Brogue Kick, Reigns hitting off the ropes and coming back with the Superman Punch! He hooks both legs up but only gets a count of two. Heyman can't believe it on the outside and tells Reigns to finish things off. He sets up for the spear but Sheamus avoids it after getting up and hits the Irish Curse! He follows up with multiple clotheslines, sending Reigns down over and over again. He drops him again with a running knee to the face and backs off in to the corner, pounding his chest once again while starting up the 'Brogue!' chant. He charges forward but Reigns leaps up and delivers the spear! He hooks the outside leg for the one, two, three!
Almost exactly one year after making his debut - three hundred and sixty four days to be exact - Roman Reigns has won his first championship in the WWE! Paul Heyman comes in to the ring, screaming praise of his client as he pulls the United States Championship away from the official in order to present it to Reigns himself. Roman steps up to the ropes and raises the title high up over his head with a thunderous yell in celebration. "You may not like the man, but he is certainly impressive. Congratulations, Roman!" JBL says on commentary as Reigns and Heyman exit the ring, making their way up the ramp and towards the back, Sheamus left laid out still.
Still to come later on, The Undertaker speaks in regards to the end of the streak. Plus, Dolph Ziggler versus Seth Rollins is still to come but up next, the Chief Operating Officer of the WWE, Triple H, is set to call out 'The Lunatic Fringe' Dean Ambrose after their match last night.
More images from WrestleMania XXX are shown, including Dean Ambrose pinning Triple H.
Back in the arena, 'King of Kings' hits to a negative response from the New Orleans crowd. Triple H and Stephanie McMahon make their way out from the back and march down to the ring, meaning all business as they do so. "Last night at WrestleMania, not only did Dean Ambrose disrespect me, he disrespected my wife, her entire family and the entire legacy of this business! Hunter glares out to the disapproving crowd and orders they shut up as they break in to a 'You suck!' chant, garnering even more boos. He breaths heavily and says that last night he only lost to Dean Ambrose because he went too easy on him. "I let him off easy when I shouldn't have! I should have caved his head in with a sledgehammer the first opportunity I had but I admit my ego got in the way! But that is why this is not over, Ambrose! This is why I am demanding you get your ass out here because this is unfinished business! This is not ending until I end it! YOU HEAR ME, AMBROSE!? GET OUT HERE! NOW!" The COO paces back and forth across the ring, Stephanie telling him to relax a bit to no avail. After waiting what seems like forever, Ambrose's music hits and the crowd goes wild for 'The Lunatic Fringe' as he comes out to the stage, looking all around the arena as he marches back and forth across the stage.
Dean comes down the ramp and in to the ring, standing before the power couple with a big grin across his face. "You know, Hunter, my mind is a little bit fuzzy after last night... you see, after I beat you I went out for a stroll down the streets of N'awlins!" He gets a pop for the mention of the city before continuing his story. "And while I was walking down the streets I got caught up in a few parties... but, what I do remember from last night is something like me going through a table, giving both you and your wife a crotch chop and oh yeah, kicking you in the nads twice! Can't forget that! I also remember pinning you one, two, three in the middle of this ring... wow, I guess my memory is even better than I thought!" He chuckles as Triple H doesn't find anything funny about the situation, telling Ambrose to shut his mouth. Dean waves his hands, not taking the threatening tone of 'The Game' seriously. "Here is the deal, Ambrose, I'm not done with you. Things come to an end when I say they come to an end and last night it wasn't it... unfortunately for you, I got up after that match and I'm standing right here in the middle of this ring... and at Extreme Rules, I want to be standing across from the ring with you again... surrounded by a fifteen foot high steel cage!" The Smoothie King Center continues the recent trend of the past twenty-four hours, beginning 'Yes'! chants as Ambrose scratches his face and head. He laughs at the idea and tells the crowd that he doesn't want to do that. Hunter calls him a coward but Ambrose corrects him. "No, no, no! Hunter, I'm saying that you don't want to do that! Because if you and I step inside of a steel cage... I get you all to myself and there is no way out unless you burst through that door or find it in you to climb over the top. But the thing is, I won't allow that because I'll be having too much fun bashing your face off that steel over and over and over and over and over again! You're on!" He chucks the microphone over his shoulder and drops to the mat, his music hitting as the crowd pops to the agreement. Ambrose backs his way up the ramp smiling, Triple H shouting up the ramp - vowing that he is finished!

Miz shoves him forward, however, and catches him on the rebound with a hard elbow to the back of the head, proceeding to hit the Skull Crushing Finale. He hooks both legs up and just to be sure of himself, places his feet on the ropes, getting the three count. Miz gets back on to his feet to boos from the WWE Universe and he just rubs it right in their face. Wade Barrett and The Commonwealth are seen backstage, the Intercontinental Champion still watching the monitor. "It's down to four. Four men that stand no chance of beating me." He says with a laugh, the rest of the group agreeing with their leader. Miz continues his celebration in the ring by ascending the turnbuckles, motioning for the title around his waist. Backstage, Renee Young is standing by and she introduces her guest at this time, Dolph Ziggler. She thanks him for his time here tonight and asks him how he is feeling going in to this match against Seth Rollins with very heavy implications, as if he wins he gets entered in to the Undisputed WWE Championship match at Extreme Rules. "The opportunity is great, Renee." He says with a smile, saying he has to thank Mick Foley first and foremost for seeing his way. "Hell, I beat the crap out of that guy a couple of years ago at WrestleMania and the fact that he can look past that to give me this opportunity... is awesome. And you know what I'm going to do when I face Seth Rollins? What I always do: Show off and walk out the winner." He heads off as his match with Rollins is coming up next!
DOLPH ZIGGLER DEF. SETH ROLLINS TO BE ENTERED IN THE UNDISPUTED WWE CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH AT EXTREME RULES » The bell rings and the back and forth action begins immediately, each man hitting some fast, hard hitting moves. Upon the return, the match continues to be very much back and forth. They spill to the outside and Rollins crashes Ziggler in to the barricade, rolling back in to the ring before rushing across the ring and coming back from off the ropes with a suicide dive! He tosses Dolph back in and goes for the pin, getting another near fall. Rollins tosses Ziggler up in to the corner and begins to mock him, especially with smacks to the face. He delivers a corner powerbomb and after flaunting his cockiness to the crowd, goes for the Curb Stomp only for Ziggler to pull away and smash him with a superkick! Rollins, dazed, falls in to the ropes and comes right back to miss a clothesline, Dolph delivering the Zig Zag! He goes for the pin but yet again, a two count! The crowd goes wild as the match goes on further, Seth even nailing a Curb Stomp that results in another near fall. After a couple more minutes of momentum swings, Ziggler avoids another Curb Stomp and backslides Seth for the shock three!
Ziggler sits up in disbelief at his own victory. He gets to his feet in order to celebrate but Rollins cracks him in the back of the head! To boos, he begins to stomp away at the back of Ziggler. "You don't deserve that spot!" He screams, continuing to go away with boots. As he does so, John Cena comes rushing down to the ring! He pops up and begins to exchange punches with Seth, whom hits a hard low blow out of nowhere! Rollins proceeds to drop Cena with the Curb Stomp! He stands over him with a laugh, motioning for the title around his waist! As he does so, however, Bryan Danielson's music hits and the new Undisputed WWE Champion comes running down to the ring, ducking from a clothesline as he gets in and coming back with a high knee to the face! The crowd goes berserk as Rollins flops out of the ring, Danielson getting back on to his feet and storming to the ropes in order to stare him down. He slowly backs away and starts up the 'Yes!' chants, Rollins sitting at the bottom of the ramp holding on to his jaw in disbelief at what has transpired tonight as he has gone from a 50% chance of winning the title at Extreme Rules to a 33% chance to a 25% chance over the course of the show here tonight!
A graphic appears for The Undertaker as he addresses the end of the streak... next.
The crowd is gazed over by the cameras, the sudden 'gong' of The Undertaker hitting to a ginormous ovation! The lights go down and smoke begins to fill the stage, the 'Dead Man' eventually emerging from the back very slowly to an even bigger explosion from the crowd. He takes a long gaze around the arena from atop the stage before taking the long, intimidating walk down the ramp and towards the ring. He goes up the steps and raises the lights, entering the ring slowly afterward. The music fades out as he comes to the middle of the ring, clasping a microphone in his hand at his side. A booming 'Thank you, Taker!' chant rings out, The Phenom looking around at the New Orleans fans with very little emotion, in classic Undertaker form. He slowly brings the microphone up, taking a moment before finally speaking up. "Last night... after twenty one different years of dominance... it all came to an end..." Boos fill the Smoothie King Center as 'Taker confirms that the streak did indeed come to it's end. He looks around the arena once again, seeming for once to be at a loss for words. As the chants of his names build up once again, he brings the microphone up again. "It took until the twenty second attempt to bring me down... and Bray Wyatt..." A very loud, mixed reaction comes for the mention of the man that did the unthinkable last night. "Bray Wyatt was that man... to bring it all to an end... last night... I walked through the smoke and through those curtains..." He gestures up the stage and stares at it, saying he faced the ultimate reality. He no longer has the one constant in his career, having lost Paul Bearer, having lost his strength and having lost the streak. Some cries come out for the crowd, pleading with 'The Phenom' to not call an end to his career. "After nearly a quarter century... the legacy of The Undertaker will live on forever... but the career... shall rest... in... pe-" He is stopped as the lights suddenly drop down, the caw of a crow heard. The WWE Universe goes absolutely ballistic! "Oh My God! It's... it's Sting!" Exclaims Michael Cole on commentary as the biggest star in professional wrestling history to never step foot in a WWE ring has arrived! 'The Icon' comes out to the stage slowly beneath a spotlight, the WWE Universe not letting up on their reaction as he stares straight down at the ring towards The Undertaker, raising his signature bat up slowly from his side to point down towards the 'Dead Man'! Taking his time, Sting starts to come down the ramp as The Undertaker's eyes are widened at the sight of him. After a long stare down from the outside, Sting very slowly comes up the steel steps, staying on the apron as the incredible moment continues. He finally comes between the ropes and stands right before The Undertaker, the music beginning to fade out. As it does, a 'This is awesome!' chant begins, getting louder and louder with every second that passes — Sting and The Undertaker in the same ring!
The crowd can't help but continue to go wild as the two just continue to stare each other down. Undertaker raising his chin up slowly, Sting not moving an inch in response. As the 'This is awesome!' chant builds up once again, both men start to look around the arena before gazing back at each other, still not saying a single word. As the epic confrontation remains motionless, wordless, the entire WWE Universe are left to wonder what is to come from this moment. Monday Night Raw comes to an incredible conclusion, the Smoothie King Center left rocking.
