- Starting the show off on RAW with Paul Heyman and his clients the Undisputed WWE Champion Cesaro and Roman Reigns it is clear there is still tension between these 2 men I mean it is apparent that they won't be able to get along and cue Cesaro's opponent at the Money in the Bank PPV and #1 Contender for the Undisputed WWE Championship Danielson interrupting and his mystery partner being none other than one of the Money in the Bank Ladder Match participants Randy Orton now that is quite the team
- Orton pretty much putting Danielson on notice telling him that if he should happen to win back the Undisputed WWE Championship then Orton as soon as he wins the Money in the Bank Ladder Match winning the briefcase that he won't hesitate in cashing in on him and Danielson should know what Money in the Bank is all about but after this how can these 2 coexist tonight against Cesaro and Reigns?
- Seth Rollins beating Kane I mean the more Rollins wins the more momentum he picks up heading into the Money in the Bank Ladder Match because let's face it Rollins is probably one of the favorites probably the favorite to win the briefcase and cash in but Kane he has been on a losing streak ever since making his return to WWE the first time in over 2 years and Kane has been losing match after match Kane is no longer the Big Red Machine he is no longer the Devil's Favorite Demon he is not the Kane of old he's a shell reduced to absolutely nothing
- Tyson Kidd with yet another win first a DQ win against John Cena and then a countout victory against Mark Henry, I wonder if this is the rising of Tyson Kidd? I wonder if this is a push for Tyson Kidd because if it is then great
- Sami Zayn and Solomon Crowe of The Purge WWE Tag Team Champions getting themselves DQed against The Hardy Boyz, smart move on their part really really smart as titles can't change hands on a DQ but this only means Matt and Jeff deserve another rematch and I can see them getting it at the Money in the Bank PPV
- Prepare for Lift Off I can only imagine who this promo is for, perhaps Evan Bourne?
- I told you Cesaro the Undisputed WWE Champion and his fellow Paul Heyman Guy Roman Reigns won't be able to coexist, the babyface turn of Reigns is almost upon us I just know it
- Sheamus being taken out by The Purge after his win against Swagger no doubt The Purge have taken Sheamus out he's on the shelf after this which leaves a spot open for the Money in the Bank Ladder Match, I wonder who will fill it?
- And The Cutting Edge next week with WWE Hall of Famer The Rated R Superstar Edge returning next week and his guests being the men who will be in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match, can't wait

JUNE 19, 2014 FROM THE NATIONWIDE ARENA IN COLUMBUS, OHIO
The Thursday Night Smackdown intro video airs, the cameras come in to the Nationwide Arena from Columbus, Ohio as Michael Cole and John Bradshaw Layfield welcome everyone to the show. Tonight, Undisputed WWE Champion Antonio Cesaro faces the man he pinned on Raw this past Monday, Randy Orton! Also, Ryback is in the arena and will be addressing things with Rusev, including their match set to take place against each other at Money in the Bank. Plus, the United States Champion Dean Ambrose will be in action against Wyatt Family follower, Luke Harper! All this and more to come tonight on Thursday Night Smackdown! Antonio Cesaro's theme music hits and the Nationwide Arena boos, the Undisputed WWE Champion making his way out along with his manager Paul Heyman. The two come down and in to the ring, Heyman wielding a microphone. "Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman and I am perhaps the greatest manager that this industry has ever seen..." Boos rain down upon his self-promoting words, to which he grins to. "I have managed champion after champion, dominating superstar after dominating superstar and standing beside me at this moment is one of those men and that is the reigning! DEFENDING! UNDISPUTED! WWE CHAMPION! THE 'SWISS SUPERMAN' HIMSELF, ANTONIO! CESARO!" Heyman gestures his hand out in front of his client, whom raises his title belt over his head with a smile before draping it across his shoulder. Heyman continues on by mentioning how this past Monday on Raw, it was his two clients - Cesaro and Roman Reigns - teaming up for the first time ever to take on the team of Bryan Danielson and Randy Orton. Both names get a pop and Heyman lets it go and rolls his eyes, saying he finds it a shame that the people cheer two men like that. "While I respect what both men have done, I don't like either one of them because they aren't worthy of being in the same ring as myself and my clients." He jabs, garnering more heat. "And all week long I've been hearing from people about things crumbling between the 'Paul Heyman Guys' in Antonio and Roman but let me be very clear here, ladies and gentlemen, so the questions can stop: There is no animosity between my two clients. Both of those men have big egos. Big egos that they deserve to have, but there isn't going to be any picking and choosing. That isn't going to happen and if you think 'Oh, I read it on the internet so it must be true' then you're just as much of an idiot as Randy Orton is for thinking he has a chance to beat the Undisputed WWE Champion here tonight!" Before Heyman has a chance to say more, 'Voices' hits and the Columbus crowd pops to the sight of the 'Viper' Randy Orton as he comes out to the stage! "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa! Hold on, wait a minute..." Orton says, scratching his head with a look of confusion across his face. "You're telling me that not everything we read on the internet is true? Wow, Paul, once again you've managed to enthuse me with your thoughts. But what also enthused me to come out here and interrupt you and stop you from going on and on and on and on and on and on and on... is that you called me an idiot for thinking I'm going to be Antonio here tonight in Columbus..." A pop comes for the mention of the city, Orton grinning as he says that he sure as hell isn't an idiot and sure as hell knows he is going to beat Cesaro tonight in the middle of the ring. "You know how I know that, Paul? Antonio? You know how I know that? Because I don't see Roman Reigns out here getting the job done for you." A sharp 'ooh' comes from the crowd and Cesaro quickly snatches the microphone away from Heyman, stepping up to the ropes and ordering Orton to shut up. "I don't need any help to win my match from Roman! I'll beat you in the middle of this ring like I beat Bryan Danielson at Payback... like I'll beat him at Money in the Bank and like I beat you this past Monday." He smiles and Orton takes a moment, eyes widened, before responding. He reminds Antonio that his win at Payback was after Bryan had gone on for almost twenty minutes already and he cashed in Money in the Bank. He also mentions how Monday night that yes, he got pinned, but it was more in part thanks to Reigns hitting him with a Superman Punch. "And when it comes down to it the only way I see you beating me tonight and winning at Money in the Bank is if Roman doesn't take his balls out of Paul's handbag... but let me warn you right here and right now... if he decides to come down to this ring and try and help you later on I'll hit him with the RKO of a lifetime and then I'll turn to the both of you and punt both your heads off because I'm not in the mood for games... I'm in the mood to kick some ass before I win Money in the Bank next Sunday... and dont think for a second I won't hesitate to cash in on you if you're still the champ, Antonio." He drops his microphone to the floor and his music hits, the 'Viper' putting his hands up and signature taunt. He makes his way to the back as Heyman holds Cesaro back.
DOLPH ZIGGLER DEF. BIG E » The bell sounds and Ziggler takes Big E to the mat multiple times, trying to put him away quickly while also being very aggressive. He misses on a corner splash, however, turning right in to a belly-to-belly suplex. Big E gets some momentum brewing and ends up getting a near fall off a huge back body drop. As he sets up for the Big Ending, Ziggler slips free and hits him with a dropkick that sends him through the ropes. The two brawl on the outside, Dolph throwing Big E face first in to the steel steps. They come back in to the ring, Big E dazed, allowing Ziggler to duck a swing and drop him with the Zig Zag! He quickly scrambles on top of Big E and hooks both legs up for the one, two, three. The Columbus crowd responds to the result with majority boos, the 'Show Off' getting back on to his feet and taunting to the crowd. He steps out of the ring but instead of going to the back, he walks over to the timekeeper area. He grabs a water bottle and rolls in to the ring and, reminiscent of Monday's sit-down interview next to John Cena, he cracks Big E over the head with it as he gets to his feet! The boos keep coming down as Ziggler lets Big E roll out of the ring before drenching him with the whole bottle. He chucks it away with a laugh as the referee holds him back from doing anything more, Ziggler playing up the heat of the crowd with a grin.
A promo video airs following the break for the Money in the Bank pay-per-view with the official theme song for the event, "Should've Known" by The Heroes Lie, in the background. The video indicates how winning Money in the Bank isn't just an opportunity - it is almost a guarantee, as all but one man to hold Money in the Bank has gone on to cash in and become World Champion. Money in the Bank takes place from the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts on June 29, 2014! THE HARDY BOYZ DEF. R-TRUTH AND BO DALLAS » The contest starts between Jeff and Truth, the latter hitting a series of leaping shots to the face. He misses an early axe kick and Jeff drops him with a swift DDT. The Hardy Boyz make frequent tags back and forth, showing their experience and dominating the match. Truth hits a hard shot to the face of Matt as he comes off the ropes and tags in Bo, whom goes for the Running Bo-Dog, only to be pushed off on the spin around. Dallas turns right in to a kick to the gut and the Twist of Fate! Matt makes the tag to Jeff and he hits the Swanton Bomb, hooking the legs up for the pinfall. Jeff hops back on to his feet, receiving a high five and hug from his brother. The referee holds their arms up as they have scored a victory just ten nights away from their rematch for the WWE Tag Team Championships, where they'll take on Sami Zayn and Solomon Crowe. Over at ringside, Michael Cole notes how speaking of the WWE Tag Team Champions, they - along with Kevin Owens - would assault Sheamus this past Monday on Raw. "And, ladies and gentlemen, you may have seen the news break on WWE.com or via the WWE App earlier on today, Sheamus will undergo surgery due to the assault and will not be able to compete in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match next Sunday. There is no word yet on if there will be a replacement for Sheamus in the match and we wish him a very speedy recovery." Backstage is the United States Champion Dean Ambrose, as he goes one-on-one with one of the followers of the man that beat him on Monday - Bray Wyatt - Luke Harper!
UNITED STATES CHAMPION DEAN AMBROSE DEF. LUKE HARPER (W/BRAY WYATT AND ERICK ROWAN) IN A NON-TITLE MATCH » The match begins and the two wild men go at it with a fury of fists each. Harper hits a knee to the gut and clubs the back, turning things his way quickly. He overpowers the 'Lunatic Fringe' and even smashes him shoulder first in to the steel post, following up with a big boot that garners him a near fall. Harper tries to put Ambrose away early with a clothesline but Dean ducks it, clotheslining him back and over the ropes. While shaking his arm to work away the pain in his shoulder, he goes off the ropes and returns with a big suicide dive! He gets to his feet and stares at Wyatt and Rowan with his eyes widened and tongue stuck out, Bray holding Erick back as a commercial break comes. Following the time away, Harper is back in control as he overpowers Ambrose. He gets some near falls and after a big elbow to the side of the head, he goes for the discus clothesline only for Dean to duck away from it, roll across the ring and return with a clothesline of his own. Fired up, he rocks Harper to the mat over and over and hits his signature clothesline. He gives a stare to Wyatt and laughs, dropping Harper with Dirty Deeds! He hooks the far leg for the three.Ambrose gets back to his feet and in to the ring storms Rowan, whom drops him with a boot! The crowd boos as Erick drags him back to his feet, Ambrose fighting back hard with strikes to the face. He rocks Rowan all the way to the ropes and avoids Harper charging at him, causing the two big men to topple over the ropes and to the floor! The 'Lunatic Fringe' storms over to the ropes, demanding a microphone from ringside! "HEY ROWAN!" He shouts, stepping up to the ropes and leaning over them. "Why don't you step in to this ring and get a piece of me because I feel like beating you too right here! RIGHT NOW!" He throws the mike over his shoulder, hopping on to the second turnbuckle to look out to the cheering crowd, Rowan seeming cautious before being nodded approval from Wyatt. He steps up to the ring. UNITED STATES CHAMPION DEAN AMBROSE DEF. ERICK ROWAN (W/BRAY WYATT AND LUKE HARPER) VIA DISQUALIFICATION IN A NON-TITLE MATCH » The match is underway upon the return and Rowan takes it to Ambrose with his size in the corner and on the mat. He goes for a pin after a sidewalk slam, the United States Champion kicking out. Rowan pummels Ambrose and works the back, throwing him in to the corner repeatedly. He misses a boot to the face and gets hung up, Ambrose leaping on to the second rope and punching away! The referee gets to a four count and Dean backs down, letting Rowan come back to him. He hits a swift kick to the gut and sets up for Dirty Deeds only to have Harper come in to the ring from behind and hit the Discus Clothesline on Ambrose! The referee calls for the bell!
The Wyatt Family strikes, beating down Ambrose. Bray slowly comes in to the ring, gesturing for Harper and Rowan to back off the 'Lunatic Fringe'. Wyatt laughs as he forces Ambrose back up, hitting him with Sister Abigail! He gets on to his knees, calling for a microphone. Harper retrieves one and gives it to his leader, whom cradles Ambrose's head. "I told you, man... the dimension... inside that briefcase will never be there for you to explore... because it will only open for one man... Me! Bray Wyatt!" He lets out a loud chuckle, singing along with the crowd: "He's got the whooollee world... in his hands..." As he goes on and on, he rocks back and forth with Ambrose in his arms and takes one big breath before finishing his song: "I've got the whole world in my... hands." The signature of The Wyatt Family hits.
'Feed me!' is heard following the break, the Ohio crowd pleased to see Ryback as he makes his way out atop the stage and is introduced to the crowd. He leads on the 'Feed me more!' chant and marches his way down to the ring, snatching a microphone and stepping up in to the middle of the squared circle, chuckling a bit. "Y'know, the 'Big Guy' has been around the block a few times. The 'Big Guy' knows what it is like to be knocked down over and over again. But you know what happens when you know down somebody like the 'Big Guy'? He gets back up and he hits you right in the jaw." He gets a small pop and continues on by saying that ever since Rusev arrived in a big way at WrestleMania XXX, winning the first ever Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, he has been running over all the competition. "But now Rusev gets to face somebody like Ryback at Money in the Bank... and all that momentum he has is going away real fast... thing is that the 'Big Guy' doesn't like bullies and it's one thing when you're just a bully to a few people here and there. It's another when you're a bully to an entire nation... the 'Big Guy' doesn't stand for that and Rusev! It's feeding time on your ass at Money in the Bank!" The WWE Universe cheers as Ryback starts up the 'Feed me more!' chants once again, only to be cut off by Rusev's music, the cheers turning in to heavy boos as he makes his way out with Lana.
The 'Bulgarian Brute' waves the Russian flag high up over his head before planting it to the floor, Lana smiling in to the microphone in her hand. "Ryback, you're such a fool. A fool like every single filthy, putrid American..." The boos come at her hard for the words, leading to her ordering the Nationwide Arena to 'shut up' before continuing forward. "You think that Rusev can be stopped, but Rusev has yet to begin. The Russian Federation honored the 'Super Athlete' Rusev because they know he represents their country so well, being an unstoppable iron curtain. They even melted the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal Trophy in to his Gold Star Medal... melted it down like your career has been melted down... to nothing... and at Money in the Bank, Rusev will put the finishing touches to what has been the pathetic career of Ryback." She hands the microphone over to Rusev, whom says that it has been an honor and a privilege to watch Ryback fail like America has. His music hits once again and he waves the Russian flag over his head once again, one falling over the ring with a bang that brings a very angered look across the face of Ryback, whom shouts back - vowing to finish Rusev next Sunday!
THE BELLA TWINS DEF. DIVA'S CHAMPION AJ LEE AND NAOMI » The rematch from Monday starts off with Brie and AJ, the Diva's Champion going for the Black Widow early only for Brie to escape and not suffer the same fate as she did on Raw. Brie makes the tag to her sister and Nikki comes in, dropping AJ multiple times. Lee gets things right back in her favor after a kick to the gut and she hits a big sweep to the legs before tagging in Naomi, whom comes in and hits a series of slams. Naomi hits a big powerslam and whips Nikki off the ropes, ready for the Rear View only for Brie to hold on to her sister. Naomi comes rushing at Nikki and goes for the Rear View again, Nikki avoiding it and letting her sister take the move! Nikki storms to AJ and hits her with a forearm smash to the face, coming back up to the stumbling Naomi and lifting her off the mat for the Bella Buster! She covers her for the pinfall victory.
Nikki gets back on to her feet with a smile, Brie slowly rolling in to the ring to join her sister. The twins hug and raise their arms up together, AJ stirring from the outside. She rolls in to the ring but before she can get to Nikki and Brie, the two escape through the ropes and make their way up the ramp. Naomi sits up slowly and tells AJ she is sorry, the Diva's Champion ensuring her that it is alright. Nikki and Brie, meanwhile, indicate the two are losers with an 'L' on their forehead. They laugh together and head to the back, AJ left staring in anger.
Backstage is Renee Young and she introduces her guests, the Undisputed WWE Champion Antonio Cesaro and Paul Heyman. The two step forward and Renee asks them about the point Randy Orton made earlier on about how so far, Antonio hasn't really won a match on his own since aligning with Heyman. "Really?" Paul says with a scoff, putting his hand out in front of his client to keep him calm. "Really? My client is the Undisputed WWE Champion and you're really going to disrespect him by saying things like that, Renee? I would have expected better from you because for a while I actually thought you were smarter than the common Ohioan." Cesaro steps forward and says that guys like Randy Orton and Bryan Danielson can believe what they want to believe but the fact of the matter is, he is the Undisputed WWE Champion and is a winner and he will keep proving everyone wrong. He heads off for the main event, Heyman staying behind and smiling to Renee. "And in the words of my other client... just to clarify that there is no friction... believe that." He gives a short laugh and heads off for the main event!
UNDISPUTED WWE CHAMPION ANTONIO CESARO (W/PAUL HEYMAN) DEF. RANDY ORTON IN A NON-TITLE MATCH » The bell rings and the two lock up, Orton applying a headlock. He messes with Cesaro a bit, which causes him to grow frustrated. He misses on a big clothesline, spinning right in to a snap scoop slam that leads to a near fall. The 'Viper' begins a slow, methodical beat down. He sets up for the RKO after stomping away at Cesaro, going for it as he rises only to have the Undisputed WWE Champion shove him chest first in to the corner and nail a big tossing uppercut on the return! Cesaro scrambles for the pin, getting a two count. Cesaro grows frustrated and tries to get very aggressive, causing him to take too much time to go for the Neutralizer, Orton kicking himself free and clotheslining him to the mat. Cesaro rolls underneath the ropes and backs up with Heyman, Orton licking his lips as a commercial comes in. Back after the time away, the match is completely dominated by the 'Apex Predator' and he trash talks Cesaro the whole time. "Where's Roman!? Where's your security!? Your protection!?" He laughs and gets the crowd going, Cesaro sending a sudden jab to the eye! Boos rain down as the 'Swiss Superman' takes control, using his unbelievable strength to keep Orton grounded and in the corner. He drops Orton and goes for the Cesaro Swing, only to be rolled up for a near fall. Both men get up and Randy catches the champion by the neck as he charges at him, throwing him between the ropes before pulling him back in for the rope hung DDT! As Orton seems to be poised for victory, Heyman gets on to the apron and waves towards the entrance. Randy laughs and steps up behind Paul, taking him by the back of the neck. "You calling for your boy?" Orton says. "I thought you believed in Antonio!" Heyman tries to plead with Orton, Roman Reigns' music suddenly hitting. The other 'Paul Heyman Guy' proceeds to make his way out to the stage and he bucks his shoulders towards the ring, taking a few steps while staring Orton down. He looks around the arena and shakes his head, throwing his hands up and making his way to the back! The crowd cheers and Orton chuckles, Heyman being ordered by the official to get down from the apron. With the referee distracted, Cesaro comes up from behind Orton and low blows him! He gets to his feet, spins the 'Viper' around and plants him with the Neutralizer! He rolls him over and covers him for the victory.
The Nationwide Arena boos as Cesaro slowly rolls off of Orton, Heyman coming in to the ring with a smile across his face. He takes the Undisputed WWE Championship belt and presents it to his client, holding his arm up high. The cameras cut backstage to show Roman Reigns watching one of the monitors, shaking his head and running his hands across his face. He walks away as back in the arena, Cesaro and Heyman continue the celebration. "Believe in me yet, Randy!? Believe in me!?" Antonio questions while holding the title in his face. He raises it up over his head one more time with a smile as Thursday Night Smackdown draws to an end.

| Only one man in WWE history has failed to win a World Championship after cashing in the Money in the Bank briefcase and now, it is Seth Rollins Dean Ambrose, Kane, Roman Reigns, Bray Wyatt, Randy Orton and Kevin Owens looking to become Mr. Money in the Bank. | Bryan Danielson's uprising was brought to a halt by Antonio Cesaro as he cashed in his Money in the Bank at Payback with his new manager, Paul Heyman at his side. Now, Danielson looks to reclaim the Undisputed WWE Championship as he gets his rematch at the familiar pay-per-view event. |
|
| In a rivalry that has become personal over Dolph Ziggler wanting to have John Cena stop "taking opportunities" from guys like him. After winning a mach against Cena at Payback, Ziggler wanted an immediate title shot. Mr. McMahon, however, would call for a number one contenders rematch.
| AJ Styles beat Wade Barrett on two occasions, the first time winning the Intercontinental Championship and the second Barrett's rematch. Wade, however, has gotten AJ Styles' finishing move - the Styles Clash - banned and has been given another shot. This time, in two-out-of-three falls. |
|
| At Payback, Sami Zayn and Solomon Crowe surprised all by entering the Tag Team Turmoil for the WWE Tag Team Championships, winning them away from The Hardy Boyz. After the champions got counted out in the rematch Jeff and Matt were given another title shot at Money in the Bank. | Since winning the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal, Rusev has been on a path of destruction and has yet to be pinned or made submit. Ryback stood up to the 'Bulgarian Brute' during his ceremony at Payback, setting the table for what should be a hard hitting match between two big men. |
A very special thank you to Elliot for the Money in the Bank graphics.

I'm sorry but I'm only replying to Smackdown right now. Still pressed for time but trying here boo. Columbus? I been there. Adding the caps lock in the middle of a Paul Heyman promo is perfect. Solid opening promo to build the main event. I cant recall, is Big E doing anything of note right now? Regardless, no way he was going over Dolph Ziggler who is heading into a big PPV match. They would probably have good chemistry though. For some reason, I love the team of Bo Dallas and R-Truth. Hardys win was obvious. I must have missed something because someone is missing from Money in the Bank. Hmm. Dean Ambrose and Luke Harper usually have good matches so wise booking there. I was confused and thought you wrote the same match twice but I see it was Erick Rowan. I get that it put Ambrose over good, but I'm not sure about him going over both Harper and Rowan back to back. Maybe it should have been Rowan first and then a loss to Harper after a valiant effort. Is the Cutting Edge to hype the Money in the Bank match? Because, ::spoiler:: I had the same damn idea. If not, then forget what I said and be surprised if it happens. Everyone seems to love the Ryback/Rusev feud. Maybe I should take a shot at it. I don't know. The Bellas winning is fine. I don't see AJ Lee dropping the title yet though. GIVE IT BACK TO PAIGE YOU ! I remember the Orton/Cesaro match from Smackdown before the Elimination Chamber in real life and it was damn good. Glad you went with it here and glad we got an actual finish. Big win for the champion, who is still rather unproven. I enjoyed this episode of Smackdown. Everything had a meaning and built towards the PPV.

- Starting off the show with the Undisputed WWE Champion Cesaro along with his advocate Paul Heyman as they are talking not only about Danielson but also about Orton and then Orton showing up, I can't wait until tonight's main event, if Orton wins think about what this does for Orton? This puts Orton right back in the discussion as far as the Undisputed WWE Championship but then again Roman Reigns even though Heyman says there is no dissension there with his other client well there is and I think we are in the process of Roman Reigns becoming a babyface and leaving Heyman
- It seems Ziggler's heel turn just keeps getting better and better, another win this time beating Big E., I figured you would because you want to keep Ziggler as strong as possible heading into his match with Cena at Money in the Bank and considering their match at Money in the Bank there is so much riding on it in the sense of whoever wins becomes the next #1 Contender for the Undisputed WWE Championship at the next PPV which is Battleground: King of the Ring if I am not mistaken but Ziggler using the water bottle like how he used it on Cena to attack him with it, I can see Cena getting his retribution for that soon enough
- The Hardy Boyz beating Truth & Dallas well that was inevitable considering The Hardy Boyz have their rematch for the WWE Tag Team Championships against Crowe & Zayn of The Purge so you want to keep The Hardy Boyz Matt and Jeff as strong as possible and considering they are one of the greatest tag teams of all time in WWE's history they are going up against the future that being Crowe & Zayn, the past/present vs the future, I mean since Crowe & Zayn got themselves DQed seeing them face The Hardy Boyz again I wonder what happens next?
- A replacement for Sheamus in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match, hopefully we have a Battle Royal to determine who will be Sheamus' replacement in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match or Vince the Chairman can simply just name another superstar to take Sheamus' spot
- WWE United States Champion Ambrose not only competing once but competing twice in one night and winning both matches the first with him beating one third of The Wyatt Family by beating Luke Harper and then beating Rowan the second member of The Wyatt Family all be it by DQ two big wins for Ambrose tonight this has got to give him momentum heading into the Money in the Bank Ladder Match but post-match after Ambrose's match with Rowan Wyatt attacks Ambrose I figured he would and considering Bray Wyatt he is also in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match Bray Wyatt I would say out of all of the competitors he needs the Money in the Bank briefcase to further elevate his career I mean even though Wyatt made history at Mania when he ended The Streak when he beat The Undertaker and then afterwards beat Kane not once but twice I would say Bray is nowhere near where he should be but a Money in the Bank Ladder Match win will further elevate him because after what he did at Mania he should have instantly been thrown into the Undisputed WWE Championship picture but he wasn't and hopefully after Money in the Bank he will be
- The Cutting Edge with WWE Hall of Famer The Rated R Superstar Edge, I can only imagine how The Cutting Edge will happen especially with all of these combustible elements like Bray Wyatt, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose, Randy Orton who used to be Edge's tag team partner in Rated RKO, Kane and then The Purge's Kevin Owens and Edge being right in the middle of all of it, Edge he knows what it's like to win the Money in the Bank briefcase winning it twice and cashing in both times to become champion so if anyone can handle this it is definitely Edge
- Ryback vs Rusev at Money in the Bank, these 2 monsters these 2 leviathans colliding it is not only just about USA vs Russia but it is also or has also become personal between these 2 men and honestly something has got to give
- The Bella Twins beating AJ Lee & Naomi, I figured this would lead to a Divas Tag Team Match and I was right but at the same time I can only wonder if this will somehow end up leading up to a Fatal 4 Way Match for the WWE Divas Championship? I mean it is inevitable considering how all 4 of these divas have single-handedly interacted with each other but at the same time The Bellas they actually have a right at a title match with both Bellas having wins over AJ but Naomi what has she done to earn a WWE Divas Championship match?
- And in the main event Undisputed WWE Champion Cesaro beating Randy Orton, even though Cesaro did pin Orton he basically got the job done thanks in part to Roman Reigns but there was so no sign of Reigns at all, it was just his music hitting and Orton getting all distracted with Cesaro taking advantage to get the victory but also Heyman tried to get involved but at the same time Cesaro gets the victory this is a huge win for Cesaro considering Orton is a former WWE and World Heavyweight Champion a bonafide first ballot future WWE Hall of Famer if and when he ever retires so for Cesaro to beat him, this just means he is certainly no fluke as a champion but Reigns backstage watching all of this happen on a monitor rather than being out there with Heyman and Cesaro spoke volumes, Reigns obviously has animosity towards both Cesaro and Heyman

Okay, let's get started with SMACKDOWN. Great start to the show with Cesaro and Orton leading up to their match tonight. Good win for Ziggler against Big E and then after the match does the same thing he did to John Cena. Hardys get a huge win over R-Truth and Bo Dallas, on their way to get the tag team title shot at Money in The Bank. Dean Ambrose defeats Luke Harper and Erick Rowan in both singles competition, one was by pinfall and the other was by DQ cause of Bray Wyatt beating Dean Ambrose up, happy that the Cutting Edge will be on Monday Night RAW. And then we get Ryback and Rusev promo as much as Ryback wants to win against Rusev at Money in The Bank, I don't see Rusev being stopped that's my opinion. The Bellas with a nice win over AJ Lee and Naomi. One of the Bellas could be in line for a Divas Title Match against AJ Lee. And then we get the main event with Orton and Cesaro. Cesaro wins with the distraction from Roman Reigns, this proves that Reigns and Cesaro may be feuding down the line, probably Reigns will win MITB and turn face and cash in on Cesaro the next night. I definitely see it happening. Allright man, time to check out my WWF 1993-1995 Diary.

JUNE 23, 2014 FROM THE VERIZON CENTER IN WASHINGTON, D.C.
The Monday Night Raw intro video airs with the cameras coming in to the Verizon Center in Washington, D.C. as Michael Cole, Jerry 'The king' Lawler and John Bradshaw Layfield welcome everyone to the show. Tonight, The Cutting Edge is taking place with all Money in the Bank participants and the contract signing for Bryan Danielson and Antonio Cesaro will take place before their Undisputed WWE Championship match this Sunday. All this and more to come live tonight on Monday Night Raw just six days from Money in the Bank!
The ring is set up for The Cutting Edge and after a few moments 'You think you know me...' is heard in the Verizon Center, the crowd exploding! The Hall of Famer, the 'Rated R Superstar' Edge makes his way out to the stage, throwing his hands up and down to the crowd on each side of the stage. He comes down and in to the ring, the D.C. crowd chanting his name loudly. With a smile across his face, Edge takes a microphone from the center chair and scratches the back of his head in disbelief. "You know, after being gone for a couple of years, I know I can't be back in this ring but when I step out here and I hear that reaction it makes me want to so badly. I love being retired but there ain't nothing like this." He lets his emotions cool down and tells the WWE Universe enough of the lovey-dovey back-and-forth stuff with them. "I'm here tonight to host... The Cutting Edge!" He gestures his hand around the ring. "I was asked to do this tonight because in case you didn't know... I won the first Money in the Bank ladder match. Hell, right before my career ended I had won it a second time and I became WWE Champion... because that is what Money in the Bank is all about and that is becoming world champion." Before he has a chance to say anything more, Seth Rollins' theme music hits and out to the stage comes the cocky, uprising superstar. He makes his way down and in to the ring, laughing to Edge and offering him a handshake. After an awkward moment of nothing between the two, Seth pulls back and picks up a microphone from a chair. "What? You don't want to shake the hand of the guy that is going to climb up that ladder on Sunday and become Mr. Money in the Bank, Edge? What's the matter? You reminiscing about how you used to be able to do what I get to do each and every night?" A big 'ooh' comes from the crowd and Edge smiles, saying he just has a problem with guys like Seth Rollins. "It's not that you run your mouth or think you're better than everyone else... because I was just like that... but unlike me, you don't back it up." Before Rollins has a chance to respond, Randy Orton's music hits to a pop from the crowd. The 'Viper' comes down to the ring and leans against the ropes with a microphone, shaking his head. "How does it feel, Seth? How does it feel to be standing in the ring with one of the greatest power tag teams of all time - Rated RKO?" The crowd gives some cheers as Orton steps forward, pointing above the ring and telling Seth that he has a bit of catching up to do to Edge but he knows for a fact that he'll be halfway there come Sunday night. Roman Reigns, along with Paul Heyman, is the next to come out with Heyman reminding everyone of how his other client Antonio Cesaro won last year and just a few weeks back, with his leadership, won the Undisputed WWE Championship. Kane makes his presence known next, stepping right in to the middle of the ring but not saying a word. Kevin Owens arrives on the scene to major boos, the unquestioned leader of The Purge. He steps in to the middle of the ring and looks around. "Every one in this match... you may think you're climbing the ladder figuratively and literally. But if you didn't know by now somebody ought to tell you that The Purge is going to pull you down rung by rung by rung. Just like Sheamus... look at Sheamus. He isn't even in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match because of The Purge! Any of you could be next." Dean Ambrose comes out to join things, telling Owens that any of them could be next so why not him? He gets up in Owens' face and they jaw at each other, Kevin reminding Dean that he already destroyed him on Smackdown a few weeks ago. As all six men go at it, Edge looks entertained from the corner and suddenly the signature of The Wyatt Family hits! Bray Wyatt appears on the titantron, warning that he is here before also making his way out and in to the ring. "Do you all want to hear something... really scary?" Wyatt chuckles, pacing back and forth. "Each and every one of you have lied, lied and lied some more! You're even lying to yourselves. You keep saying you're going to climb that ladder... reach your hand up and grab that briefcase! Grab that briefcase, open up and enter that dimension to unlimited potential! BUT I! I AM THE ONE THAT WILL BE GRABBING THAT BRIEFCASE! I AM NOT A LIAR LIKE ALL OF YOU, EVERY TIME I HOLD THIS MICROPHONE AND I SPEAK THE WORDS THAT COME OUT OF MY LIPS ARE THE TRUTH! THE TRUTH IS WITHIN ME!" The WWE Universe boos him as he grins, looking all around at everyone in the ring. "Why, just look at a few of you... you said you were going to defeat The Undertaker at WrestleMania and end his streak... so did I. But Randy? Did you do that...? Nah, man. You're a liar." He chuckles, moving on to Kane and then to even the Hall of Famer, Edge. He vows to not just be the 'new Phenom', the 'new Monster' but also 'Mr. Money in the Bank' after Sunday night. Rollins steps forward and tells Wyatt that he is crazy, causing the 'Eater of Worlds' to widen his eyes towards him, moving towards him. "Whoa, whoa, whoa! I'd face you Bray but... I'm dealing with a heel injury and I'm not cleared to compete tonight." He backs up in to the corner and runs his hands through his hair, Randy Orton stepping forward and saying that he'll take that fight. "If Seth wants to be a little bitch, I'll be more than glad to face you here tonight, Bray. Because whether you know it or not, I'm just a little off the hinges just as you are and I might just be the guy to take you off your high horse." Wyatt chuckles, telling Orton that he is making a grave mistake, but he'll be more than glad to make him 'rest in peace'. He lets out a long laugh and raises his lantern from the mat that still holds a flame in it, blowing it out. The signature of The Wyatt Family hits and the lights go out, a few moments going by before they come back on with Wyatt gone and the others left bewildered in the ring. Over at ringside, the commentary team says that it appears we have quite the match set for later on as Bray Wyatt will take on Randy Orton! But also to come tonight, the contract signing between Undisputed WWE Champion Antonio Cesaro and Bryan Danielson will take place!
Back from break, the ring is cleared of The Cutting Edge set and it is Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose remain in the ring, the commentary team noting that during the break the WWE Board of Directors added two matches along with Bray Wyatt versus Randy Orton as Roman Reigns will face Dean Ambrose and Kevin Owens will take on Kane! "And, ladies and gentlemen, I can confirm that despite my uncertainty... Seth Rollins is indeed not cleared to compete tonight." Says Cole, Layfield quickly responding and telling Cole to lay off of Seth!
UNITED STATES CHAMPION DEAN AMBROSE DEF. ROMAN REIGNS (W/PAUL HEYMAN) IN A NON-TITLE MATCH » As soon as the bell rings, Ambrose leaps on to Reigns in the corner and pummels him with fist after fist to the face. Reigns uses his strength to chuck Ambrose across the ring and blasts him with an early spear! He covers the United States Champion only for Dean to get his foot on the bottom rope. Frustrated, Reigns storms around the ring and he pulls Ambrose back up, throwing him in to the corner. He goes for a spear in the corner, the 'Lunatic Fringe' moving out of the way! Reigns hits the steel post and crumbles to the outside, Heyman checking on him as a commercial break comes in. After the break away, Ambrose controls Reigns from the mat. He hits a series of shots to the face as Reigns gets up and goes off the ropes, returning right to a Samoan Drop! Reigns gets a near fall and starts to overpower his former rival, getting two count after two count. Heyman calls from the outside for his client to finish things and Reigns backs his way in to the corner, cocking his fist. Ambrose staggers up and turns to the Superman Punch, avoiding it! He rolls Reigns up quickly for the three!
Ambrose rolls out of the ring with a big smile across his face, snatching his United States Championship belt as the crowd cheers him on. Reigns sits up in the middle of the ring in shock, Heyman sliding beneath the ropes in disbelief himself. He puts his hands on his head, Reigns staring at his manager before taking a look at Ambrose as he makes his way towards the back with some momentum on his side heading in to Sunday at Money in the Bank!
Back from break, a replay from the finish to the match moments ago is shown. Backstage, Undisputed WWE Champion Antonio Cesaro is seen laughing at the monitor over what just happened. Roman Reigns comes storming up, Paul Heyman trying to hold him back. "So let me get this straight!" He shouts, trying to get as close to Cesaro as he can. "I'm supposed to come out there every time you're in a jam and protect your ass but you aren't supposed to help me? Tell me how that works! Tell me!" Cesaro laughs, adjusting his title belt. He tells Reigns to calm down and eases Heyman's hand away from Reigns, saying that he would've helped him out there but Dean Ambrose pinned him so fast he didn't have a chance to. Reigns breaths heavily and Cesaro says that there is nothing to worry about, because Roman doesn't have to worry about getting pinned on Sunday. "You just have to climb a ladder and grab a briefcase over a bunch of other guys... I did it last year. It's not that hard... if you're Antonio Cesaro." He smiles and walks away, Reigns shaking his head as Heyman continues to plead with him to stay calm!
NIKKI BELLA (W/BRIE BELLA) DEF. NAOMI (W/DIVA'S CHAMPION AJ LEE) » The match gets underway, Naomi throwing Nikki to the mat repeatedly. She goes to lift Nikki but she rolls over with a sunset flip, getting a two count. Both women get to their feet and Nikki hits a hard kick to the gut, sending Naomi to the mat a few times. She gets overconfident, talking trash to AJ Lee on the outside. She turns right in to a kick to the gut from Naomi and is thrown face first in to the mat, Naomi taking total control of the match. Brie grabs a hold of her leg from the outside as she goes off the ropes, allowing Nikki to hit her with a big forearm smash to the face! AJ runs over to Brie and tackles her to the floor but in the mean time, Nikki lays Naomi out with the Rack Attack right in the middle of the ring! She hooks the leg for the pinfall.
The Verizon Center fans boo as AJ slides in to the ring, Nikki rolling out quickly. The Diva's Champion, angered, demands a microphone from ringside. "I don't care which one of you fake, plastic idiots it is... but I want one of you this Sunday. I want one of you to face me and I'll put the Diva's Championship on the line if I have to... because quite honestly... I am sick and tired of The Bella Twins. So which one of you is going to step up to the plate?" She stares at Brie and Nikki, the latter quickly hushing her sister as she goes to respond - taking a microphone from one of the crew members nearby. "I'll be more than happy to take the Diva's Championship away from you, AJ." She says with a smile, backing up the ramp with her sister.
KEVIN OWENS (W/SAMI ZAYN AND SOLOMON CROWE) DEF. KANE » The bell sounds and after a short stare down, the two throw shots back and forth at each other. Kane surprises Owens and gets the upper hand with a knee to the gut, pummeling him with shot after shot to the chin. He misses on a big boot and Owens shows his strength with an inverted suplex, dropping the 'Big Red Monster' right on his head! Owens gets a near fall and forces Kane right back up by the hair, shoving him in to the corner in a seated position. He smacks Kane's face a few times, talking trash in the process. He points up to the briefcase displayed above the ring and crosses over to the other side of the ring, coming back with a huge cannonball splash that Kane manages to avoid! Owens lays on the mat, clutching his back. Kane takes him back up and turns things totally in his favor, hitting big boot after big boot and shot to the face after shot to the face. He goes for the Chokeslam but Crowe hops on to the apron, yelling at him! Kane shoves Owens back and steps right up to Solomon, missing on a punch. Zayn gets up on the other side of the ring and Kane charges at him, Sami avoiding him as well. The 'Big Red Monster' grows aggravated and turns right in to a huge knee to the gut, Owens displaying his strength with a huge powerbomb in the middle of the ring! He covers Kane for the three. Owens gets on to his feet, ripping his arm away from the referee as he tries to hold it up to indicate him the winner. Zayn and Crowe come in to the ring slowly and they all circle Kane, seeming prepared to take him out. Before they have a chance to, however, The Hardy Boyz come storming down to the ring! Jeff and Matt leap in and take their rivals down with dropkicks that send them scurrying from the ring. Owens goes for a double clothesline but the brothers duck, Kane catching Owens on the turnaround with a big boot to the face! The leader of The Purge rolls out of the ring furious, kicking the steel steps! The Purge backs down as The Hardy Boyz motion for the WWE Tag Team Championships around their waist. Kane, meanwhile, reaches his hand above his head towards the briefcase before bringing both arms down to set off a pyro around the ring! The Purge stares from the ramp, the other three staring right back.
Back from break, Renee Young is backstage along with Wade Barrett and The Commonwealth. She thanks them for the time and asks Barrett how he is feeling heading in to his match against AJ Styles this weekend in a two-out-of-three falls match for the Intercontinental Championship. "At Extreme Rules, AJ Styles used the Styles Clash to win... at Payback, AJ Styles used the Styles Clash to win... this Sunday, he can't use that dangerous move because I had it banned from the WWE." He chuckles, pointing to his head and saying he is smart. "If it weren't for that move that could have broken my neck, I would have never lost the Intercontinental Championship to AJ Styles in the first place and this Sunday at Money in the Bank... I'll prove that to be true. Not once, but twice." He smiles and heads off along with the rest of The Commonwealth, Rose staying behind. He stares at Renee and twirls her hair on his index finger, causing her to grow uncomfortable and walk away. "Shame, so pretty but so dull." He says before walking away to follow the rest of The Commonwealth.
In the parking lot, Seth Rollins is seen hobbling a bit. A limousine proceeds to pull in, causing Rollins to grow distracted by it. The vehicle comes in front of him and Rollins puts his hands on his hips, the driver coming around the limousine to open the door up, the Chairman of WWE Vince McMahon stepping out! The Washington D.C. crowd pops at his appearance as he smiles to Seth, saying it is nice to see him again. Rollins asks what he is doing here and McMahon throws his hands out, saying he is the Chairman! "Damn it, I do what I want around here!" He says, laughing and patting Rollins on the arm. "With a lack of authority figure around here, I'm going to be there for the contract signing between Bryan Danielson and Antonio Cesaro later on if you must know." Seth wishes him luck with that but he hopes he is watching Money in the Bank on Sunday because he is going to climb the ladder and win that match. McMahon wishes Seth luck right back and starts to head off, only to stop himself and ask Rollins if he feels like competing tonight. "What? No! Haven't you heard? I've got a heel injury... I can't compete tonight!" The Chairman looks off for a moment before saying that he better be able to compete this Thursday on Smackdown in a six man tag team match. Rollins looks around in disbelief, Vince saying that if he doesn't, he isn't in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match on Sunday. "So, this Thursday it will be Seth Rollins... teaming with Bray Wyatt and Kevin Owens... to take on Randy Orton, Dean Ambrose and Kane in a sort of... Money in the Bank preview." The Chairman walks away as Rollins is left with his jaw hanging, not able to stammer out a response!
WADE BARRETT (W/THE COMMONWEALTH) DEF. KOFI KINGSTON » Barrett trash talks Kofi and pats him on the cheek, inviting him to exit the ring by kneeling on the middle rope. Kingston doesn't take it lightly and blasts Barrett with a big kick to the face! Barrett collapses to the outside and Kofi launches himself over the ropes, bringing Wade to the floor! Kingston gets fired up and tosses Barrett back in to the ring, only to get hit with Winds of Change. Barrett completely dominates Kingston and smacks him in the face repeatedly out of anger, eventually putting him away with a brutal Bullhammer Elbow. He covers Kingston for the three count.
Barrett gets to his feet and stands over Kingston, shouting at him. AJ Styles' music soon hits, Wade turning his head up the ramp. He storms over to the ropes and points to all his members of The Commonwealth to head up the ramp to stop Styles and they start to storm up. After a few moments, the crowd begins to cheer as the Intercontinental Champion comes in to the ring from behind with a smile across his face. Barrett looks around the arena confused and turns to a shot to the face with the title belt! The Verizon Center pops as Styles quickly makes his way out to the apron, setting up for the Spiral Tap! Before he has the chance to launch off the ropes, however, Damien Sandow yanks his leader from the ring, the fans booing as Styles hops up and down in the ring, knowing he was so close to landing his not-banned finisher on Barrett!
BRAY WYATT (W/LUKE HARPER AND ERICK ROWAN) DEF. RANDY ORTON » The contest begins rough, both men hitting stiff shots at the other. Wyatt hooks a hold of the head but Orton powers out fast, dropping Wyatt to the mat repeatedly. Bray gets on to his knees after one big shot and starts to laugh, having had his lip busted open. "You wounded me, Randall! You wounded me!" He shouts, getting back to his feet. The two go at it some more and Wyatt gets the upper hand, throwing Orton in and out of the ring over and over, smashing his head in to the apron, announce table, steel steps and corners. The 'Viper' avoids a body splash in the corner and goes for the RKO, Bray shoving him back and rolling out of the ring. He laughs wildly and wags his finger, Orton angered as a commercial break comes. After the time away, Wyatt is in control of Orton and toys with him, trying to get in his head. Randy snaps and takes Bray down in to the corner, smashing him with forearms and kicks. He chucks him out to the apron and nails the rope hung DDT! As he gets poised for the RKO once again, Harper comes in to the ring only for Orton to strike him with the RKO! Rowan starts to come in to the ring but Orton also plants him with one! He snaps back on to his feet and spins right in to the grasp of Wyatt, whom plants him with Sister Abigail! He gets on to his knees and spreads his hands out, shouting to the crowd. "THE WHOLE WORLD IS IN MY HANDS!" He shouts, folding Orton's hands over his chest - much like The Undertaker - for the one, two, three. Wyatt lets off of Orton and stirs on to his feet, stepping out of the ring slowly. He reaches underneath the ring and pulls out a ladder carefully, sliding it in to the ring. He goes in and sets it up, beginning the climb only to have Dean Ambrose come rushing down to the ring and stop him! The two of them begin to battle back and forth until Roman Reigns joins in on things. Kane and Kevin Owens also come down to the ring and the six go at it like crazy, spilling out of the ring. In the midst of everything, Seth Rollins comes running down to the ring! "Hey, I thought he was injured!" Shouts Cole as Rollins scurries his way up the ladder and to the briefcase! Before he can grab it, however, Owens shoves it down and Orton catches him with the RKO in mid-air! The crowd goes wild as the 'Apex Predator' gets back to his feet, throwing his arms around wildly. As the brawl continues on, tons of referees and officials come rushing to the ring to try and get order of things - all seven men having shown their desire to win on Sunday tonight!
At ringside following the time away, the Money in the Bank card is ran down by Cole, Lawler and JBL. The Money in the Bank Ladder Match with Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Randy Orton, Bray Wyatt, Kane, Dean Ambrose and Kevin Owens; Antonio Cesaro defends the Undisputed WWE Championship against Bryan Danielson; Dolph Ziggler faces John Cena in a number one contenders match; Sami Zayn and Solomon Crowe put the WWE Tag Team Championships on the line against The Hardy Boyz; Diva's Champion AJ Lee defends against Nikki Bella; The 'Bulgarian Brute' Rusev battles the 'Big Guy' Ryback; and AJ Styles, the Intercontinental Champion, puts his belt on the line against Wade Barrett in a two-out-of-three falls match. Backstage is Renee Young once again and she welcomes her guest, Ryback. He steps forward and Renee mentions how he is just six days away from his battle with Rusev, whom has yet to be pinned or made submit, and wants to know if he truly thinks he can be the one to stop him. "If the 'Big Guy' didn't think Rusev could be beat... it wouldn't be worth the time. But the 'Big Guy' knows Rusev can be beat and the guy to beat him is the 'Big Guy'." He chuckles, saying that Rusev is going to go down at Money in the Bank and his little run is going to be hit by the wrecking ball named Ryback. He laughs again and heads off as he is in action - next.
RYBACK DEF. CURTIS AXEL » The bell rings and Axel steps right up to Ryback, mocking him a bit. The 'Big Guy' laughs and drops him with a clothesline! He hits Axel with a few more and a big power slam, calling for the finish already! He pulls Axel to his feet and delivers Shell Shocked right in the middle of the ring, covering him for the very easy one, two, three. Ryback gets on to his feet and starts to celebrate with the crowd, starting up the 'Feed me more!' chant with the WWE Universe. As he is celebrating, Rusev comes in to the ring from behind and waits for him to turn around, letting out a yell before leaping up and dropping him with a huge kick to the face! The 'Bulgarian Brute' looks around the arena, yelling out to the Washington D.C. fans, a scowl across his face. He moves over to Ryback and stomps the back, setting up for the Accolade. Before he can lock it in, however, Ryback puts his hands in the way and uses all of his strength to get to his feet and push Rusev off him in to the corner! Ryback spins around and hits a series of shoulders to the gut, backing across the other side of the ring and pumping his arm up to the 'feed me more!' shouts of the crowd. He runs at the hero to the Russian Federation for the Meat Hook Clothesline only to have Rusev drop to the mat and roll out of the ring to avoid it, backing up to Lana as she stands at the bottom of the ramp. Ryback laughs and turns back around to see Axel getting up across the ring, dropping him with the Meat Hook instead! The D.C. crowd pops as Ryback gets to his feet, slapping his head with a laugh! He points to Rusev and vows to finish him this Sunday at Money in the Bank!
John Cena's music hits upon the return to a very loud polarizing reaction from the crowd. He takes a look around the arena before marching down and in to the ring, playing up the fans to their usual 'Let's go Cena!', 'Cena sucks!' chant. He takes a microphone and pats it in his hand, saying that everywhere he goes he hears that chant and every time he does he has to remind the fans that he loves each and every one of them whether they like it or not. "Also, like it or not, I get to face Dolph Ziggler this Sunday at Money in the Bank and the winner of that match becomes the number one contender for the Undisputed WWE Championship." A cheer comes from the crowd as Cena mentions how back at Payback, Ziggler got the cheap win on him but this Sunday he doesn't plan on letting that happen again. He says that Dolph has been running his mouth, disrespecting him and disrespecting everyone in the WWE Universe. "And I've grown sick and tired of it... last week Dolph you smashed me in the face with a water bottle during our interview and that may not seem like much but I take that as full on disrespect. Let me put it simple for you, jack, you can keep on saying I haven't earned the opportunities I get but this Sunday I'm going to earn it by whooping your ass!" A big mixed reaction comes from the crowd as Cena intensely stares in to the main camera, Ziggler's music hitting after a few moments. The 'Show Off' comes out to the stage but refuses to come down to the ring, laughing and having to hold himself up from speaking for a moment. "Whoop my ass, John?" He questions, throwing his hand up and shaking his head. "I'll give you credit where credit is do... you were one of the greatest WWE superstars of all time! Were. That's because nowadays you're just sucking up the spotlight from guys like me who deserve to have it! Your time is up, my time is now and the only person getting their ass whooped this Sunday at Money in the Bank is you, John!" The fans give a mixed reaction towards Ziggler as he stares down to the ring, Cena asking him if he is done, Dolph letting John respond. "I live by three things: Hustle, loyalty and respect. This Sunday, I'm going to hustle and bust my ass to kick yours. I'm gonna show my loyalty to these fans by living up to that word and damn it, I'll shake your hand before and after the match if you want because I respect you... that doesn't mean I like you and that doesn't mean I'm not going to adjust your attitude! And if you got a problem with that, jack, I got just one thing left to say to you! If you want some... come get some!" He chucks his microphone to the mat and storms around the ring, removing his hat and shirt - throwing them to the crowd! He motions for Dolph to come to the ring only for Ziggler to stop himself halfway down the ramp and just laugh, waving his hand in front of his face as if to say to Cena - 'You can't see me'! He makes his way towards the back, Cena left shaking his head at Ziggler not getting in the ring.
THE RHODES BROTHERS DEF. R-TRUTH AND BO DALLAS » The match gets underway with Cody and Bo, the latter dropping Jeff to the mat over and over and getting overly confident. Rhodes gets frustrated quickly and begins a ruthless attack on Dallas in the corner, the official getting up to a count of four before Cody breaks it. He and Goldust work well as a unit, dominating Bo until he fights back against the veteran Goldust, making a hot tag to Truth. He comes in to the ring and plants both Rhodes Brothers to the mat over and over. He hits a corner clothesline to Goldust and sets up for the Axe Kick, only to have Goldust avoid it and Cody come up behind him, dropping him with Cross Rhodes! Cody keeps Dallas at bay on the apron as Goldust hooks the inside leg of Truth for the three count.
Cody and Goldust embrace each other, Goldust telling his little brother he is proud of him. He ascends to the second turnbuckle and throws his hands up to the crowd, Cody just simply exiting the ring and making his way towards the back as, although these two are victorious in their first match back as a team, Cody still seems to be a bit distraught.
Backstage, Chairman Vince McMahon is seen strutting in signature fashion down the halls as he mediates the contract signing between Antonio Cesaro and Bryan Danielson - next!
'No Chance' hits coming back from the break, the WWE Universe rising on to their feet as Vince McMahon himself makes his way out, throwing his hands out with a smile. With his signature walk, he struts his way down and in to the ring standing behind the table set up in the ring. He holds up the contract from it and shows it to the crowd, thanking them for their reception. "Tonight... we sign the contract for the Undisputed WWE Championship match between the champion, Antonio Cesaro, and the challenger, Bryan Danielson." Boos come for the prior but the 'yes!' chants ring out for the latter. McMahon raises his eyebrows before continuing on. "But before we get down to that I'd like to make an announcement... I promised a few weeks back that I would find a new authority figure within the next month and damn it, I think I've found the right man for the job!" The WWE Universe is intrigued, McMahon saying that he plans to announce that new authority figure... this Sunday on the Money in the Bank Kickoff. Boos come towards the Chairman, whom tells the crowd they shouldn't be surprised by that one. "All you have to do is order the WWE Network for... $9.99... and you'll get to not only find out who the new authority figure is going to be around here but you get to see Money in the Bank in it's entirety! So, without further ado lets get down to business... please help me in welcoming Paul Heyman and the Undisputed WWE Champion... Antonio Cesaro!"
The music of the 'Swiss Superman' hits and he makes his way out, the title belt shining around his waist. Heyman follows behind him clapping, the two coming down to the ring and each shaking hands with the Chairman. Cesaro unhooks his title belt and raises it up to the crowd, boos coming hard down on him. He throws the championship over his shoulder, McMahon moving on to welcome the challenger, Bryan Danielson! The Verizon Center roars as he makes his way out, leading the 'Yes!' chants immediately as he hops his way down the ramp. He even goes around the ring a couple of times before getting on to the apron, staring Cesaro and Heyman down with a smile. He steps in to the ring and takes a seat, grabbing a microphone. He seems poised to say something but the crowd doesn't simmer down so he gets to his feet, pumping his index fingers in the air to get the crowd going some more! "How about you sit down and we get this under way, goat boy?" Cesaro says, slamming the microphone back down on the table as the WWE Universe boos him. Danielson slowly takes a seat and laughs, picking his microphone up - telling Cesaro that was a good insult, 'baldy'. A laugh comes from the crowd and Heyman calms his client down, excusing himself as he picks the mike up.
"Let's skip the charades here. Every single person in this arena knows that my name is Paul Heyman. Every single person in this arena knows that the man sitting next to me is the reigning, defending, Undisputed WWE Champion Antonio Cesaro... every single person in this arena knows that this Sunday my client will defeat Bryan Danielson and send him back home crying knowing that he couldn't get past the 'Swiss Superman' and his little miracle run after getting lucky against the 'Beast Incarnate' Brock Lesnar has come to an end!" Heyman leans across the table and stares right in to the eyes of Danielson. "I've been watching you for nine months now, Bryan. I watched as you faced Roman Reigns... I watched as you faced Brock Lesnar... I saw fear in those eyes every time and I saw you get decimated repeatedly and I promise you... OH I PROMISE YOU! THAT THIS SUNDAY ANTONIO CESARO WILL SWING YOU FROM ROPE TO ROPE, HIT YOU WITH UPPERCUT AFTER UPPERCUT AND NEUTRALIZE YOUR ASS AND PROVE TO EVERY SINGLE PERSON THAT DOUBTED HIM THAT THEY WERE WRONG AND ONCE AGAIN PAUL HEYMAN WAS RIGHT!" He throws his microphone down and slides the contract over to his client, Cesaro preparing to sign it only to stop himself and smile, taking the microphone. "You know, Bryan... that's not just Paul's opinion. That's a spoiler." He gives a wink and signs the contract, sliding it across the table as the D.C. crowd breaks in to a 'No!' chant in response.
"Wow, guys, those are some strong words." Danielson says, telling the two of them that he doesn't need strong words. "Because I have one strong word and these people know what it is so let me ask them the questions... do all of you think that I am going to reclaim the Undisputed WWE Championship this Sunday at Money in the Bank?" The expected response of 'Yes!' comes and Danielson keeps asking questions to the WWE Universe, ranging from if they think he will disappoint yet another 'Paul Heyman Guy' to if they think Heyman himself should shut his mouth before he grabs him by the tie like he did at WrestleMania XXX and does it for him. "Plain and simple, Antonio, I'm going in to Sunday with the WWE Universe behind me and that is all I need. I don't need a scumbag manager like Paul Heyman, I don't need a buddy like Roman Reigns and I don't need to cheat to win because I've got them... I've got them." He points all around the arena and signs the contract, standing up and handing it over to McMahon. Cesaro stands up slowly and raises his title over his head, throwing it on to the table before slapping Danielson across the face! Bryan quickly shoves him back and McMahon demands security as Bryan dives across the table, taking Cesaro down to the mat! Security rushes the ring and yanks Danielson away, Antonio rolling out of the ring while being held back by Heyman. He holds the Undisputed WWE Championship up over his head as Monday Night Raw comes to an end!

|
|
|
| AJ Lee has been dealing with The Bella Twins for many of years now and while currently in her fifth reign as Diva's Champion, AJ has been targeted once again by the twins. Even with Naomi in her corner, the sisters have been strong and after picking for herself and Brie, Nikki gets a title shot. | Commissioner Mick Foley was taken out at the hands - or foot - of Seth Rollins after Extreme Rules and Mr. McMahon has been on the search to find a proper replacement. The Chairman of WWE has announced that he will reveal a new authority figure on the Money in the Bank Kickoff Show. |
A very special thank you to Elliot for the Money in the Bank graphics.

WWE Monday Night RAW: Monday 9th June 2014…Daniel Bryan kicking off the show made sense given that he hasn’t been seen since his loss back at Payback. I assume that a rematch with Seth Rollins has to be in the workings either before challenging Antonio Cesaro for his former WWE World Heavyweight Championship or after. It’s fun to think that Bryan has had more interaction with Paul Heyman than Antonio Cesaro or Brock Lesnar, but that’s the charm of Heyman as a character – if Heyman has a friend, Bryan then has a problem with him: good way of extending the angle, really. Anyway, this angle set up the inevitable rematch for the title coming up at Money in the Bank in a few weeks time, and that graphic is marvellous. Bryan then defeating Jack Swagger in the opening contest sounded fine for what it was, giving Bryan some damage control after Payback went off the air. It also reinserted Bryan as an established, credible contender to what was his title up until eight nights ago. Cesaro with more momentum, beating Bryan down after the match was fine I guess. It was needed for a persona like Cesaro who needs all of the momentum in the world to make him more than a paper/transitional champion – although I do feel like Bryan should have had the last laugh tonight at least. Nikki Bella beats AJ Lee in non-title action…you know how I feel about random people beating champions so I’m not even going to react to this one. Just bad booking. It sets up the story for the Bella Twins going into an expected Divas Championship match with AJ Lee though, so I guess that works. Wow, an individual interview for Sami Zayn and Solomon Crowe – this works, because the emphasis has been on Kevin Owens recently, so this was nice to back up their characters, as well as set up the expected rematch with the Hardys at Money in the Bank with the WWE Tag Team Championships on the line: my only gripe, and it’s a small one, is that this feud is essentially a duos version of the Bryan and Cesaro feud that was set up on the same night and destined to continue into Money in the Bank. Dean Ambrose defeating Sheamus was an interesting decision given how much of a fan favourite Sheamus is and Ambrose is a babyface too – but an internet darling moreso than Sheamus. Kevin Owens’ attack after the bell inserted him into the fray en route to the Money in the Bank ladder match – but him attacking Ambrose could be interpreted as him perhaps challenging Ambrose for the United States Championship going into July? That or Seth Rollins challenges, after their confrontation prior to this match. I would have positioned that Owens vs Ambrose graphic for later in the show, personally. Rusev defeating R-Truth made sense, as Rusev continues to climb the ladder slowly. However it was strange to see given the tweener/heel stance of Truth and Bo Dallas in contrast to Rusev. Rusev clearing house was expected too – intended to set up for an angle with Ryback, which could be Rusev’s biggest angle to date. It’ll be interesting which way you roll with this, I wouldn’t be opposed to a Ryback push, though. Roman Reigns defeating Kane made sense given Reigns has the youth factor – and this was another Money in the Bank preview match, which has been booked well so far. I’m interested in where Kane goes after the rivalry with Bray Wyatt ended at Payback, following Money in the Bank in three weeks. Wade Barrett and the Commonwealth with a promo? Nice and original, I like this. This has been a solid promo in hindsight, something I didn’t quite expect to be honest. I do think that AJ Styles’ Styles Clash being controversial should have been established as dangerous and career-threatening before this angle played out, though. He hasn’t hurt anybody with it yet…so Barrett looks silly and petty here. He’s a heel, but this could have been explain or demonstrated previously and more thoroughly. Either way, a nice two-out-of-three falls match has been set up for the Intercontinental Championship on June 29, which will probably climax the rivalry. Dolph Ziggler costing John Cena a match against Tyson Kidd of all people is hilarious! I do expect Cena to get his win back another day, though. Another heel with the heat over the babyface…you need to make the babyface side look stronger. A lot of the heel side has gotten heat on the babyface tonight. It’s quite repetitive and makes the fan favourites look silly at a time where fans love heels anyway. Tyson Kidd and Natalya’s interview was hilarious, very well done. Kofi Kingston and Curtis Axel…well duh somebody like the Wyatt Family was going to get involved. Typical heat-seeking promo from Bray Wyatt with help from Luke Harper and Erick Rowan – that’s all I can say regarding this. I don’t really see Wyatt winning the Money in the Bank briefcase however, because his character doesn’t fit the role at all. Huh, I almost forgot about Goldust and Cody Rhodes’ angle. Next week Dusty Rhodes will try to help their broken relationship…but will it be a simple, brief backstage segment or an in-ring promo? I hope the latter. Randy Orton’s promo was nice, and I expected him to win the main event. I do think Seth Rollins needs damage control after failing to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship back at Payback, though. I don’t see Seth winning Money in the Bank either (due to him winning it in real life). Is this an angle brewing with Orton and Rollins? Why did Orton randomly try to Punt Seth anyway? Did I miss something here? A strange main event choice for RAW, I think Cesaro should have been put here rather than two men only linked together thanks to the Money in the Bank ladder match – it came off as an anti-climactic close to the show. Apart from that, a decent show – although the heels seemed to get heat over the babyface side in most segments which got quite repetitive.
WWE Monday Night RAW: Monday 16th June 2014…Roman Reigns kicking off RAW was a unique start. Oh, then Antonio Cesaro came out. I guess this was a nice way to feature Paul Heyman’s clients, but with Cesaro being WWE World Heavyweight Champion, he should have been out there without Reigns – it doesn’t feel like Cesaro is champion whatsoever. Another good promo with Daniel Bryan setting up the title match for Money in the Bank, and it set up a tag team main event for the night which should hopefully give Bryan and Cesaro more purpose, and establish Cesaro more (and Reigns for that matter) as a main eventer. He does reek of short-term, transitional champion material though. The question is who’s gonna beat him, not who’s gonna challenge him. Randy Orton’s segment with Daniel Bryan was fine, but Orton openly admitting that he respects Bryan wasn’t something he’d say. Seth Rollins defeating Kane…another loss for Kane. The post-WrestleMania revamp for Kane is seemingly over. Good win for Seth who needed a W, though. And Kane taking his frustration out on Seth after the match was nice, too. I guess there was no follow-up on Orton and Rollins’ business then? I guess. Tyson Kidd beating Mark Henry, hahaha. I am liking this fluke win series for Tyson lately, it really helps his character. I just wish Natalya was used more, either in this angle or alternatively in the Divas division. Another interview with Solomon Crowe and Sami Zayn of the Purge – where is Kevin Owens for these things? I do think this one could have used Owens’ presence. While it is good for Crowe and Zayn to get their personalities over as WWE Tag Team Champions, I feel like they’re getting more talk time than Owens, who is visibly the leader of this trio. Obvious logo is obvious. Adrian Neville coming in at this time could be interesting. The Hardys defeating Sami Zayn and Solomon Crowe…by disqualification! What sh*theads Zayn and Crowe are. It kept the Purge heat on, as they seem to be undefeated when it comes to who gets heat on who, comeback or not from the babyface. It sets up for a stipulation rematch with the titles on the line come Money in the Bank, though I don’t think Jeff and Matt will walk out with another title reign under their belts. Antonio Cesaro complaining about Roman Reigns? Interesting…hmm. I could see that as a fun feud coming up for sure. Jack Swagger with a loss, what else is new huh? Sheamus needed the win after losing cleanly to Dean Ambrose last week though, so this is fine. The Purge then assaulting Sheamus…this should have taken place later on in the card. Owens is the focal point here, given he’s in the Money in the Bank ladder match with Sheamus – but this is Zayn and Crowe in three straight segments. They needed a rest. Especially after the match with Jeff and Matt. Bray Wyatt going over Dean Ambrose…woah. I do think the set-up for this week of ladder match build should have been different, but this was interesting to do. It makes it seem like anybody could target Ambrose’s United States Championship after Money in the Bank…Rollins, Reigns, Owens…now Wyatt. It just strikes me that this hype format for the main event on June 29 features random singles match followed up with random beatdowns that aren’t to go anywhere except the big eight-man ladder match in two weeks. Needed a reboot here tonight, because this happened last week. Although the Wyatt Family being the focus after the Purge’s segment did make for an interesting rivalry down the line (which I hope happens at some point) between the Purge and the Wyatts. Hopefully that is in your agenda, because that would be huge if the build and the focus was all there. Oh Edge is back. Yay. Dolph Ziggler and John Cena’s promo was very good, and well done actually. It’s a number one contender’s match at Money in the Bank now? Very well, but be careful: it could make the outcome of the positioned-later-in-the-card WWE World Heavyweight Championship VERY predictable if you chose one winner. And I can’t see you doing Cena against Daniel Bryan for the title on a B-pay-per-view like Battleground next month. AJ Lee and Naomi beating the Bella Twins was fine for what it was. It finally gave the Divas Champion some momentum against Nikki Bella, but the outcome at Money in the Bank could go either way. AJ Styles beating Adam Rose…okay. Establishing win. I do hope that Rose winds up somewhere decent in the end, though. No physical interaction with Wade Barrett, which is good. Their Intercontinental Championship feud feels especially important right now. The Rhodes Family promo was well done, and for now at least it seems like Dusty Rhodes has brought Cody Rhodes and Goldust back together…now I’m waiting for Cody to pull the trigger. Cody could have a great main event run as a heel, so I hope that’s in the pipelines. FINALLY, a decent tag team main event with Antonio Cesaro and Roman Reigns defeating Daniel Bryan and Randy Orton. Strange that Cesaro pinned Orton, though…could it be a sign of things to come? Very big rub for the uncredible Cesaro, though, I liked that. I’m waiting for Orton to seek his win back now, though. Additionally glad that this main evented RAW and derived from the average ladder match hype format you’ve been going with this past few weeks, putting Orton and Reigns in this tag team match. Cesaro and Reigns drama with Paul Heyman stuck in the middle…that could be interesting I guess? Overall, quite a good show with my main complaint being how much this three-hour RAW dragged. Sigh…

6 MORE DAYS UNTIL MONEY IN THE BANK!!!! 6 DAYS AWAY!!!
- Starting the show off with WWE Hall of Famer The Rated R Superstar Edge here with The Cutting Edge and his guests happen to be the Money in the Bank Ladder Match participants with Edge telling them all just what it is like to win Money in the Bank but also that what the match is really all about is winning that briefcase because when you do it pretty much cements your legacy it pretty much guarantees you to become world champion but out of all of the Money in the Bank Ladder Match participants who really has that it factor? Who really has what it takes to become Mr. Money in the Bank? Seeing Bray Wyatt make his entrance like that making it a point that he is going to win the Money in the Bank Ladder Match and calling all of them liars only for Orton to take exception to that building up Orton vs Wyatt which in my opinion is a dream match a WrestleMania worthy match and it is a First Time Ever right here on RAW, I am looking forward to it
- Contract signing for the Undisputed WWE Championship between Danielson and Cesaro w/Heyman I am looking forward to that but you know how contract signings go in the WWE, they never go well at all
- WWE United States Champion Dean Ambrose beating his former nemesis Roman Reigns and considering these 2 have just had quite the rivalry especially over the WWE United States Championship considering Ambrose beat Reigns for that very title and has held on to it ever since and to see that rivalry renewed here with Ambrose coming out on top with Heyman in disbelief as well as Reigns I mean it is only a matter of time before Reigns' babyface turn is cemented I mean the seeds have been planted for a while now and for Reigns he has been slumping so it is pretty much inevitable at this point
- Backstage Paul Heyman is with his guys Cesaro the Undisputed WWE Champion and Roman Reigns, after this segment I think it is safe to say Reigns is turning babyface especially after this because how much more can Reigns take from Cesaro & Heyman before he finally snaps and breaks one or both of them in half with a Spear
- Nikki Bella beating Naomi, I mean it is pretty much inevitable now that Nikki is now the #1 Contender for the WWE Divas Championship considering the roll she's been on I mean and not to mention that added presence of her twin sister Brie I mean it is only a matter of time and considering AJ she said she doesn't care which Bella she has to face just as long as she gets one of them in the ring I mean AJ Lee the WWE Divas Champion wants to shut The Bellas up that badly, well at Money in the Bank she may just get her chance to do that depending on which Bella she faces
- So it is confirmed, it will be Nikki Bella vs AJ Lee for the WWE Divas Championship, I think it is safe to say AJ Lee is losing her WWE Divas Championship considering she's held it since WrestleMania XXX when she won it
- Kevin Owens I think this is his 2nd or 3rd match in a WWE ring I'm not too sure and he wins yet again this time beating Kane, I mean this is a huge win for Owens especially going into Money in the Bank especially since The Purge leader ever since bursting on to the scene he has nearly been a one-man wrecking crew but then again with that added presence of Crowe and Zayn the WWE Tag Team Champions his fellow Purge brethren how can we bet against him to win the Money in the Bank briefcase? I mean The Purge are single-handedly taking over WWE I mean 2 members are already the WWE Tag Team Champions and Owens is the only one who doesn't have gold right now but it is only a matter of time before he does
- Just goes back to my point, Kane is not the same Kane of old, Kane has become weak he has become soft ever since returning to WWE, Kane is not The Big Red Machine anymore he is not The Big Red Monster of old, he is nothing more since he's so broken down being reduced to absolutely nothing but a loser and here is hoping Kane resurrects himself again and when he does he just goes on a path of destruction but it is clear that Kane needs to be taken out only to rise again and when he does he comes back more evil and more demonic than ever before
- But seeing The Hardys Matt and Jeff make the save for Kane post-match I mean it was obvious they would considering Matt & Jeff have to face Purge members Sami Zayn & Solomon Crowe for the WWE Tag Team Championships
- Even though Barrett thinks he has the upper hand with The Commonwealth in his corner and also the fact that AJ Styles can't use the Styles Clash, AJ Styles is good enough that he can beat Barrett with other moves in his moveset like The Spiral Tap or The Calf Killer submission or The Bloody Sunday finisher or AJ Styles could even use the Figure-Four Leg Lock considering he learned that move from WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair
- A Money in the Bank Preview Match, a 6-Man Tag Team Match with WWE United States Champion Ambrose teaming up with Orton and Kane to face the team of Rollins, Wyatt and Owens, how will all 6 of these men be able to co-exist? And not to mention there is also the Roman Reigns factor in this 6-Man Tag, Reigns could just go Spear crazy and just spear everyone in sight
- Wade Barrett beating Kofi Kingston, not another surprising result I mean Barrett he needs as much momentum as he can get considering at Money in the Bank he is facing AJ Styles for perhaps The Final Encounter the final time either of these men will ever face each other and with the WWE Intercontinental Championship hanging in the balance but in a 2 Out of 3 Falls Match with the Styles Clash being banned, and then post-match Styles shows up and is about to hit the Spiral Tap on Barrett but Barrett getting out of there at the last second with The Commonwealth but this Sunday at Money in the Bank The Commonwealth I hope Sandow, McIntyre, Regal, Rose and Paige are all banned from ringside at least making this a fair one on one contest
- Bray Wyatt with one of the biggest wins in his career beating another former World Champion in Orton who is a former WWE and World Heavyweight Champion bonafide future Hall of Famer and Wyatt beat him, think about what this does for Wyatt momentum wise heading into the Money in the Bank Ladder Match this Sunday!!! But as for Orton I mean he had this match well in hand but with Harper & Rowan at ringside I mean it was inevitable that they were going to get involved and with Harper & Rowan this Sunday if they do show up in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match no doubt that they will help their leader Bray Wyatt to win the briefcase
- But I can see The Purge going up against the Wyatt Family with both trios coming face to face in this Money in the Bank Ladder Match
- Ryback beating Curtis Axel, I mean that was pretty much a given I mean when is the last time Axel has even won a match on RAW or Smackdown I mean let's be honest and not to mention Ryback needs as much momentum as possible given he is facing Rusev this Sunday at Money in the Bank but to see Rusev post-match attacking Ryback I mean it was inevitable but Ryback turning it around and then almost hitting the Meat Hook Clothesline on Rusev, it is clear Rusev wanted no part of Ryback there
- Cena/Ziggler segment with their match this Sunday at Money in the Bank I mean this segment was probably the best segment these 2 have had since their rivalry started I mean this segment spoke volumes and it is more than just a match now this is a rivalry a rivalry which has now seemingly become personal and not to mention with what is at stake this Sunday that being whoever wins becomes the next #1 Contender for the Undisputed WWE Championship this match can really go either way this Sunday, if Ziggler wins he finally gets his opportunity for the Undisputed WWE Championship and he can finally shut up about it but if Cena wins he gets yet another championship opportunity but the thing about Cena in this diary though is that he hasn't had a title match in a long time so something has got to give here
- The Rhodes Brothers beating Truth & Dallas it seems whatever The Dream said to his boys whatever WWE Hall of Famer The American Dream Dusty Rhodes said to his sons Goldust & Cody Rhodes it seems he has managed to get through to them I mean this is perhaps their first time teaming together since all the dissension all the attacks have happened and surprisingly the brothers managed to win a match for the first time in forever but it still seems that Cody Rhodes he still has issues underneath the surface, Cody is obviously going to turn heel man like it is so obvious that Cody whatever good they are about to start on he is about to finish that by destroying that by turning on Goldust
- And in the final scene to end RAW, the contract signing went exactly like I thought it would, the Undisputed WWE Championship contract signing between Danielson and Cesaro w/Heyman and Mr. McMahon overseeing it all and it ending in chaos with security getting involved it is clear that Danielson and Cesaro their feud for that very title has become personal
- But I wonder who the final man will be for the Money in the Bank Ladder Match? I can somehow see it being Ziggler in a shocker or even Barrett or even AJ Styles in a shocker or it will end up being someone who we least suspect like a returning CM Punk or a returning Alberto Del Rio in a shocker

- As for the new Authority Figure it could even be Mr. McMahon himself or hell it could be a returning Shane McMahon Vince's son Stephanie's older brother Triple H's brother-in-law Vince's first-born or it could be Shawn Michaels as the new Commissioner or it could even be Hulk Hogan or Bret "The Hitman" Hart or it could even be Stone Cold Steve Austin or it could be The Nature Boy Ric Flair or hell it could even be Edge himself since Edge just returned or it could be Eric Bischoff

JUNE 26, 2014 FROM THE CONSOL ENERGY CENTER IN PITTSBURGH, PENNSYLVANIA
The Thursday Night Smackdown intro video airs and in to the Consol Energy Center from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania the cameras come. Michael Cole and John Bradshaw Layfield welcome everyone to the show just three days from Money in the Bank! Tonight, we have a blockbuster main event set as six of the participants in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match will compete in a tag team match as Dean Ambrose, Randy Orton and Kane team up to take on Seth Rollins, Bray Wyatt and Kevin Owens! Also, we will be hearing from the number one contender to the Undisputed WWE Championship, Bryan Danielson, and Sheamus will be live via satellite to give an update on his condition following his shoulder surgery last week. All this and more to come right now here on the final Thursday Night Smackdown before Money in the Bank! The theme music of Bryan Danielson hits and the Consol Energy Center roars, Danielson making his way out to the stage and gazing around the arena with a smile before hopping his way down the ramp, starting the 'Yes!' chants with the WWE Universe. He comes in to the ring with a microphone in his hand and lets the crowd die down before finally speaking to them. "It was just four weeks ago at Payback that Antonio Cesaro cashed in Money in the Bank on me to rip away the Undisputed WWE Championship." The crowd boos as Danielson says that standing next to Cesaro was none other than Paul Heyman. He says that Cesaro sold his soul to the devil in order to become champion. "The past four weeks for me have been tough not being your Undisputed WWE Champion but like I said to Antonio and Paul on Monday, I've got you all behind me come this Sunday at Money in the Bank and I plan on using that to my advantage and making each and every one of you proud because you are the reason I keep on doing this each and every night!" The 'Yes!' chants ring out again but as Bryan starts to get them going, Paul Heyman's voice is heard saying 'Wow' over and over again. He makes his way out to the stage along with Roman Reigns, applauding Danielson with a smile. "Honest to God, it never ends with you does it?" Heyman says, throwing his hands up with a big scoff. "I mean, Roman Reigns took you to the limit last year, Brock Lesnar destroyed your ass and Antonio Cesaro ripped away your Undisputed WWE Championship but you keep on coming back for more and some how you don't understand yet that you cannot overcome the strength of my clients in all aspects!" Heyman shakes his head and says that he hopes that Sunday night he will finally get it through his head that he is not on the level of his clients. "Not on the level of your clients, huh?" Questions Bryan with a grin. "If you're so confident about that, Paul, why don't you send Roman down here to take me on? Or does he need to rest up for trying to screw me over on Sunday seeing as how Antonio get the job done on his own?" The Pittsburgh crowd gives an 'ooh' and Reigns shakes his head, Heyman holding him back and talking in his ear away from the microphone. Roman nods slowly in approval, taking the mike from his manager. "You want a piece of me Bryan? You got it. You got the whole thing, boy! I'll see you later on... and I'll show you that you ain't on my level... believe that." He drops the mike to the floor and makes his way to the back, staring Danielson down the whole way as Heyman follows him.
RUSEV (W/LANA) DEF. BIG E » The match begins and the two big men confront each other, Big E throwing the first punch. He levels Rusev a bit and hits off the ropes, being caught on the rebound and smashed in to the corner. Rusev completely dominates him, refusing to let up except the counts of four by the official. He hits some hard punches and kicks, dropping Big E with one huge leaping kick to the face. He stomps across the back and applies the Accolade! Big E struggles in the hold and tries to use his strength to get out, only for Rusev to yank back even harder! After a last ditch effort to get out, Big E realizes he is stuck and has to submit. Rusev refuses to let go of the hold, wrenching away at it as hard as he can. Lana doesn't even enter the ring either to try and stop it, just letting the 'Bulgarian Brute' go. As the referee keeps on pleading, Ryback's music hits and the crowd rises to their feet. The 'Big Guy' comes storming down to the ring and Rusev lets go of Big E, Ryback running up to him and lifting him off the mat - slamming him right down! Ryback mounts on top of the Russian sympathizer, pummeling him with punches to the face. Rusev manages to get Ryback off of him and rolls out of the ring, scrambling his way up the ramp and stumbling down in a seated position, Lana following fast! "Your ass is mine on Sunday, Rusev!" Shouts Ryback. "Your ass is mine!" He starts the 'Feed me more!' chants while pumping his arms up and down all around the ring, clearly focused and confident just three days away from his clash with Rusev!
DIVA'S CHAMPION AJ LEE (W/NAOMI) DEF. BRIE BELLA (W/NIKKI BELLA) IN A NON-TITLE MATCH VIA DISQUALIFICATION » The match begins and as AJ and Brie go at it early, Naomi and Nikki exchange words on the outside. AJ gets distracted by it and Brie takes control of the match, dropping AJ to the mat with a kick to the back. She gets her seated against the ropes and delivers a hard knee to the face, leading to a two count. As things lose control on the outside, AJ turns things back in her favor. She ends up rocking Brie to the mat over and over, getting a couple of near falls. After a big clothesline, she wraps Brie up in the Black Widow! As she is struggling, however, Nikki shoves Naomi in to the barricade and slides in to the ring, rushing up behind the Diva's Champion and clobbering her in the head with a forearm! As the bell continues to ring, Nikki and Brie start a beat down on AJ. Naomi comes in to the ring and throws Nikki off, tossing Brie in to the corner. She turns to a huge forearm smash from Nikki, whom proceeds to drag AJ to her feet and nail her with the Rack Attack right in the middle of the ring! The crowd meets her with strong boos as she rises on to her feet, Brie bringing her the Diva's Championship belt. Nikki stands over AJ and holds the title over her head, shouting at her that it will be around her waist this Sunday at Money in the Bank. Backstage, Paul Heyman is seen talking with Roman Reigns as he prepares to go in to action against the number one contender for the Undisputed WWE Championship, Bryan Danielson, just three days before some of the biggest matches of their respective careers after the break.
BRYAN DANIELSON DEF. ROMAN REIGNS (W/PAUL HEYMAN) » The bell rings, Bryan throwing kicks low and Reigns throwing fists high. They go back and forth with early swings of momentum each, Reigns taking control after a big Samoan Drop that results in a very close near fall. He misses on a Spear and hits the turnbuckle post face first, Danielson rolling him up for a count of two. They spill to the outside after a few, Danielson getting chucked over the barricade. As Reigns gathers himself, Bryan hops on to the barricade and leaps off with a clothesline that crashes them both to the floor. Danielson rolls in and out of the ring at a count of seven and the two continue through a commercial break. After the time away, the pace of the match is slowed down as both men stay grounded. Danielson applies multiple submission holds but as he goes for the Yes! Lock, Reigns is wise enough to scramble to the ropes and grab hold of them. Bryan breaks the hold and prepares for the Running Knee, Reigns avoiding it. Danielson gathers himself quickly though, running up the corner and backflipping over Roman, whom spins around and drops Bryan with the Superman Punch! He hooks the leg fast for a very close near fall! Reigns is furious and slams his fists in to the mat! "You've got to be kidding me! That had to have been three! THREE!" Screams Heyman from the outside, putting his hands on his head. He looks around and points up the ramp, waving his hand. The Pittsburgh crowd boos as Undisputed WWE Champion Antonio Cesaro makes his way out, stomping his way down the ramp. Reigns, however, comes up to the ropes and points at him. "No! I don't need your help!" He shouts, Cesaro crossing his arms at the bottom of the ramp. Reigns turns around and walks right in to the Running Knee from Danielson! The crowd roars as he scrambles on to all fours, crawling over to Reigns and hooking the inside leg for the one, two, three! Danielson gets on to his knees and smiles to the crowd, pumping his index fingers in the air. As the 'Yes!' chants get started, Antonio Cesaro comes in to the ring and drops Bryan with a kick to the back of the head! He yanks him on to his feet and shoves him off the ropes, catching him on the return with a toss-up uppercut! Danielson drops back down to the mat and the Undisputed WWE Champion pulls him up once more, hitting the Neutralizer! The crowd boos as Cesaro gets back to his feet, standing over his opponent for Sunday. Heyman comes in to the ring with the Undisputed WWE Championship belt and presents it to his client, Reigns left sitting in the corner shaking his head. He steps up to Cesaro but Heyman holds him back, telling him that he doesn't need to blow things up and that he should save all his energy for Money in the Bank! The two 'Paul Heyman Guys' are left staring each other down before shaking hands over the downed body of Danielson, Reigns giving a kick to the side before exiting the ring. Cesaro, meanwhile, holds the title over his head with a smile while placing his foot on Bryan's chest.
Back from the break, Undisputed WWE Champion Antonio Cesaro and Paul Heyman are talking backstage and Roman Reigns walks up, Cesaro getting prepared for an argument. Reigns, however, assures him that he doesn't want a fight. "Look, Antonio. I don't think we'll ever be on the same page other than the fact that we got Paul in our corner... but you know what? We don't need to make his life more difficult because he has done great things for the both of us. So lets let bygones be bygones. You keep your strap on Sunday... I'll take down that briefcase on Sunday... sound good to you?" Antonio looks to Paul and throws his belt over his shoulder. "I'm not worried about myself, Roman. I'm kind of worried about you, though." He gives a cocky smile to Reigns, whom bucks his shoulders, telling Cesaro that he should be worried because he isn't going to be out there to save his ass this Sunday. Reigns heads off, Heyman putting his face in his hands. "Why... why do you have do that!? WHY!?" He shouts at Cesaro, storming off. Antonio follows after him, calling Paul's name while throwing his hands up in frustration. Elsewhere, Renee Young is standing by with her guests at this time: Tyson Kidd and Natalya. She thanks them for their time and mentions how Kidd has gotten a disqualification victory over John Cena and a count out victory over Mark Henry the past couple of weeks. "While you have been getting the victories, Tyson, you haven't had a... clean victory during this run of yours." Kidd has his headphones on and bops his head about, Natalya stepping in front of him. She rolls her eyes and says that Tyson is busy getting prepared for his match with Titus O'Neil tonight. "And don't worry about 'clean victories', Renee. A win is a win and Tyson is winning." She starts to walk away but realizes Tyson isn't paying attention, so she takes him by the arm. He stops, however, pulling off his headphones. "Isn't she going to ask me a question?" He says while pointing to Renee, whom just walks away awkwardly. "That's just rude... FACT!" Says Kidd, rolling his eyes and heading off for his match coming up next. TYSON KIDD (W/NATALYA) DEF. TITUS O'NEIL » Once the bell sounds, Kidd circles around the ring and charges at Titus - being smashed with a boot to the face! He lets out his signature dog bark and drags Kidd to his feet, using his size to control the match. Kidd, however, comes back quickly and rolls O'Neil up repeatedly, getting two count after two count. Titus chucks Kidd over the top rope but Tyson stays on the apron, Titus stumbling back to the middle of the ring trying to compose himself. Titus turns around to Kidd launching himself across the ring with a springboard, dropping O'Neil with a clothesline! After multiple kicks, he hits off the ropes and returns for a DDT only to have Titus throw him down to the mat. He leans down to pull Tyson back up, only for Kidd to roll him up and hold the tights for the three count!
Kidd pops on to his feet and before Titus get to his feet and even before the referee can raise his arm up, rolls out of the ring! He runs all the way up the ramp and jumps up and down in celebration, Natalya rushing up to him. "I WON! I WON! FACT! FACT! FACT!" He shouts as he keeps jumping up and down with a childish grin across his face, Titus left with his hands on his hips in disbelief at the cheap loss at the hands of Kidd, whom heads to the back with his wife.
The cameras cut over to ringside where Cole and JBL go back to Monday where Mr. McMahon was there to moderate the contract signing for the Undisputed WWE Championship match, but before that happened he would make a big announcement. The footage is shown where the Chairman would make the announcement that a new authority figure would be revealed on the Money in the Bank Kickoff this Sunday. "So ladies and gentlemen," Cole says. "If you don't already have the WWE Network, make sure to get it and not only see Money in the Bank itself but see the Kickoff Show where there will be a new authority figure here in the WWE!" JBL says that it is only $9.99, a very low price with tons of great content available 24/7! We cut to Sheamus being set up with a microphone to his shirt back at his home in Ireland, as he will be speaking via satellite about his injury and missing Money in the Bank - next!
Back from the break at ringside, Michael Cole says that we have a very special guest joining us at this time from his home in Ireland - the 'Celtic Warrior' Sheamus. Cole thanks him for being available via satellite and asks how he is feeling a week removed from shoulder surgery. "I'm feeling good Michael, thanks." He says with a smile, Cole asking how tough it is to have this injury at this point and time with Money in the Bank happening. "It's really tough." Sheamus says, running his hand through his facial hair. "It's really tough because I've been a world champion just once... and during that time it was one of the best times of not only my career but my life. I wanted to win Money in the Bank and get myself back to that feeling, Michael, so it is really, really tough to deal with." JBL jumps in and says that he feels for Sheamus, noting how he had many injuries through his career cost him valuable time, but he knows Sheamus is a tough guy so he wants to know what his plans are when he comes back. "Y'know, I'd love to Brogue Kick the heads off the shoulders of those three fellas... The Purge." He smiles and says that while he wants to do that, he wants to get right back to 'kicking arse' and 'working to be world champion again'. Cole thanks him for his time here tonight and wishes him the best of luck and a speedy recovery, hoping to see him again soon. "Thanks, fella. I promise whenever I do get back... it'll be arse kickings galore because I've already missed too much time." He smiles as Cole once again thanks him for his time tonight, the feed cutting out.
Cole moves on to Money in the Bank being this Sunday and, along with JBL, runs down the card.
In the back, Dean Ambrose and Randy Orton are talking things over with one another. Kane slowly comes walking up behind them, the 'Lunatic Fringe' and 'Viper' looking up over their shoulders to him. Ambrose offers a fist bump, Kane just shaking his head. "Let's go do this..." He says before walking away, Dean shrugging his shoulders and throwing some ghost punches as Orton just shakes his head. "Crazy people, man." He mutters before following, as the main event six man tag team match is coming up next!
KEVIN OWENS, BRAY WYATT AND SETH ROLLINS DEF. RANDY ORTON, DEAN AMBROSE AND KANE » The bell sounds as Wyatt starts things off with Orton. They circle and Orton talks trash to Bray after their match on Monday and they brawl, fists galore. Bray gets rocked by Randy a few times and with a laugh, he tags out to Owens. The leader of The Purge steps in and he drops Orton with multiple clotheslines and slams, setting up for a powerbomb early only to have Orton throw fists and get himself free, getting down to the mat. He leaps for the RKO but Owens shoves him to the ropes, Kane making the blind tag. Owens hits a clothesline to Orton as he comes back but walks right in to a big boot from the 'Big Red Monster'! Owens rolls out of the ring to compose himself as a commercial break comes. After the break, Wyatt is in the match with Kane and dominates his former rival. Wyatt misses a splash in the corner after a stretch of dominating, Kane hitting him with shots to the chin. He makes frequent tags with Ambrose and Orton, all three working away at the 'New Phenom', whom refuses to give in. Rollins tags himself in and steps through the ropes, dropping Ambrose to the mat over and over. Wyatt takes exception to the fact that Rollins tagged himself in and grabs him by the throat, backing him in to the corner with his eyes widened! Owens comes in to the ring, however, and spins Wyatt to him. The two leaders of two dominant groups stare each other down, Rollins trying to keep things cool. Wyatt and Owens turn to him with their eyes widened, Seth putting his hands up! Ambrose makes the tag to Kane and he steps over the ropes, stepping up Wyatt and hitting him with a big boot! Orton and Ambrose come in to the fray and fight with Wyatt and Owens, spilling to the outside. As chaos ensues inside and out of the ring, Rollins low blows Kane with the official distracted and hits the Curb Stomp! Seth hooks the leg and yells for the referee, whom scrambles over and counts the three!
The Consol Energy Center boos as Rollins stumbles back on to his feet, looking to the outside to see the other four brawling, not even on the teams they were just on anymore! Rollins looks up to the briefcase on display above the ring and rolls out, pulling a ladder from underneath the ring! He slides it in and sets it up, starting to climb! As soon as he gets near the top, however, Orton and Ambrose come in to the ring and yank him down. Owens and Wyatt get back in to the ring and Kane rises to his feet once again, all six men going at it. Roman Reigns' music hits as the group is brawling and he comes rushing down from the back, hopping in to the ring and blasting Kane, Owens and Ambrose with Superman Punches! He drops Orton with a spear and chucks Wyatt face first off the ladder before giving one big Superman Punch to Rollins! Reigns lets out a roar to the crowd - having completely cleaned house! He cocks his fist and points above the ring, climbing up the ladder slowly. He gets right to the top and pulls the briefcase off the rung, raising it high over his head with a determined look in his eyes! Paul Heyman and Antonio Cesaro are seen in the back watching, Heyman with a big smile across his face. "Just like you will have that around your waist on Sunday..." He says pointing to the Undisputed WWE Championship belt. "That is what will happen in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match." Back inside the arena, Reigns holds the briefcase up over his head once more while gazing all around at the downed bodies of his opponents for Sunday, as he goes in with tons of momentum to Money in the Bank! Thursday Night Smackdown draws to an end.

- Starting off Smackdown with the former Undisputed WWE Champion Danielson in less than 3 days he has to face the reigning Undisputed WWE Champion Cesaro in less than 72 hours at WWE Money in the Bank but for right now Danielson has to face Heyman's other client Roman Reigns in tonight's main event I wonder if Heyman and Cesaro will both get involved?
- Rusev's undefeated streak continues, yet another win with Rusev beating Big E which is no easy feat or task but Rusev managed to do it he managed to make Big E. look small but ultimately tapping him out to The Accolade, direct message sent to Rusev's opponent Ryback and seeing Ryback post match making the save for Big E with Rusev getting out of dodge yet again I wonder if Rusev is actually afraid of Ryback?
- AJ Lee the WWE Divas Champion beating Brie Bella by DQ I figured that Nikki would get involved seeing as how AJ had Brie beat and she was about to tap and then Nikki and Brie attacking both AJ and Naomi only for the Bellas to stand tall with Nikki standing tall holding the WWE Divas Championship, could that be the sight this Sunday at Money in the Bank?
- Danielson beating Heyman's client Roman Reigns, that is a huge win for Danielson but at what cost? Considering post match Danielson gets blindsided by the Undisputed WWE Champion Cesaro with Cesaro and Reigns both standing tall I mean I was hoping Reigns' babyface turn would finally happen but no he beats on Danielson too shaking hands with Cesaro, proves Reigns is nothing more than a stooge
- The dissension within the Heyman camp is still there, but Reigns needs to win Money in the Bank because if he does he can then use the briefcase to cash in on Cesaro but I am sure Heyman will stop that from happening by turning on Reigns this Sunday at Money in the Bank
- Tyson Kidd with yet another victory this time a clean victory against Titus O'Neil I mean look at what this does for Tyson considering he's beat Cena, Henry and now O'Neil I wonder if you are planning on elevating Kidd towards either the WWE Intercontinental Championship or even the WWE United States Championship?
- I can't wait until the new WWE Commissioner is named because whoever it is I am sure it will be a step up from Mick Foley and knowing Vince he is full of surprises
- Sheamus I see him returning as a heel whenever he does come back and when he does I can see Sheamus back by Survivor Series or even your Cyber Sunday PPV which is in December but here is hoping he becomes the Sheamus of old the ruthless, vicious barbaric Sheamus who could take people out just because he could the Sheamus who beats up anyone who gets in his way
- And in the main event seeing the heels go over the babyface, I figured that this would happen but then seeing everyone turn on everyone post match trying to ascend to the top of the ladder to grab the briefcase and then Reigns showing up cleaning house and retrieving the briefcase could that happen on Sunday at the MITB PPV?

Decent way to open SmackDown. I personally would have rathered Danielson/Reigns main evented the show but I can understand the logic behind the 6-man tag closing it. Fine opening contest. Rusev was always going to go over Big E., making him look strong heading into Sunday. Can't see Rusev losing to Ryback at MITB but it's a good match to get Rusev over more. The disqualification finish between AJ and Brie worked. I would quite like to see Nikki win the title actually. Huge first hour main event between Danielson and Reigns. The finish worked because even although it was a clean win for Bryan, it didn't really effect Reigns given that he was distracted by Cesaro. I'm surprised to see Reigns and Cesaro work together post-match but I guess you're building towards something. Could picture that Tyson Kidd interview as clear as day haha. Titus O'Neil is really underrated, in my opinion, but I'm not surprised that Kidd (finally) got the clean win over him. I'm really interested to see who the new authority will be. Personally feel like it would have worked better as part of the actual MITB card, but whatever. Liked the note of Orton saying about his partners being crazy ha. Shocked that the heels went over, but I'm glad that they did. Seth getting the dirty win was cool. Post-match brawl to close the show was solid. I liked Reigns standing tall and as much as I'd like to see him win the briefcase but since he was left standing tall on the go-home show I can't see him walking out with the briefcase. It's really hard to call, I think.

June 29, 2014 from the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts
"Live on the WWE Network ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the Money in the Bank Kickoff!" Says Renee Young for the introduction. "Joining me tonight on our expert panel is as always WWE legend Booker T, the 'Analyst' Alex Riley and the special guest panelist for tonight, Money in the Bank specialist, the 'Rated R Superstar' Edge! He gets a big pop and waves to the crowd with a smile. Renee thanks them all for joining her tonight on the panel and says that tonight is a big night as Money in the Bank always is where the future of the WWE can be completely changed! She mentions how Edge has won not one, but two Money in the Bank Ladder Matches and asks him, with that being the big feature of the night, what it is like to take that briefcase down from above the ring. "I won the first Money in the Bank Ladder Match nine years ago... and when I won it it felt so awesome. It felt so awesome because I knew that I could become a World Champion in a heartbeat and after waiting ten long months... I became WWE Champion." He says that winning Money in the Bank is the perfect opportunity for anybody looking to launch their career off to new heights, or guys near the end of their career - like he did his second time - to get that last shot at glory, that last shot to be at the top. Renee moves forward to mentioning how not only can the future of the WWE be completely changed tonight, we can guarantee it as a new authority is to be announced any time by the WWE Chairman, Vince McMahon. After giving the reminder, Renee goes back to two weeks ago on Raw where Sheamus was taken out at the hands of Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Solomon Crowe - The Purge. "Sheamus had to undergo surgery on his shoulder just a couple of days after and was ruled out of Money in the Bank and for the foreseeable future. There has been much speculation as to if Sheamus will be replaced in the match tonight but as far as we know at this moment, there is no eighth superstar named for the match and there very well may not be." Riley says he'd be willing to step up to the plate, or let Booker or Edge take it! They share a laugh and Edge reminds Riley about his neck, but he'd be more than happy to hit a spear on a couple of guys in that match that deserve it! Renee says that tonight isn't just about Money in the Bank as the Undisputed WWE Championship is on the line as Antonio Cesaro, whom cashed in his Money in the Bank from last year at Payback earlier this month, defends against Bryan Danielson. She notes how he was revealed to be a new client of Paul Heyman and over the weeks leading up to tonight, he has shown himself to be quite the champion. "Yeah, Antonio Cesaro has always had the talent and I'll admit it, I've been one of the doubters." Says Booker, shrugging his shoulders to the confession. "I didn't think he could be capable of being Undisputed WWE Champion, but man he has gone out there and shown me he can be. I don't like the way he did it, but he did it." Edge agrees that he didn't necessarily believe in Cesaro at first but when you win Money in the Bank, anything is possible and he showed that. Riley calls Heyman a genius for taking somebody with as much talent as Cesaro and building him up with all that confidence. "He's had Brock Lesnar, Big Show, Roman Reigns... now he has Antonio Cesaro. Paul Heyman knows talent when he sees it and he knows how to get the best out of his clients!" As Renee prepares to move on for the predictions from the panel, 'No Chance' hits and she stops herself, sending things down to the ring as it appears Mr. McMahon is ready to give the big announcement of who the new authority is! Who Is The New Authority?Chairman Mr. McMahon Announces The Chairman of the WWE makes his way out from the back with his signature walk, looking all around the arena. He plays the crowd up a bit and makes his way down and in to the ring, taking a microphone from ringside. He takes a moment to look around the TD Garden from the middle of the squared circle and thanks the WWE Universe. "A couple months back, Mick Foley was taken out. Mick Foley was taken out and after he rested a little bit I met with Mick and I asked him if he wanted to come back as the WWE Commissioner... unfortunately, Mick told me he just didn't feel comfortable with the risk of the environment right now and wanted to stay home with his family." He says that he respects the decision of Foley, but he has had to work very vigorously and hard to try and find a suitable replacement as an authority figure around here. McMahon says that he searched for weeks and weeks, having interview after interview and last week he finally found somebody. "I finally found somebody who has the passion for this job! I found somebody that know the ins and outs of the business and knows what it is like to be in a position of authority... somebody similar to Mick Foley when it comes to experience around here in the WWE. A lot of people love this peerson but a lot of people may... well, don't. Hell, I've had my ups and downs with this person for a very long time now." The crowd grows curious as Vince asks them if they want to know who it is he is talking about, resulting in a big cheer in response! McMahon doesn't think it is good enough and asks once again, the Boston crowd cheering even louder! "Well then, without further ado... ladies and gentlemen, the new authority of the WWE is this man!" He gestures up the stage and after a few moments, "I'm back! And I'm better than ever!" is heard, the crowd roaring with a mixed reaction as Eric Bischoff himself makes his way out! With a huge smile across his face, Bischoff gazes all around the arena. He comes down to the ring and throws his hands up to the crowd while on the apron before coming in, shaking hands with McMahon. The Chairman gives a clap as Bischoff steps forward and, with a grin, takes a bow to the crowd. McMahon hands his microphone over and exits the ring, Bischoff giving him a nod before turning back towards the WWE Universe. "Did you guys see that one coming?" He questions to a pop. "For those of you that are newer to the program and don't know me... my name is Eric Bischoff and not only was I the reason WCW brought the WWE to the brink during the Monday Night Wars, I was the greatest General Manager in the history of Monday Night Raw!" The TD Garden keeps the cheers going for Bischoff, a chant of his name even breaking out. Eric smiles and says that he isn't used to being cheered and having his name chanted but after a while, it seems that people seem to come around. He says that things have changed the past nine years since he was literally thrown in the dumps and taken away, but one thing has really changed. "That one thing that has really changed is that the authority around here has really sucked without me around!" He throws his hands up and says that it is true and that he is just stating facts. He goes down the list of people that have been in charge since he left from Triple H to Mick Foley to Vickie Guerrero to guest hosts every single week that know nothing about the business. "And don't even get me started on Mike Adamle..." He says with a groan, rubbing his hand across his face before composing himself. "But that's all going to change! You see, I know everything there is to know about this business. I know all the ins, the outs, the oldest tricks in the books and I don't plan on letting anyone getting one over on me. I don't plan on letting anyone disrespect me. I plan on making cash for this company by being a great decision maker and you know what creates cash? Controversy." He snickers and says that sold a big-time selling book called 'Controversy Creates Cash' and that isn't just a saying! While he claims that he will be fair and just, more than he was before, he will be just as innovate and won't be afraid to make tough decisions. "So ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the second coming of General Manager Eric Bischoff!" His music hits and he exits the ring, making his way to the back with a big smile. A promo video airs for programming coming soon only to the WWE Network. Returning from the advertising, Renee Young has a look of shock across her face. "Wow guys! Eric Bischoff is the new Commis-- excuse me, General Manager, of the WWE!" Booker T says that he is in shock but Bischoff really does know the business in and out and even though things were quite hectic with him around the last time, but he thinks that with the times being different things will go much more smoothly. Edge says that he had a good working relationship with Bischoff and he isn't wrong when he says 'controversy creates cash' because it damn sure does. "I mean, I've made a career off controversy anyway." He says with a laugh, Riley saying it is great to see somebody with a lot of experience getting the nod to be the authority around here and he wishes Bischoff the best of luck. Renee says that is all the time we have for the Money in the Bank Kickoff but they will be here later on during the event but for now, it is time to sigs off as it is indeed time for WWE Money in the Bank! The cameras fade for the start of the show. $$ WWE MONEY IN THE BANK $$ JUNE 29, 2014 FROM THE TD GARDEN IN BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS $$ WWE MONEY IN THE BANK $$
A promo video begins with the official theme song for Money in the Bank, "Should've Known" by The Heroes Lie, in the background. Highlights from past Money in the Bank Ladder Matches through the years are shown, a voice over stating that nine years ago, a match was created that defines opportunity. "WWE superstars climb the ladder throughout their entire career, rung by rung. Tonight, as they reach the top, the opportunity of a lifetime within their grasp... inside the Money in the Bank Briefcase." As images of all the competitors for tonight are shown, it also highlights their fights with ladders throughout the weeks. The video moves on, going back to last year's Money in the Bank even where Antonio Cesaro won the briefcase, cashing in just four weeks ago at Payback on Bryan Danielson. "But some times..." The voice over says coming back in. "That opportunity leads you down a dark path." Cesaro's alignment with Paul Heyman is highlighted next, with Cesaro claiming that Heyman was the only one to ever believe in him, with Danielson stating that he sold his soul to the devil to become a champion, but he will not walk out the winner in their rematch. The video fades out with the Money in the Bank briefcase hung above the ring in focus. The voice over comes back one last time: "And now... WWE Network presents... Money in the Bank!"
The cameras come live in to the TD Garden from Boston, Massachusetts as Michael Cole leads the announce team alongside Jerry 'The King' Lawler and John Bradshaw Layfield! Tonight, a window of opportunity for seven men as Money in the Bank hangs above the ring for one man to take and guarantee himself an Undisputed WWE Championship match at any time in the next year! "But also, we have multiple championship matches!" Says Lawler with excitement, JBL saying he is pumped up for this event and says that he's also pumped up to see Eric Bischoff back as the WWE General Manager! Cole shifts things over to the Spanish announce team, Marcelo Rodriguez and Carlos Cabrera! After they give their bit, the bell sounds as Justin Roberts stands in the ring. "The following contest is a two out of three falls match and it is for the Intercontinental Championship!" The crowd cheers, quickly turning to boos, as Wade Barrett's music hits - the leader of The Commonwealth coming out with his entire group in tow, only for referee Chad Patton informing Barrett as he gets to the ring that his stable is banned from ringside! After some argument, Patton says if they do not go to the back, Barrett will be disqualified. The 'King of the Commonwealth' runs his hands over his head, frustrated, before telling the group to go, which they do solemnly.
Two-out-of-Three Falls Match for the Intercontinental Championship AJ Styles(c) vs Wade Barrett
The bell rings, the two circling around a bit. Barrett shakes his fist, talking trash. He steps forward and Styles offer a lock up, only for Barrett to jerk back and hit him with a brutal kick to the gut. He follows up with a series of knees and backs Styles in to the corner, pummeling him with elbows to the side of the head. He backs off as the referee gets to a count of four and laughs. "You don't have your precious Styles Clash! What are you going to do now!?" He says, stepping back up only to have the Intercontinental Champion grab the ropes and leap off the mat, pushing him back with a kick to the face. Styles hops on to the second rope and dives off with a huge tornado DDT! He hooks both legs up on Barrett, but he powers out at two. Both men get back up and Styles holds on to the back of Barrett's head, hitting him with multiple forearms to the face. He flies off the ropes and comes storming back right in to the Winds of Change! Barrett gets to his feet and holds his fists in the air, hopping up and down in early celebration. He snickers and forces Styles back to his feet by his arm, whipping him in to the corner before plastering him with a clothesline that leads to a near fall. Frustrated, Barrett rolls out of the ring and take Styles' leg, wrapping it around the steel post brutally! The Intercontinental Champion yells out in pain, rolling across the ring while cradling his lower leg. Barrett comes back in to the ring laughing over it and stomps right down on the calf! He keeps doing it until AJ gets in to the corner, driving a knee in to the face. "Come on, AJ! Come on! Stand up, will you?" He kicks the leg again but Styles uses the ropes to pull himself up, hitting a kick with his good leg only to collapse on to one knee due to his other leg giving out. Barrett takes advantage of the situation and takes Styles by the neck and tights, charging across the ring and throwing him upside down in to the turnbuckles! Wade drags him back to the middle of the ring and goes for the pin, AJ kicking out just before the three. "Come on, ref!" Barrett says as he gets to his feet, backing him up in to the ropes and jabbing his finger in to his chest. "First you ban The Commonwealth from ringside, now you're counting slow! What do you have against me!? What do you have against the true king?" Patton warns Barrett he will disqualify him, Styles coming up from behind and rolling him up - getting a very close two count! Barrett rises on to his feet fast, kicking Styles in the chest as he starts to get up, shoving him off the ropes and catching him on his shoulders - hitting Wasteland! He hooks the leg and, somewhat surprisingly, gets the three. Barrett leads 1-0.
Barrett hops back up and once again pumps his fist to the crowd with a laugh. He backs up to the corner and waits for Styles to stir and for Patton to let the match keep going. Barrett slowly inverts his elbow pad, winding his arm up and getting the crowd anxious. As Styles gets to his feet, Barrett rushes at him for the Bullhammer only for AJ to duck and with all his might hit the Pele Kick! He holds on to his bad leg afterward, Barrett rolling underneath the ropes and to the floor. He checks his mouth for blood and staggers back to his feet, AJ shocking him by launching himself over the top rope and in to him! Both men crash in to the barricade and remain laid out for the moment, the count beginning from inside the ring. At six, Barrett gets to his feet and he shoves Styles back in to the barricade before rolling in to the ring. AJ hobbles back in just in time at nine and Barrett thinks he has won, not realizing he is back in the ring! He turns around and sees Styles on his feet in the corner, missing a big boot and getting caught in the ropes. Styles throws Barrett head first down in to the mat and lets him get to his knees before dropping him with a hard DDT. Barrett rolls over and Styles gets out to the apron, grabbing a hold of the top rope. The crowd cheers as it seems he is prepared to go for the Spiral Tap, only to stop himself and shake his leg, clearly unsure if he can hit it. Instead, he goes to the top rope and lets Barrett get to his feet before leaping off for a crossbody, only to have Wade catch him, toss him up on to his shoulders and hit a second Wasteland! Barrett hooks the inside leg, Styles finding some way to kick out and keep the match from ending! Barrett slaps his hands in to the mat repeatedly and rolls out of the ring quickly, shoving the timekeeper aside. He snatches up the steel chair and folds it up, sliding in to the ring with it. Styles staggers on to his feet with the ropes and Barrett storms up to him, swinging the chair down only for the champion to avoid it - the chair bouncing off the top rope and hitting Barrett in the face! The crowd pops as Styles takes the opportunity to hit a backslide pin on Wade, getting the three count off of Barrett's mistake! Styles and Barrett tied 1-1.
Barrett gets on to all fours and shakes his head, looking to the referee for answers as to what happened. Patton explains that Styles won the second fall and it infuriates Barrett. He looks to Styles as he gets up in the corner and he rushes at him, hitting a clothesline. He delivers a series of shoulders to the gut and works the leg after throwing AJ to the mat. He stomps on it a bit and pats his elbow, winding his arm up once again. Styles gets to his feet and ducks the Bullhammer, running off the ropes and coming back with a desperate dropkick. Hobbling, he gets back up and hits the Pele Kick as Barrett comes right back at AJ! The champion rolls out to the apron and gets his way to the top rope slowly, Barrett getting up before he has a chance to leap off and falling in to the ropes, causing AJ to have his legs fall out from under him! The crowd gives an 'ooh' as Wade runs up to Styles and blasts him with the Bullhammer Elbow! Styles crumbles off on to the apron and Barrett yanks him back in, deciding he hasn't done enough as he doesn't go for the pin. Laughing, the leader of The Commonwealth gets to his feet and winds his arm up again, backing to the other side of the ring slowly. "Come on, AJ! COME ON!" He shouts, letting the Intercontinental Champion get up in the corner. He turns and walks right in to Barrett storming at him, ducking the Bullhammer again and hooking the waist - pushing Barrett face first in to the corner, hitting a big spin kick to the gut followed by a huge neckbreaker! The cameras pan backstage to show Eric Bischoff shaking hands with many people backstage and chatting in the process. He makes his way down the halls and comes up to a door with his name on it, taking a deep breath before entering his office. As he comes all the way in, however, he sees Paul Heyman sitting on the couch with a smile with Undisputed WWE Champion Antonio Cesaro right next to him. The two of them rise and Bischoff asks if he can help them. Heyman introduces Cesaro to Bischoff, whom shakes his hand. "Mr. Bischoff, we've had our differences in the past but that's all behind us now..." Heyman says, putting his hand on Cesaro's shoulder. "You see, I'm no longer interested in holding the job you have like I was back in the day. I am interested in managing the top talent in the WWE and I am managing the current reigning, defending Undisputed WWE Champion... Antonio Cesaro. I just wanted to be the first to drop by and welcome you back while also introducing you to the man you're going to have as the number one guy in Eric Bischoff's WWE for a long, long time." Cesaro smiles and nods in agreement, telling Bischoff that he is fortunate he has a champion he can be proud of. "That is... if you don't lose to Bryan Danielson later on tonight." Bischoff responds with a smile, causing Heyman and Cesaro to scowl in response and storm out of the office, Bischoff laughing as they leave and turning back to the television.

The match begins and the two stare each other down, stepping forward slowly. Rusev shouts in his native tongue, pointing towards the back to seemingly offer Ryback an out already. The 'Big Guy' laughs in response and instead slaps his head, calling Rusev 'stupid' before pummeling him with a big punch to the face! He levels Rusev with a series of strikes and hits one big one that sends the 'Bulgarian Brute' through the ropes! Rusev stumbles about and, frustrated, slams his hands off the steel steps. He gets back on to the apron slowly and gets back in to the ring, circling around before locking up with Ryback in the middle. Rusev hooks the head and flips Ryback to the mat, yelling at him as he stands over him. The crowd breaks in to a 'U-S-A!' chant and Rusev grows irritated by it, Ryback sending a big kick to the gut! He throws Ryback in to the corner shoulder first and steps out to the apron, hanging it up on the ropes. He pulls him back to his feet and hits a couple of shoulders to the chest, Rusev displaying his strength and catching him on one - flipping him on to his shoulders to deliver a Samoan drop! Rusev keeps it on tight, however, wrenching back even harder. Ryback finally starts to get his legs underneath him, getting one foot up to start getting Rusev off of him. The strength of the 'Hero to the Russian Federation' is too much to hold, however, and Ryback's leg falls out beneath him, forcing him to have no choice but to tap out.
Winner of the match via submission, Rusev (7:23)
The TD Garden boos heavily as Rusev doesn't let go of the hold, Ryback not tapping any longer. With Lana just standing on the steel steps, watching with a smile, Rusev keeps pulling away at the hold until Ryback's body goes limp. She comes in to the ring and even with Zapata trying to pry Rusev's hands off, she is the only one that can get him to break it. He lets up and stands up straight, looking down at Ryback. Rusev pounds on his chest repeatedly and lets out a big yell, the Russian flag coming down from above the ring. The boos come down even stronger at the sight as Rusev grows a slight grin across his face at the reaction, pounding his chest some more as Lana places the Gold Star Medal around the neck of Rusev. The duo exit the ring as Zapata is left trying to wake Ryback as he remains motionless on the mat.
Backstage, Byron Saxton is standing by and introduces his guests at this time: Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn and Solomon Crowe - The Purge. He thanks the trio for their time and says that all three of them are involved in some pretty big matches as Owens goes in to Money in the Bank while Crowe and Zayn are set to defend their WWE Tag Team Championships against The Hardy Boyz in just a few moments. "So my question for the three of you is what your plans are going in to your respective matches here tonight." He turns the microphone to them and Owens steps up, arms crossed to his chest. "Simple. We do what we have been doing since we showed up the night after WrestleMania... we destroy anyone in our path. We do what it takes to get to the top and anybody that dares get in our way... they just end up being another casualty to The Purge." Crowe leans forward and says that The Hardy Boyz are just stepping stones to himself and Zayn and they will, just like at Payback, fall to them tonight. Zayn agrees, placing his elbow on Owens' shoulder. "After Jeff and Matt are destroyed by The Purge... the other six men in the ring with Kevin Owens later will be destroyed as well. Then it will be just a matter of time before The Purge stands atop of the WWE Universe." Zayn pats Owens on the back, heading off with Crowe.

The crowd gives a mixed reaction and Booker just throws his hands up with a laugh, saying he just has a feeling. Riley says that he has a feeling too, but it isn't for Roman Reigns. "I'm going with the guy that did the unthinkable and ended The Undertaker's undefeated streak at WrestleMania... Bray Wyatt!" Edge shrugs his shoulders and says that this could go anyway but he thinks he is going to go with somebody that has been pushed down like he was back when he first won Money in the Bank, he is going with Dean Ambrose. A promo video airs for programming coming soon only to the WWE Network. The cameras cut backstage to Byron Saxton, introducing his guests at this time, Paul Heyman and the Undisputed WWE Champion Antonio Cesaro. The two step forward, smiles across their faces. Saxton thanks them for their time before Cesaro's match and asks if they believe they can get the job done tonight as Cesaro has, it seems, lacked to prove himself since becoming champion earlier this month. "Lacked to prove himself?" Heyman questions in disgust. "Antonio Cesaro cashed in his Money in the Bank at Payback and he won the Undisputed WWE Championship. He did what the likes of Edge have done! He did what the likes of CM Punk have done! He did what the likes of Batista and Wade Barrett and The Miz and all the big names have done! Bryan Danielson himself have done... that's the privilege of what tonight has to offer... opportunity. While people like you, Mr. Saxton, have doubted my client he has gone on to become world champion and not only that he has won ever since, so don't be bringing up a lack of proving himself to us." Saxton says that with all due respect, Antonio has had a lot of assistance from Roman Reigns over the past few weeks. Cesaro scoffs, mumbling under his breath. "Roman Reigns...? Who needs Roman Reigns as back up when he can't get the job done? At least I've become champion!" Heyman tries to calm his client down, saying that they don't need to be getting worked up before the match. The two head off.A promo video airs, dating back to Money in the Bank in 2012 where Bryan Danielson won the Money in the Bank Ladder Match, going on to cash in ahead of time at WrestleMania 29 on Dolph Ziggler and become the World Heavyweight Champion. At Payback just four weeks ago, he would not only cash in on Bryan Danielson for the Undisputed WWE Championship, but would align himself with Paul Heyman. Over the weeks, Cesaro would explain how Heyman was the only one to believe in him and view him as a champion, with Heyman bragging about his great managerial skills. Danielson would call Cesaro out on not cashing in Money in the Bank, but selling out by selling his soul to the devil in order to become champion. The video picks up to show Cesaro's attacks on Danielson and use of Heyman's other client, Roman Reigns, to get victories while demanding people respect and believe in him. He ducks a spinning elbow and catches Cesaro as he goes for it again, bringing him to the mat and in to the Yes! Lock! The TD Garden goes wild as he hooks the inside leg for the slow one... two... three!
Winner of the match and NEW Undisputed WWE Champion, Bryan Danielson (16:41)
"He's done it! Bryan Danielson has done it!" Shouts Cole in excitement on commentary. "He has regained the Undisputed WWE Championship! He has done it once again, ladies and gentlemen!" Danielson gets on to his knees in the ring with a huge smile across his face, Heyman holding his face in his hands in absolute disbelief on the outside. Bryan gets on to his feet as Chioda hands him the Undisputed WWE Championship belt, Danielson making his way to the corner and climbing to the second rope, giving a big smile to Heyman before pumping the title up and down over his head to the 'Yes!' chants of the Boston fans. The commentary team goes over the finish, where Roman Reigns would come in and try and help Antonio Cesaro, only to accidentally end up spearing the champion. Danielson would hit him with the Running Knee before dropping Cesaro with one as well. Back live, Danielson keeps the celebration going as on the outside, Cesaro is on all fours looking up at Reigns against the barricade in disbelief. He gets to his feet and tries to get in to Reigns' face, only for Heyman to hold him back! Inside the ring, Bryan smiles as the TD Garden refuses to let up on the 'Yes!' chants!
The cameras turn backstage to newly named General Manager Eric Bischoff laughing at the television screen, the cameras pulling back to show Chairman Mr. McMahon standing next to him. "Well, so much for being a champion you can be proud of." Bischoff says with a laugh, McMahon sharing a laugh with him before telling him he has some business to get to and he'll see him later. The two shake hands and Bischoff tells him he hopes he is watching later because the future of his company is hanging in the balance - literally. Vince tells him not to worry about it and as soon as he leaves the room, in comes an angered Wade Barrett along with The Commonwealth. All of them fill the room and Bischoff looks confused, asking what they want. "What do I want!? Eric, I hope you know who I am. I hope you took this job knowing that I am the King of The Commonwealth... and I demand another Intercontinental Championship match with that peasant AJ Styles!" The group behind him is in agreement but Bischoff laughs, saying he knows who he is. "You're the guy that has lost three pay-per-views in a row to AJ Styles." The crowd gives a loud 'ooh' in the background as Bischoff snickers. "So, the way I see it, you don't deserve another opportunity at the Intercontinental Championship, Wade. But what I will do... since you like to call yourself king... is put you in the King of the Ring tournament that begins tomorrow night. And hey, if you manage to win the thing you get that unprecedented Undisputed WWE Championship match at Summerslam! Piece of cake!" He pats Barrett on the shoulder, whom stares Bischoff down before promising him that he will walk out King of the Ring because that is something he is meant for. He storms out of the room and The Commonwealth follows, Bischoff giving them all a 'buh-bye' as they pass him. He turns back to the television, saying that it is good to be back.
Diva's Championship AJ Lee(c) with Naomi vs Nikki Bella with Brie Bella
The match gets underway, Nikki trash talking AJ and shoving her around a bit. The champion laughs and shakes her head, running at Nikki and shoving her in to the corner, throwing tons of fists at the face! The referee, Ryan Tran, pulls AJ back and Nikki takes the opportunity to hit her with a huge kick to the face! She goes for the pin, AJ kicking out at a count of two. Nikki forces her in to a seated position and locks on a headlock, pulling away at it. "Give up, AJ! GIVE UP BEFORE IT GETS WORSE FOR YOU!" She screams, pulling AJ on to her side. She keeps yanking away at it but the Diva's Champion manages to get back on to her knees and get up slowly, elbowing her way free. She hits off the ropes and comes back with a low dropkick to the legs, getting back up to hit one to the face that leads to a two count on a pin attempt. The two women get to their feet and AJ runs at Nikki, whom takes her by the back of the neck and slides her beneath the ropes and to the floor on the outside with a thud! As she is held back by the official, Brie walks over to AJ and kicks her in the face as she starts to get up! The crowd boos but they turn to cheers quickly as Naomi runs up to Brie and shoves her down to the floor. Nikki steps out of the ring and spins her around, smashing Naomi with a forearm to the face! She lifts AJ up and rolls her in to the ring, going after her and hooking both legs for a two count. "Come on, ref!" She screams, pulling at her hair. She takes AJ on to her feet again and lifts her on to her shoulder, AJ kicking her legs and getting down - dropkicking Nikki in between the ropes. The champion hops back on to her feet and hits a hard dropkick once again to the back, sending her challenger out to the apron. AJ hooks a hold of the head, setting up for a suplex in to the ring. Nikki pulls herself down, however, lifting AJ up for a suplex to the outside. The crowd grows anxious as AJ struggles, hooking her legs on the ropes before getting slammed down to the mat over the ropes! Nikki comes in to the ring and kicks AJ a few times, smack talking her. She drags Lee on to her feet and shoves her off the ropes, going for the signature forearm smash only to be wrapped up in to the Black Widow out of absolutely nowhere! Nikki waves her hands about, trying to find a way out before AJ can completely lock it in but she does, leaving Nikki to yell out in pain and frustration. She holds her hand out in the direction of the ropes but ends up dropping down on to one knee, then both! AJ pulls back on the hold as hard as she can, Nikki being left with nowhere to go and having to submit.
Winner of the match and still Diva's Champion, AJ Lee (6:26)
AJ lets go of the hold quickly as Brie slides in to the ring, going for the attack. Before she can even get to her feet, however, Naomi comes in to the ring as well and drops Brie with the Rear View! She helps AJ back up and hands over her Diva's Championship belt, raising AJ's arm up high as the winner. She gives a smile and thanks Naomi for the back up, the two exiting the ring as both of The Bella Twins are left in the ring, frustrated with Nikki seeming very angry at Brie, shaking her head towards her sister.
The cameras turn over to ringside, Michael Cole congratulating AJ Lee on her successful title defense here tonight and we are just moments away from the Money in the Bank Ladder Match! A promo video airs with a voice over noting how a match was created nine years ago for one reason and one reason only: Opportunity. First born upon the grandest stage of them all, Money in the Bank has propelled WWE Superstars in to new heights, whether that was to launch them from the lower ranks to the upper tier, or continue ones reign at the top. The Money in the Bank theme song, "Should've Known" by The Heroes Lie, comes in as the video highlights all of the current superstars in this year's match. Over the weeks leading up to Money in the Bank, all seven competitors would attempt their dominance over the others and also climb the ladder to grab the displayed Money in the Bank briefcase hanging over the ring. The promo comes to a conclusion with each man giving their own claim to walk away as Mr. Money in the Bank. After the entrances of Randy Orton, Seth Rollins, Kane, Roman Reigns, Kevin Owens, Dean Ambrose and Bray Wyatt the match seems poised to begin only for Eric Bischoff's music to hit, the crowd growing very curious as the new WWE General Manager makes his way out to the stage. "Excuse me, gentlemen! But before we get things under way here, during the course of the week in preparation for my position here in the WWE... I made a few phone calls, pulled a couple of strings and I made the decision to find an eighth man for this Money in the Bank Ladder Match..." The Boston crowd cheers as the seven men in the ring stare up the ramp, waiting as Bischoff backs up slowly. After a few moments, a familiar riff hits and the roof nearly comes off of the TD Garden! In the ring, just about everyone is shocked but Kevin Owens the most - his eyes widening as if he has seen a ghost as CM Punk himself makes his way out to the stage, staring right down at the man that took him out the night after WrestleMania! Punk drops on to one knee and taps his wrist, pulling his hood down and shouting as loud as he can: "It's clobbering time!" He marches his way to the ring. Money in the Bank Ladder Match Randy Orton vs Kevin Owens vs Kane vs Roman Reigns with Paul Heyman vs Dean Ambrose vs Seth Rollins vs Bray Wyatt vs CM Punk The crowd chants 'CM Punk!' as loud as they can as he stands up in the ring, staring right at Owens as the other six men stand to the side. The bell rings and Punk runs forward, tackling Owens to the mat! He takes him out of the ring and chucks him face first in to the steel post before launching him over the Spanish announce table! Punk dives right over after him, pummeling Owens with fists to the face. The leader of The Purge scrambles on to his feet and pulls himself over the barricade, making his way through the crowd with Punk rushing after him! Back in the ring, the other six men brawl with each other and it is Rollins as the first one out of the ring and grabbing a ladder. As he makes his way towards the ring, however, Ambrose shows no concern for his own health and safety as he dives through the ropes in to the ladder, landing right on top of Rollins! Back in the ring, Kane blasts Wyatt with multiple strikes to the face in the corner, punishing his former rival. On the other side of the ring, Orton and Reigns go back and forth tossing each other in and out of the corner, exchanging fists. Reigns hits a hard shot to the chin and tosses the 'Viper' across the ring in to Kane, whom drops him with a Chokeslam! The 'Big Red Monster' turning around to a spear from Reigns! Kane rolls out of the ring and Reigns gets up to a huge clothesline from Wyatt. As Bray drops on to both knees and raises his hands up, looking to the briefcase above the ring, the cameras cut backstage to show Punk and Owens brawling through the parking lot! As Punk smashes Owens' head off the windshield of a car and mounts on top of him, Sami Zayn and Solomon Crowe come rushing from behind and shove him off the car! As Punk tries to fight back, Zayn and Crowe become too much and Owens joins in, powerbombing Punk with all of his might on to the hood of one of the vehicles! The crowd from inside the arena boos as Owens breaths heavily, backing off slowly. "We'll finish him off later..." He tells his Purge brethren, saying he has a match to win first. The trio walk away as officials and medics come rushing over to Punk to check on him. Inside the arena, Wyatt has a ladder set up and starts to climb up it only to have Ambrose take him by the leg and drag him down to the mat, throwing fist after fist to the face. Wyatt quickly takes hold of the 'Lunatic Fringe' and sets him up for Sister Abigail, only to have Reigns come in to the ring and surprise him with a big Superman Punch! The crowd gives a mixed reaction as he lets out a roar, beginning to climb up the ladder himself. As he gets near the top, however, Orton scurries his way up the ladder and exchanges shots with Reigns. Rollins comes slithering in to the ring with another ladder, setting it up right next to the two brawling. He climbs up and tries to reach the briefcase over Orton and Reigns, both men hitting him with a shot to the face. Rollins slips a bit and drops a couple of rungs, Ambrose coming up on the other side of Seth. Kane brings in a ladder as well and sets that one up, Wyatt going up one side as he goes up the other. With all six men up and fighting with each other, The Purge comes rushing down in to the ring and all three men begin to shake the ladders and eventually send all six men crashing down to the mat simultaneously! The crowd pops for the spot as Owens pulls one ladder back up, setting it right underneath the briefcase. He starts to climb up it, getting halfway up before the WWE Universe lets out cheers as CM Punk comes hobbling down the ramp with a kendo stick in his hand! Owens orders Crowe and Zayn to go after him but Punk swings the cane in to the gut of them before cracking them across the back! He slides in to the ring and Owens leaps off the ladder, being whacked in the gut with the stick! Kevin drops to one knee, Punk twirling the kendo stick around with a smile before sending one huge shot to the back of the head that sends Owens underneath the bottom rope and to the floor on the outside! Punk points the stick above the ring towards the briefcase, the crowd getting behind him as he drops the cane to ascend the ladder, looking to claim his third Money in the Bank! As he gets to the top, however, Rollins springboards himself off the ropes and takes Punk down with a clothesline! Both men crash to the mat and things are reset!
The first man to rise from being down is Kane, pulling himself in to the ring. He looks around and sees Reigns getting on to all fours, so he raises his hand up preparation for the chokeslam! Roman gets to his feet and has his throat clasped on, throwing elbows to the side of the head. He ducks a boot from Reigns and clotheslines him over the ropes. Roman bucks his shoulders and turns back to the ladder set up, having it pushed in to his face by Ambrose! The United States Champion does it again before swinging around and clotheslining Reigns in to the corner, throwing fist after fist to the face. He hits one big one and Reigns drops in to a seated position, Ambrose looking all around the arena. He sees Owens on the outside getting up along with Crowe and Zayn and rushes to the ropes, diving through to take out all three men! Ambrose pops right back up and throws his arms around wildly. "I'M TAKING THAT BRIEFCASE! I'M TAKING IT!" He shouts, getting cheered on by the fans. As he starts to come back towards the ring, however, Orton comes up from behind and throws Ambrose shoulder first in to the steel steps! After a few stomps, Orton slaps his hands off the ring apron and slithers in to the ring, leaping up and planting Reigns with the RKO as he stumbles out of the corner! The 'Apex Predator' turns to Punk and hits him with one as well! As he goes to hit Rollins with one, he is shoved in to the ladder and he leaps right up a few rungs, starting to climb! Rollins rushes up behind him and hooks the legs, trying to hold him back. "NO!" Rollins shouts over and over, trying to tug away at Orton. He adjusts himself and wraps the arms around the waist, continuing to try and pull Orton down. Wyatt comes up from behind and goes beneath Rollins, taking his legs and slamming him down to the mat, Rollins yanking Orton along with him! Randy flops through the ropes and to the floor as Wyatt leans back against the ladder, laughing wildly. He runs his hands along the sides of the ladder and starts to make his way up it. As soon as he gets near the top, Kane comes back in to the ring and takes him by the leg, pulling him down and hitting a hard strike to the jaw. He throws a couple more before Wyatt shoves him back first in to the ladder, taking him by the head to deliver Sister Abigail! With everyone downed, Wyatt looks up to the briefcase again and lets out a laugh. "Bray Wyatt has already done the unthinkable by ending the streak... now he might just become Mr. Money in the Bank here tonight." Says JBL on commentary, Wyatt starting to make his way up the ladder again. As he gets near the top it is Owens, Zayn and Crowe - The Purge - coming in to the ring to stop him. The WWE Tag Team Champions come up the sides and pound away at Wyatt, whom refuses to go down. As Owens gives the instructions, Luke Harper and Erick Rowan of The Wyatt Family come rushing their way down to the ring, throwing Owens through the ropes! Zayn and Crowe leap off the ladder and get caught by the two big men, whom fall back in to and through the ropes! Wyatt gathers himself and starts to get his way to the top of the ladder again, Ambrose coming from what seems out of nowhere to lift a ladder up and drive it in to the gut of Wyatt! He hits him next in the face and down to the mat falls the 'New Phenom'! Ambrose takes a few breaths and sets the ladder up in between the rungs and ropes, using it to hop on to and make his climb shorter. He tries to keep his balance as he starts to get near the ladder, being shocked as Reigns shows his freakish athleticism to come leaping up over the ladder set up and hit a spear! Both men crash to the mat and roll out of the ring. Punk stirs with the ropes slowly, looking up to the briefcase. He notices nobody in sight and starts to make his way up the ladder now, getting pretty far up before Owens comes on the other side quickly with the help from the ladder Ambrose had just set up. Punk makes a last ditch effort to grab the briefcase but can't get a grip, turning his attention over to Owens. The two exchange hard shots back and forth, the crowd getting really in to it as things get intense. Punk takes Owens by the back of the neck and throws a couple of elbows before slamming his face off the top of the ladder! He does it a few more times and slips down a rung, adjusting himself to send one huge kick to the back of the head that sends Owens falling back and through the ladder set up between the ropes and ladder! A huge "Holy sh*t!" chant breaks out as Punk tries to catch his breath, barely holding on to the ladder. He looks all around the arena as the chants die down and turn in to ones of his name. Although tired from the battle, he looks up to the briefcase and starts to get his way up the ladder slowly once again. As he gets to the top and starts to reach for the briefcase, however, he is struck in the lower back by a steel chair! "What the!?" Cole exclaims on commentary as it is Eric Bischoff with the chair! "WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!? THAT'S THE NEW GENERAL MANAGER!" Bischoff sends the chair one more time, Punk falling down to the mat! In to the ring slowly comes Rollins and he stares Bischoff down, giving a smile. Bischoff hands the chair over slowly and the TD Garden boos wildly, Rollins slamming the chair down across the back of Punk before pushing him out of the ring. He turns to Ambrose coming through the ropes and cracks him in the shoulder with the chair! Orton tries to come in next but gets a shot to the gut before one across the back! As Orton tries to get back to his feet, Rollins throws the chair underneath him and plants him with the Curb Stomp right on the steel! The crowd is disgusted as Rollins turns to the ladder and starts to make his way up it, Bischoff watching on with a smile across his face. Seth gets to the top of the ladder and takes a look all around to see nobody in sight, unhooking and taking down the briefcase! Winner of the match and Money in the Bank holder, Seth Rollins (24:54)
The TD Garden remains disgusted, booing as loud as they can as Rollins takes a seat atop the ladder, clutching the briefcase close to his chest with a laugh. He points down to Bischoff, whom points back while applauding. "I can't believe what I just saw..." Says Cole with a disgusted tone of his own. "This isn't a new Eric Bischoff, this is the same old Eric Bischoff damn it! It's the same old Eric Bischoff that we had running things ten years ago! He hasn't changed one bit!" JBL tries to argue that Bischoff has great taste as he clearly sees something in Seth Rollins! The key replays to the match are shown, starting with CM Punk making his shocking return, Roman Reigns hitting the high spear over the ladder, Kevin Owens falling through a ladder and the finish where General Manager Eric Bischoff aided Seth Rollins to victory. Back live, Rollins climbs down the ladder and steps up to Bischoff, the two shaking hands with each other with a smug grins across their faces. Seth raises the Money in the Bank briefcase high over his head, letting out a celebratory yell to the heavily booing crowd as he and Bischoff stand tall to bring a controversial end to Money in the Bank!

Alright, I must say this diary is a staple of the board. Congrats on such a long project. Also, Elliot absolutely out does himself with graphics. Battleground poster is wonderful. Eric Bischoff!? Oh man. That's a big, big deal. I was expecting someone like William Regal or someone else. Definitely not Bischoff. Tomorrow night's Raw is guaranteed to open with a looooong promo. I like how you're writing these. Well done painting the images as they occur, and you do a good job of making everything sports entertainment with the referrals back to Renee and crew. Styles vs Barrett is certainly a dream match. Both ideal people for the IC title. I have to be upset with Wade losing, though. Big Barrett mark, but AJ is still a wonderful champ. I liked the write up for the match as well. Long enough to provide the right details, but short enough to avoid over writing it. Good match to kick off the show. Rusev vs Ryback is a great matchup, even though I hate Ryback. I honestly feel like this match should've kicked the show off. Rusev looks good. Damn good. Not only does submitting Ryback make him look like and absolute monster, and a solid heel. "The Purge" is a really cool tag team, but I have to go for the Hardys here. Even though they're aging they're still one of the worlds biggest tag teams, but it's also good to see you pushing young talent. I mean, you kinda have to with a diary this long. Tough to see the Hardys go down, but that opens the door for the Purge to feud with someone else and their gonna have to be damn good to out wrestle those two. Ziggler vs Cena for a title shot? That sounds pretty awesome. Ziggler's always deserved main event/upper midcard status and its good to see your diary isn't totally lolCenawins. Just kidding. Cena wins Good, long match with an entertaining write up. So we're set up for Cena vs Cesaro or Danielson at Battleground? If Danielson wins tonight could Cesaro use his rematch clause and make it a triple threat!? Either way your main event has some extremely over, superstar status workers in it. Great title match. Definitely better than the rest of the card, something that cannot be said about Extreme Rules a few nights ago. Strong back and forth between the two. One of the problems with having a guy like Danielson as the champ is making a guy that small winning over guys like Cesaro believable and I think you did it somewhat well, even though he got lucky with Reigns. Divas championship match after the WWEWHC match!? That's crazy! Only six minutes, as well. Alright, boys. The real main event. Money in the Bank! I realistically see Rollins winning, but wouldn't mind Reigns, Punk, Orton, or Owens. Bischoff screwing over CM Punk makes me sad. what a screwjob. Although, Rollins aligning with the Authority in the form of Eric Bischoff could be really entertaining. The question is when is he going to inevitably use Bischoff to screw over the champ and will it be Danielson? Overall the MITB was written well. Had the right amount of spots and swerves with the ending being a big, big payoff. That sentiment was consistent throughout the show. Everything was written very well with the right amount of surprises, angles, and setups for future storylines. I enjoyed the read, but I feel the need to leave you with some sort of criticism. I'll have to nitpick and say the order of matches was a bit odd. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but the title match seems like it should always hold the main event spot. (Except for special nights with matches such as the Money in the Bank or Royal Rumble) Also, as I stated earlier, I probably would've gone with a non-title match for the kickoff. Overall it was a damn good PPV. Ready for the fallout on Raw!

- What an unforgettable PPV, Money in the Bank, so memorable and a lot a lot of shockers like Mr. McMahon naming the new Authority and it ends up being Eric Bischoff, what a coo, really what a coo this is I mean honestly Eric Bischoff perhaps the biggest name in WWE history he ran WCW and during the Monday Night Wars he brought the WWE to its knees but still that iconic I'm Back theme song I just love that Bischoff is going to be in charge again but this time Bischoff is going to be in charge of both RAW and Smackdown the GM of the WWE can you believe it?
- AJ Styles the WWE Intercontinental Champion retaining his WWE Intercontinental Championship against Wade Barrett the King of the Commonwealth with AJ's own move The Styles Clash banned and AJ still wins, with Barrett getting the first fall winning the first match but AJ coming back to win the next 2 matches the next 2 falls in the very same match to retain his title, I mean this is how many times Styles has beaten Barrett on PPV? That is 3 times and now here is hoping AJ Styles the WWE Intercontinental Champion has a new #1 Contender come WWE Battleground: King of the Ring but as for Barrett I wonder what is next for him now that he no longer can challenge for the WWE Intercontinental Championship? But as for AJ Styles I wonder what's next for him?
- Eric Bischoff the new GM of the WWE is face to face with Paul Heyman you know their history especially when Bischoff was GM of RAW and Heyman was GM of Smackdown but even their history goes further back than that because of WCW and ECW but now all these years later Bischoff and Heyman are face to face and with the Undisputed WWE Champion Cesaro meeting Bischoff for the first time, I wonder if we will see these 2 have a working relationship sooner or later?
- Rusev with another big win this time beating Ryback I mean think about what this does for Rusev especially now that his undefeated streak is still in tact? I think this is the first time Ryback has ever tapped out I mean he didn't pass out he tapped out to The Accolade but this just puts Rusev over even more as a monster heel the ultimate monster heel in your diary especially now that he has toppled The Big Guy and honestly Rusev I wonder if this means he will be entering the King of the Ring tournament at the next PPV? Or if Rusev will instead be setting his sights on Dean Ambrose's WWE United States Championship seeing as how he is Russian and Ambrose being American, it makes sense but I wonder what's next for Ryback now? Will Ryback set his sights on the King of the Ring tournament?
- Sami Zayn & Solomon Crowe proving just how good they really are as WWE Tag Team Champions beating The Hardy Boyz Matt & Jeff who are not only one of the greatest tag teams in WWE's history but also beating a tag team who are bonafide future first ballot WWE Hall of Famers, the future going up against the past and the present and the future coming out on top I mean this just reiterates that The Purge Solomon Crowe & Sami Zayn will stay WWE Tag Team Champions for a very long time and realistically now who is their competition? Realistically just who is? But I can see the WWE Tag Team division heating up especially now but still Crowe & Zayn taking out both Hardys post-match I wonder if this means both Matt and Jeff will be on the shelf? If it is then I wonder just how long the Hardys will be out for?
- John Cena becoming the new #1 Contender for the Undisputed WWE Championship beating Ziggler in a #1 Contender's Match for the Undisputed WWE Championship, maybe now finally maybe now Ziggler can finally shut up about his opportunities being stolen right out from under him, he had a chance against John Cena to become #1 Contender for the Undisputed WWE Championship but failed and he has no one no one to blame but himself even though Ziggler he did push Cena to the absolute limit he still lost and now that Cena is now the #1 Contender I wonder who Cena will face at WWE Battleground: King of the Ring? Will it be the reigning current Undisputed WWE Champion Cesaro or will it be Danielson the next time we are on PPV? But I wonder what this means for Ziggler? Will Ziggler set his sights on becoming back to back King of the Ring considering Ziggler won the last King of the Ring back in 2011 when it was last in this diary?
- Antonio Cesaro losing his Undisputed WWE Championship he wasn't even champion long he had the title and then just as easily as he won it he lost it, Danielson becoming the new Undisputed WWE Champion winning the title back from Cesaro, Danielson becoming a 2-time Undisputed WWE Champion but now that Danielson is now the champion again he seemingly has to owe a huge assist to Roman Reigns who accidentally speared Cesaro to cost him the title with Danielson taking full advantage, the Spear looked accidental but honestly my honest opinion Reigns did it on purpose because perhaps he is sick and tired of Heyman and Cesaro and I wouldn't blame him but Cesaro he has a rematch clause and I can see him invoking that at WWE Battleground: King of the Ring but then again Cena is also the #1 Contender now so unless you end up doing a Triple Threat Match for the Undisputed WWE Championship then that would make sense
- Barrett the King of the Commonwealth setting his sights on the King of the Ring tournament, Barrett has got to be a favorite and considering he already rules The Commonwealth as its King as their leader then imagine him winning the King of the Ring tournament, he would headline WWE SummerSlam in the main event for the Undisputed WWE Championship and that is what is in store for the winner of the WWE King of the Ring tournament, an Undisputed WWE Championship match at SummerSlam and Barrett the last time he was ever WWE Champion in your diary was 2011 that's over 3 years ago but Barrett he could be a dark horse who knows but then again if AJ Styles is also in the King of the Ring tournament than AJ Styles he can be considered a favorite to win the KOTR tournament as well
- AJ Lee retaining her WWE Divas Championship against Nikki Bella, I mean it looked like Nikki had the match won and she probably would have won had it not been for the miscommunication between Nikki and her twin sister Brie but still AJ prevails she is still the WWE Divas Champion not only finding a way to win but also overcoming the odds yet again to beat Nikki Bella, but at the same time now I wonder what this does for The Bella Twins? I mean I definitely saw some dissension there between Brie and Nikki, it is bound to happen one sister turning on the other but who will turn on who? My bet in all likelihood it will be Nikki staying heel with Brie turning babyface or it could go either way with Brie staying heel and Nikki turning babyface but then again none of us really know what's gonna happen but I wonder what is next for AJ now? Which diva will come up against her next? You may as well bring up divas from NXT to the main roster to have them not only be added into the divas division but any one of them can give AJ a run for her money in that ring but who though? I would say either Sasha Banks or Charlotte Flair, Ric Flair's daughter or hell Natalya could
- And the 8th and final man in the WWE Money in the Bank Ladder Match to close out the show, I knew it would be a returning superstar but I had no idea it would be CM Punk making his return I mean seriously, Punk surprising all of us like that I bet Kevin Owens of The Purge was just as shocked as anyone considering he, Zayn and Crowe took out Punk and then took out his best friend Colt Cabana his NXT announcer friend but either way seeing Punk, Owens, Orton, Rollins, Ambrose, Kane, Wyatt and Reigns all go at it with Rollins ultimately coming out on top to win the Money in the Bank briefcase I mean was this Bischoff's plan all along? Bischoff basically fooled all of us he basically played all of us for fools I mean some GM Mr. McMahon hired, this is the same Eric Bischoff of 2003-2006 the exact same one he hasn't changed at all, Bischoff getting involved in the Money in the Bank Ladder Match helping Rollins essentially to win the match to win the MITB briefcase was he always planning to do it or what?
- Now that Rollins is Mr. Money in the Bank it is only a matter of time before he cashes that baby in and when he does he will become our next Undisputed WWE Champion and with Bischoff backing him I mean it is pretty much inevitable

King of the Ring Qualifying Matches on RAW tomorrow night with First Round Matches happening on RAW with there being 16 superstars in this tournament a Round of 16 and then it being cut down to 8 superstars for the King of the Ring Quarter-Finals which I can see the Quarter-Final Matches being on the actual PPV card and then the Semi-Finals Round of 4 also being on the PPV with the 2014 King of the Ring Final being the main event of the PPV that closes out the show with the coronation of the new King happening right after the match is over
But as for the Undisputed WWE Championship I see it being a Triple Threat Match between Danielson the Undisputed WWE Champion, the former champion Cesaro cashing in his rematch clause and Cena the #1 Contender for the title with the Triple Threat happening halfway during the PPV or it ends up even being the opening contest to open up the PPV
And then you have the King of the Ring matches but then also a WWE Divas Championship match as well as a WWE Tag Team Championship match take place

I'm giving this reply on my phone while taking a bigger dump than this diary. Just so you know.
Big news coming out of the Kickoff Show with Eric Bischoff being named the General Manager of WWE. It's a cool throwback to see Bischoff back in this position, but I personally think he's out of date as an on-air personality. I'll give it a chance, though. Onto the actual show, proper way to kick things off with the Intercontinental Championship match. Standard Two out of Three Falls format with the baby face rallying back to get two wins in a row. Styles retaining was the right call, but I am curious as to what Barrett does now. He's been handled so well over the past year. I'd hate to see him fall back down the card. An expected victory for Rusev over Ryback. Rusev is still looking good at this point in the diary, something I failed to do, so kudos on that note. I imagine that the WWE Tag Team Championship match would have been very solid. The Purge winning was the right call to continue to assert he stable's dominance. The attack afterwards was fine, but didn't seem necessary. King of the Ring next month? Calling Rusev as an early pick to win. John Cena getting the win over Dolph Ziggler was expected due to the number one contenders stipulation, not to mention Dolph's victory at Payback. Fully expecting Cesaro to retain and defend against Cena next month. And just as I say that, Bryan Danielson regains the Undisputed WWE Championship. An interesting call, but a dull reign for Cesaro. Kind of up there with Morrison and Kennedy as the weakest champions this diary has had. Based on how this match ended, I could see Bryan defending against Cena, Cesaro and Reigns in a Fatal Four Way at Battleground. Barrett is a strong contender for King of the Ring, but I don't see him winning. AJ Lee retaining the Divas Championship was fine. At this point, I think that we'll see her hold the title until someone from NXT gets the call up and challenges her. Lastly, the Money in the Bank Ladder match. Huge way to kick it off immediately with CM Punk's return. I expected Seth Rollins to win, but definitely not with Eric Bischoff's assistance. It's an interesting decision and one that I'll have to see how it plays out first. I do think that Bryan regaining the title was so that Seth can cash-in on him at some point soon. A solid Money in the Bank Pay-Per-View overall. Pretty excited for King of the Ring over the coming weeks.
