As far as Internet fans go, it's pretty easy to watch full recent Japanese shows, keep up with the promotions if you really want to and it's perfectly legal. So I wouldn't say that's a good excuse.

NJPW is one of the top three big wrestling companies in the world. Unless TNA magically became number two without anyone noticing, NJPW is the bigger company.

TNA is kind of a bigger deal than New Japan, it's known world wide and people know who their wrestlers are. You're basically saying that TNA putting Nakamura in their main event is the same as them putting Kurt Angle in theirs. Doesn't sound like a fair deal to me. And yeah, if nobody gives a crap about them, they're hardly gonna keep them on TV. When TNA fills up the Tokyo Dome with 65,000 people... Hell, when TNA can fill up a high school gym with 1000 people, get back to me |

TNA can't just put these Japanese main eventers that are no-namers to people at home and put them in main events just to equal out what Japan does for TNA wrestlers.

It makes TNA look minor league every time they use those stupid Japanese tag title belts. The Dudley Boyz going to Japan is bigger for the Japan feds than like Kiyoshi coming to TNA. TNA can't just put these Japanese main eventers that are no-namers to people at home and put them in main events just to equal out what Japan does for TNA wrestlers. Are you intellectually- disabled? Are you seriously gonna say the TNA Tag Titles and its list of champions is better than the IWGP Tag Titles and its champions, like Hiroyoshi Tenzan and Masahiro Chono, Hiroyoshi Tenzan and Satoshi Kojima, Minoru Suzuki and Yoshihiro Takayama, Hiroshi Tanahashi and Shinsuke Nakamura, Keiji Mutoh and Masahiro Chono, and Keiji Mutoh and Taiyō Kea?? alllrriigghhtttyyy |

Wait... how does TNA look minor league if they're defending possibly the most prestigious Tag Team Titles in the world? Team 3D going to New Japan isn't big at all. They hardly get a reaction. In fact, they probably got less of a reaction in the Tokyo Dome than Kiyoshi in the iMPACT Zone. And Hiroshi Tanahashi is far from a no-namer. He was way more over in TNA than say Abyss or Team 3D was in New Japan. As pointed out earlier, the same can be said for New Japan. The fans don't want to see Manabu Nakanishi taking on Abyss on a Tokyo Dome show. |

I don't have the time, nor desire to find out. That's my point is that a lot of people watching TNA do not care about Japanese wrestling, and don't want to see cross promotion that doesn't help TNA at all. And Kick Your Face, if they're prestigious across the globe, that's great. But to the average TNA viewer, they are just extra title belts that aren't necessary at all. If TNA wrestlers get no reaction in Japan, that's fine. But the Japanese wrestlers really don't serve much purpose in TNA. Just because you guys like them and think they're the best in the world doesn't mean that they do anything positive really for TNA. |
