Well I sat there with my kids on the weekend and after singing some advent songs we've tried to paint some figures (for my very first time EVER). Here's what my outcome was: Still I'm not ready yet. The gold paint isn't that good so I want to overpaint the lightest patches and I still have to color the eyes. One problem that peeved me was the right leg. It wasn't willing to get back to the joint and after I tried a little "harder" the joint broke. Now I've glued it and it's not moveable any more. Any ideas what I can do the next time a part won't get back onto it's joint?

Boil it in hot water so it softens up, Nice try for a first custom, A little sloppy but its good for your first, Keep practicing.

For a first you did well. It's a very small scale to work with, but I can see you're a big fan of the micro figures. I think it's great for a first, it has some parts that need fixing, but we all have those flaws in the begining. Keep it up though!

Wow that actually looks really good! I like it! Sure the painting could be a little tidier but damn thats one fine looking custom and attempt.
