Cena is actually one of the better looking Mattel figures. Still have to give them props....the detail, colors and body structures are amazing.

Very nice and thanks for the pics, these figs fit in with jakks pretty well, the scale isnt to off as some think it is. That trips is definitely impressive and that cena scan is really growing on me.

Nice, enjoy!
LOL at all the people that are still talking about how Mattel won't look good next to RA figures...they seem to match up just fine. I seriously hope nobody went out and invested in a bunch of R3 or Toy Biz figures thinking they were going to pad their upcoming Mattel collection, because THOSE are the figures that look out of scale.

Mattels look great next to RA's as illustrated by the pic of them mixed with your collection... I really hope those who INSISTED they wouldn't be in scale can begin getting over that now... These figures are going to be great, I think I'm gonna try to get ahold of that Kingston early...
Thanks for the pics and enjoy!

Nice here's hoping my Triple H arrives soon. (D@mn PO) The only thing I don't like about Tripls H is the hair color makes the hair look too plastic looking. But I'm hoping that's the flash and it'll look better in person.

wow standing the Mattel Cena next to the Jakks Cena really shows how superior Jakks is when they try. Minus the shoe detail, to me the Jakks Cena is worlds better than the Mattel one. The scan is better, the shorts are better, the arms are human like instead of skeleton-like.
Mattel gets 1 gold star because for the first few series they are really putting the details into the figures which is how it should be. I don't think we'll be seeing any Cena's with plain white shoes. That's one thing I really appreciate. I still enjoy the look & display of Jakks RA style figures over Mattel 10fold

Thanks for the replies. I'll try to get a pic with HHH and a chair.
I agree with PJ about Triple H's hair. It has an orange/gold tinge to it with black streaks. It's a unique colour. I'm still not sold on it. Other than that, I think it's a good figure.
I tried to match the hair colour up with a jakks release and only CS 18 Val Venis came close. But even that's off and doesn't really match.
J P D... Kingston looks great. If you manage to get him early, you wont be disappointed.

I don't see any of the observations that you see. Simply mind-boggling.

I don't really see the skeleton arms. His arms are well proportioned to the rest of the body. They're muscular/toned without looking like balloons. Both have a good likeness to Cena, but in my personal opinion, he just looks better with the Mattel straight faced/serious scan over the more commonly used Jakks screaming one.

^^^The biceps in the pic below look the exact proportion as the Jakks DA arms except with more definition.

do these things have any articulation? Every post I've seen the figs are stiff as boards
