They may get the first shot, but in the end, they'll be sunk.

They have a month to promote the hell out of this. They better do it right.
I'll be watching Impact. ECW is the only WWE show I would choose WWE over Impact for.

Hulk Hogan to UFC fans is about the worst move possible. UFC fans laugh at wrestling, and see Hogan as the biggest joke around.
Regardless, this will end in TNA's death if they do a full on Monday show, either as Impact or as a second show. Thunder over saturated WCW by doing so much TV a week. and ratings wise, this WILL be a diasaster

The Rise And Fall Of TNA..On DVD Everywhere from August 2010
As much as I enjoy TNA, this is a big mistake. There ratings are awful, this may be due to tapings taking place for 3 weeks of shows, which is ultimatly the reason for such poor ratings.
Hell I Say Go For It. I Fear that alot of people are going to be dissapointed, Live and Head To Head may increase there ratings, bit by bit, whoever believes TNA will ever compete ratings wise with RAW is in a dreamland.

It will be real interesting to see if and how WWE counters this announcement. Sure they could likely crush Impact just on merit alone, but I could see Vince doing something extra to try and teach them a lesson.

I hope they try to put on a decent show. Knowing them it will be 60 minutes of Hogan hype, 100 minutes of backstage promos, 10 minute of wrestling, nine minutes of final hype and one minute of Hogan on air.
I really think this is dumb. They will not touch the ratings Raw get and they are competing against MNF!

A thought: Is Impact going to be from 8-11 or 9-12? Getting the hour start on RAW would be a lot better for them if they could fill the first hour with action and bring out Hogan while RAW starts.

Oh i can see it now
Start of hour 1: Hogan debuts/promo, hogans not seen for the rest of the show hour 2: about 20 recaps/mentions of hogans debut start of hour 3: main event, last half hour the same old "tna is the future" dixie and hogan bullsh*t videos
That is pretty much whatll happen on that impact
