Jeremy Borash and Mick Foley missed yesterday's Impact taping and will miss today's as they were traveling to Los Angeles to appear on Playboy Radio. I am pretty sure that's the first TNA event in the history of the company Borash has missed.
Daniels was interviewed by The Miami Herald at this link. When asked about the recent Three-Way rematch with Samoa Joe and TNA champion AJ Styles, Daniels said, "I feel like there was a lot of pressure on us to sort of match the first three-way that we did. Even though I felt like the match was different, I feel like quality wise we definitely stepped it up and sort of matched the original. I felt really good about it, and it's always fun to get in the ring with Joe and A.J. I definitely put that as a high point in my career, and certainly the fact that I'm back in the main event picture in TNA is a big plus to me."
Former TNA referee Dropkick Mike Posey, who went on to ref for WWE, returned to the company at last night's taping.
Daniels vs. Desmond Wolfe is set for tonight's Impact taping. That will be the first time they meet in TNA.
