When did TNA get the rights to the Ankle Lock and Angle Slam?

They don't need to rights to "Ankle Lock", do they? I'm pretty sure they used it when Shamrock was in TNA as well as Angle's entire TNA run.

The Angle Slam used to be called the Olympic Slam in TNA, but then they changed it i have to admit i noticed this change too. i think it was completely accidental at first. think about how many times taz called that move in wwe.

Yeah I am/was thoroughly conufsed by the Olympic Slam/Angle Slam thing.
I've always prefered Olympic Slam.
