Monty Brown was gold in TNA, but TNA never realized it. It's too bad he had to leave the WWE as well. He was my favorite wrestler. The amazing thing about that promo was that he literally made all of that up on the spot. Not too many people would be able to do that.

He was red hot when TNA first started but Double J thought that it would be best for him to be champion instead of giving the belt to Brown at Final Resolution 2005.

Monty was horrid in the ring. His mic. skills were interesting at best. Definitely entertaining. Not sure if rambling on and on about.....well, nothing is really a promo. But nonetheless, it was entertaining.

I'm a huge fan of Brown and If I remember correctly was in line to become TNA Champion before Christian arrived (or the rumor going around at the time).
Was excited for him when he came to WWE (I think we all Assumed he start a feud with Lashley)
Hopefully we will see back soon!

It's funny, I just talked to him last night. He said everything is going well for him and that he is starting to wrestle again. I may look into bringing him in next year.

Anyone know where he is now? Indys, Target employee, bummin rides from gig to gig following Deep Purple? he is taking care of his sisters kids, as she passed away and he is being responsible and doing what is more important in life. I always liked him as well and hope to God if he comes back it is to TNA and not back to WWE as Marcus Cor Von.

Monty Brown needs to come back. He needs to come back and Pounce everyone in sight. Pounce Suicide twice.
BTW, check out this YouTube video. They took Monty Brown's original TNA entrance vid an set it to the Thundercats song. It meshes perfectly.
