Mattels figures in Walmarts?

I know the Basics are going to walmarts, but will the Elites and Two packs go to walmarts? because i live in the center of Kansas and our walmart is VERY slow. We still have RA 35.5 and thats new. (to us) so i really want some mattels figures.
