Angle vs HBK WM 21
Taker vs HBK WM25
AJ vs Joe vs Daniels TP09
but the match ive hyped most over was..

My most hyped match of the decade was probably Team WWF vs Team Alliance at Survivor Series 2001.
Some other hyped matches are
Rock vs Hogan - WMX8
HBK vs Taker - WM25
RVD vs Cena - ONS2
Chris Jericho vs HBK - WM19

Hogan vs. The Rock at Wrestlemania X8 was pretty hyped. The Undertakers return at Wrestlemania XX was also really hyped as he was finally returning as "The Dead Man".

Triple H v. Orton (WrestleMania 25, no one can deny that this match had incredible build but failed in the end)

Chris Jericho vs. Shawn Michaels is something I wanted forever and was my old dream match (which has been replaced with Rock vs. Michaels since the former happened...many glorious times).
Probably though waiting the 2+ years for Taker/Michaels after they teased it at the Rumble 07.
