Today I hit three Targets, a Wal*Mart and a TRU and all I found were 4 Heritage Series 1 Edge figures between two of the Targets. Heritage Series 1 Edge - Group Pic - The one thing about this figure I don't like is his torso is too small (not long enough) naking his tights look too long. Whenever I picture Edge I always thought he had a long looking torso, because hit tights were cut so low. I think it would have looked better if his torso started about the top of the e in his tights logo on the crotch piece. According to the back of the Heritage card the PPV figures are base off these PPV's - Austin - WMX7 Orton - WMXXIV Undertaker - WMXXIV Cena - WMXXI Edge - WMXXI Batista - WMXXI

It looks much better on the basic Body, but I don't like it on the Elite body. At least from the first proto pics I saw of it. It just looked like he had ascrawny neck and oversized head...but on the Basic body it looks very nice.
I know of 3 stores that have them in stock, but aren't putting them out until Friday so I should find the ones I want then.

Maybe it's just the paint apps, but the Heritage Edge head looks a lot nicer than the Elite, based on pics so far.
If head swaps aren't too tough, I might have to make that change.

Nice find! I've not been too interested in the Heritage Edge until now... I wonder if it'd be possible to get the Elite jacket on it?

Very nice, PJ, and thanks for the loose pics, as always.
Even though I would much rather see a Basic modern-day Edge on store shelves, I find myself liking the Heritage figure the more I see it and now I'll likely buy it.
The same goes for the rest of the Heritage line, although I would be willing to pass on Cena and Batista if it came down to adding a new wrestler to my collection or an early, outdated repaint.
Completely agree on the Edge head (no pun intended) looking better on the Basic body.

I don't plan on going all out with this line, and although Edge is among my favorite current wrestlers, I think the modern Elite will be enough for me. Then again, if this was the only figure sitting on the peg, I would but it. ;D

I really only want the Austin and Orton from the Heritage line.
And according to the back of the Heritage card the PPV figures are base off these PPV's -
Austin - WMX7 Orton - WMXXIV Undertaker - WMXXIV Cena - WMXXI Edge - WMXXI Batista - WMXXI

See, I'm not going to collect the Elite line, so it's either buy the outdated WM21 figure to have a Basic Edge (which I could easily live without) or wait a few months for one to appear in the regular line. Then again, it, too, will probably be outdated by that time like the majority of the Mattel line in stores for January 2010 lol. Orton and 'Taker being based off their WM24 attires is fine by me, as I really don't plan on buying 10 repaints of each. I may only buy one other figure of each (unless we're talking Classic Undertaker, which is an exception for me) if I want them to have updated tattoos. Stone Cold is a 100% purchase for me. If I was limited to buying only one or two from this series, it would be Austin and Undertaker, with Orton, Edge, Batista, and Cena following in that order. However, I would like to buy all of the Basic Series 1 Singles and 2-Pack figures to start off the new year.
