Commack & Setauket TArget both has Basic 3 & Elite 3 today. There were 3 Mickies at each store.

Basic 4 and 2packs series 4 have hit the Island! Centereach WM has a case of Basic 4 and 3 cases of 2pack series 4. Setauket WM has a case of Basic 4 (minus MVP & HBK I bought). Ofcourse I've had both for a good 2-3 weeks so if you want a Dolph, or Regal, which are 1 per case,both stores have them.
Too bad buckdeniro is in school right now---you snooze you lose!

Islandia Walmart is overflowing with 4 cases of Basic 4 and 3 cases of 2pack Series 3. Not a single figure has sold from Centereach so you can still get Dolph and Regal (The 1 per casers).
Went to KMart in Farmingville and they were wiped out, no WWE Mattels anywhere at all. They did have the UFC/Round 5 series 2 w/Kimbo, Randy, Tito, etc for $13.99 each.

PPV 3 Royal Rumble figures at Islandia Walmart. I picked up Edge & CM Punk. The rest of the case was left: x3 HHH, x2 Edge, x2 Cody, x1 Beth, x1 Y2J, x1 Punk. Plenty of leftover BAsics too.
UFC 3 hit Centereach Walmart. Nothing new at Setauket Walmart. Nothing new at Setauket TArget either.

BASIC 4 singles & 2packs hit Target in Setauket. Nothing else to report as it was the only place I stopped at. Legends & Elite 4 should hit any day now. All I need is Morrison from those sets.

Just got back from TRU in holbrook, they had series 3 basics, all but khali, and the entire set of Elite 3

Found Elite 4 today at Commack Walmart (x1 of all, no MOrrison I bought it) and also at Farmingdale Walmart there were x2 of each Elite 4. Centereach, Islandia & Setauket WM's didn't have these yet nor did anyone have PPV4, what I was out looking for today, w/the McIntyre debut fig.

No sign of PPV4 today. Setauket Walmart did get in Elite 4, and also 2 cases of Basic 4. I found x4 1/1000's-2 MVP's & 2 Regal's. Didn't buy since they have no higher value than retail price. But if someone wants them they're there.

Man, I'm missing Jakks right now, they always had a product hitting shelves every 2-3 weeks it seemed, I can't stand these lulls that Mattel has. I'm so annoyed that it's gonna be another month before anything else Mattel hits. I'm angry again! Do you have a job/wife/girlfriend? Not bashing you in any way, I am just confused about how you find the time and desire to go hunting for figures everyday. I would live for the lull if I did what you did since that would mean a break from this crap. You should enjoy the time off man. |

It's called a hobby my friend, I put in the work I need to in order to maintain the collection I want. It's that simple. This isn't girlfriends.com or work.com or wife.com, this is wrestlingfigs.com, and this is the figure findings area, so I talk about what I find or don't find figure wise at retail. Why you're here spending your precious time reading about my figure shopping life I don't understand, especially if you're not a figure collector. I do enjoy my time, off or on, whether I'm hunting for figures or catching the Fedor fight, or doing pretty much anything else. Don't worry about me friend, I'm doing just fine.

Now,back to the regularly scheduled program...
Today (Sunday 6/27) FIndings:
-Centereach Walmart was loaded with Basic 4. I snagged a 1/1000 HBK & 1/1000 Goldust. Left 2 1/1000 MVPs & 2 1/1000 Regals.
-Middle Island Walmart had a case of Elimination Chamber out on the pegs! I grabbed Drew, Batista & Undertaker. Whats left are: x2 Taker, x2 Jericho, x2 Cena, x2 Rey, x1 Drew. They also had about 2 cases of Elite 4, I saw at least 1 of each.
Didn't stop anywhere else today, my instincts paid off for once and I'm now all caught up on my wants. I'll pick up EG2 Piper & Dibiase sometime in the next month or so when they start to hit Walmarts.

It's only my first post here but, I wanted to share my findings of yesterday. Thanks to the forum poster above me for the heads up because, I visited to MI Wal*Mart and picked up the very last Drew McIntyre. Batista was the only one absent from that line as well as Elite Series 4. Don't recall seeing Big Show or Kane from that line though.
