WCW was starting to go down the shitter 2 years before Vince bought it
and it wasn't due to only one thing, it was many things that grew into 1 large problem that they couldn't fix.

It wasnt in the *****er; they just had problems thinking of new storylines. I mean after the nWo thing; they couldn't think of anything. Its no different than what WWe had and in many ways still going through, and was trying to be fixed. But Time/Warner didn't want them and didnt give them time to fix anything; before selling the company.
