Wrestlemania Heritage is part of the PPV line I believe, and there is only one wave so far. All 6 figures in the 2nd wave of the PPV line are going to be based off of the most recent Survivor Series.

If that's true, kinda ridiculous to call the line WrestleMania Heritage if it's going to include non WrestleMania figures.

Well the 1st wave in the PPV line is called the WrestleMania Heritage Series, I'm assuming the 2nd wave would be called Survivor Series 09 Series or something like that.

Just to confirm, the Wrestlemania Heritage series IS PPV Series 1. At least from every single note being stated on Ringside and here. I'd say the reason for doing the WM series as PPV1 is the ability for Mattel to do a few things such as "Classic superstars" (Stone Cold) and previous looks that were popular/redecos of current guys (The other 3 in the set). Let us just call it a 'testing the waters before diving in' type of deal IMO.
