My thoughts: Jeff just threw away his chance at all the great things he accomplished during his last WWE run. His hair looks ridiculous, his theme song was horrendous, and they could have definitely capitalized on his popularity by booking in him in a Main Event feud instead of up against Homicide in the X Division.
Just poor decision making all around.

why wouldnt he just come back to WWE. . . . i heard they offered him the HBK/Taker type contract, PPV's and only TV shows.
