1. When did the WWF introduce the new style steel cage that replaced the blue one?
2. Why was Road Dogg wearing a JOB Squad t-shirt on the March 30, 1998 episode of RAW if the JOB Squad hadn't been formed yet?

I don't know when they introduced the newer Steel Cage style, but I think the first time they used different color bars was in 1999 when they had the bars painted black for Austin vs McMahon.

I want to say it was sometime in 1999 or early-2000 WWF switched over to the current style of mesh for the cage.
