I got my Basic Cena and HBK & Y2J but no Punk and Taker Elites !  They said they don't have them available yet . |

Thats the reason I still can't bring myself to ordering online, I just can't take the waiting, I gotta have it in my hand when I buy it I guess, glad to hear you got the elites coming though!

No offense, but I wouldn't call that "all good". I've never personally had a problem with RSC, but regardless of where I'm ordering, if I place a bulk order of IN STOCK products, I'd expect them to arrive at the same time no questions asked. Is it great that RSC has such fantastic customer service that they are able to help you out? Of course. But on the other side of the coin, you should NOT have had to call them in order to get it sorted out.
Just my opinion.

I had pre-ordered those things months in advance, and some issue happened where series 0 was delayed. So since I had pre-ordered series 0 and 1, I had to wait to get both at once. The wait wasn't as bad as when they sent me my order and notified me that 1 of the figures was on back-order and I'd have to wait. So even though I had pre-ordered so far in advance, they went ahead and sold out their stock of that figure to people who were ordering on the spot right then and there. Seemed like a pretty crappy thing to do to someone who had given them their money so far in advance. Still, as mad as I was, I did make another order for figures during the Black Friday sale they put up, and they got me my figures in a very prompt manner. They aren't perfect, but I can't deny that I like their service over other sites. |

If I dont get my Punk and Edge Elite.....I'll be calling for a refund. I have no issue with prices or waiting. I do have an issue if I place an order for an instock item and then I am told it is out of stock, but they still take my money.

i hope i get mine yeah I ordered a cm punk elite. I must've been one of the first also. As not even all of the elite series 1 figures were available when I put it in cart. Then I immediately checked out. I was in the first 2 minutes. I better get my figure. |

Another thing to RSC's massive list of credit, is that they read these posts. Now why should this matter? Well, they not only read them, but the majority of the time they will respond as well. But I've yet to see them delete or lock a thread about an issue involving RSC.
This speaks volumes, as it shows they take constructive and sometimes not so constructive criticism very seriously.
That being said, although we mostly agree that the issue shouldn't have taken place if the item was listed as IN STOCK, it's good to see we all can agree that RSC handles the backlash very professionally and in a timely manner. Which, outside of preventing the issue in the first place, is really all you could expect from a business.

I never had any problems with RSC before, but for future mattel purchases I'd recommend shopping in person for them. I've ran into a ton that had some paint issues and rsc cant really take the time to find "The best looking one" for you. I've ran into a few paint issues on ones in stores but took the time to find the best of the best so to speak and have been happy with the exception of paint on my elite edge's lip that is the same color as his beard lol. I was able to scratch it off though

I contacted mattel because i've ordered two orders because I ordered the elites spearate. They shipped yesterday. I got my first order today and getting my elites tommorow or friday

they same thing happened to me. I put a big order in at 12:14 am on new years. i got everything yesterday except for my elite and an extra elite undertaker. i contacted rsc. on the site it still did not say out of stock but in the box of stuff it said the elite could not be shipped yet. wat worries me is that the person i contacted said "are you sure the note was from us?" in this situation i can imagine how fast orders were coming in so ill accept that they are out of stock. however i am trying to see if i can get a refund for that part of my order and just get the elites in the stores. i saw a lot of them on monday. if i didnt see so many in the stores i wouldnt ask for a refund but there are sooooo many in the stores near me and i can get them so much sooner than waiting for them to get back in stock, ship, and be delivered. ill definitely shop with rsc again as i can only imagine how crazy it must have been over there sorting out the orders.
