Since the Celtic Warrior has been around since last year , anyone hear any whispers of a fig sometime this year? It would be a pretty simple fig to make.

Well Ringside Collectible has every Mattel figure up for pre-order that will be coming out until AUGUST.
So if we are getting a Sheamus figure it won't be until at least September.....and Sheamus will probably be nowhere near the main event by then.

I'm hoping he pops up in a PPV set sooner than later.

I'm hoping he pops up in a PPV set sooner than later. That's one of the good things about Mattel. They are flexible with the PPV series, so they can quickly (3 month) throw in a newer superstar that suddenly makes a big splash. Plus if they continue to let us vote on them, we can maybe help make it happen asap.

I'd be shocked if they didn't have a prototype at next month's Toy Fair.

An interesting trivia note: Ever since wrestling figures were invented in the 80s, Sheamus just might be the only person to win a WWF/E World Championship and never have his own action figure.

Was Brock Lesnar's first figure out before he won the Undisputed title? It came out maybe a month afterwards, but Jakks had plans to make many Lesnar figures. Mattel has no current plans to make a Sheamus figure.

If they do make his figure then Mattel should make it glow in the dark cause I can imagine that's what he does in a dark room.

i'm pretty sure yokozuna too didn't have a figure out at all when he was first champion. not even when he won the rumble to get the shot.

Series 2's are listed as February. Series 3's are listed as April, Series 4's are listed as Junes. SO we know we won't be getting a Sheamus until at least August. These are ringside collectible pre-order dates which usually get shipped before things hit stores....so I'm pretty sure what I said is correct. We know exactly what we are getting UNTIL what comes out in August which will hit stores probably in September.

I would hope he is a priority now that HE IS THE WWE CHAMPIONS and all. No big deal.... DOR1 came out without the WWE champion in it also. JBL. I hate stuff like that.

That custom Sheamus was WAY too dark (and happy). I mean you could actually detect some semblance of color on that skin.
