Hi just wondered on what peoples opinions are regarding a price to pay for a 1/1000 moc?
looking on ebay some 1/1000's go for more than others i.e triple H taker etc i surpose it because they are bigger names than the big show and even bourne.

not much, 1/500 sold for about £20 in the UK i'd pay no more than £12 for a 1/000 becuase of how many were produced, i expect by the end of 2010 they will be pretty much worthless.

$15-25.
You're talking about 1000 being produced for 6 guys in a line. There are 6000 possible ones vs. the 1/500 jakks. Which means there are 12 times as many. IE are usually limited to 2500 or 3000. To my recollection a typical figure was produced at about 5000-10,000 or so pieces I think (I am just remembering the wwe draft series and how the shelf warmers were produced at like 1/15,000 while the moderate guys were at like 1/2500). With that said I am willing to bet you that the chances of finding any 1/1000 are well below 1/10 (hence why people find multiple at one location). Thus I would put there value at lower than an IE but higher than a typical retail figure.

At the moment about $30 a figure. In the long term i'd expect the values to actually rise. Bear in mind that some of the 1/1000 will be opened, add that to the fact that it seems as if the last 200 (800-1000) are Walmart Exclusives with the collectors guide - they may be the ones to get. People love to try and get something that is limited - Mattle have made getting these belts possible - I say pick them up now - as in a few years you may end up paying big to own a 1/1000 of a certain superstar and they won't be as easy to get. One other thing to bear in mind - we are going to see lots more 1/1000 of other superstars this year - this is just the 1st wave. Expect some to be more popular than others. Early signs of 'harder' to find 1/1000 at the moment - HHH and Stone Cold.

I have an SCSA on ebay now. Bought a Triple H last night for $26 and some change. I have seen them go from $25-$45 before.

In the last few days I bought three (Triple H, Bourne, Orton) for about $25 each. I thought it was a great price for each of them seeing as how figure hunting in Canada is mostly a miss. These are definitely going cheaper than the Jakks promo seeing as how The-Rock is right in pointing out the amount of these belts in stores.

For the bigger names I'd pay $20 at the most right now, for the lesser stars $10. I say that because in the past 3 days I have seen 5 1/1000 figures and they are just hitting stores here.

15-25 seems to be the ebay norm. Taker and Austin seem to get a little more. Unless you really want one for a certain wrestler, just wait it out. The belt is not that good and 25 bucks will get you two Basic figures or one two pack or almost two elites. You will get way more bang for your buck with the figures than you will for that belt IMO.

Depends on the # figure.
If you get any figure numbered 1-50 I'd pay more than one numbered 463. Average I'd say to pay would be between $20-$30 for anything over #50. #'s 50-25 would be about $40-$50 and anything below #25 could get as much as $60-$70

i bought a batista on ebay for $6.50 and an undertaker for $9.99..keep in mind i had tp pay shipping on top of that, but these things are so mass produced that once they all are in circulation...there will be more than enough, and the current price should not exceed $20 for most of them...big names ofcourse will go for more in time

i would say like $30 - $50 most 1/500 don't even go for that so i don't think the 1/1000 would go for that. I'd say 15-25 is the going price.

By 2011 there will be around 20,000 or more of these. So maybe $5 over retail.

Less than half you'd pay for a JAKKS 1 of 500. Since every figure in the two sets has 1000. My opinion.
But I thought that only these first figures come with them, and no more. Maybe I'm wrong.

But I thought that only these first figures come with them, and no more. Maybe I'm wrong. At some point every superstar will get a 1/1000 belt. All six figures in Basic Series 2 are eligible to get a 1/1000 belt chase figure. However, the Undertaker and Randy Orton in Series 3 will not have a 1/1000 belt chase figure since they had theirs in the Heritage 1 Series. Or so I understand it.

It depends on the number because someone will probably like a cool number like 777 over a random one like 204. I know I would but in general the lower the better.
I would say for a random numbered fig about $15-25 is right.

Like others have said, I think it depends on the #. I paid a bit more in order to get #316 Stone Cold than I would have to get, say #763. Other particular numbers with significance to the wrestler (0013 or 0017 for Undertaker), or heck, someone born in 1985 might want #0085 of their favorite guy.
In another way of looking at it, each #'ed belt for each Superstar is a one-of-a-kind.
I guess time will tell. For myself, other than the aforementioned Austin I snagged, the only ones I would really want would be the #0013 UT or #1 of anyone.

I saw three Cena 1/1000 tonight and I didn't even think they were worth the 10 dollars to buy one, if that helps.
