In his Facebook chat when he was asked which wrestler from WWE,ROH,indies etc which 5 would he like to pick from to have in TNA and he said 'Randy Orton,Randy Orton,Randy Orton,Randy Orton and Randy Orton."I know its never gonna happen but thatd rule.

The correct title would be "Russo a RKO fan"
you're supposedly "45" and you didn't know this?

No it would not rule.In fact it would just plain suck.He is not the wrestler that his father Bob Orton ever was.Sons of wrestlers more often than not,are not very good most of the time.For instance Barry Windham and Kendall Windham.Angelo Mosca Jr. Dustin Rhodes,and Dusty's other son whoever he is.I stopped watching WWE awhile back due to all the nobodies they now have.
Dibiase Jr. is also not the star that his dad was,and never will be.The only sons that I can think of that became huge stars that were great in their day was Terry Funk and Dory Jr.But it is very rare to find wrestlers that are that great.Not even Mike Graham,was as good as Eddie Graham was.And don't even mention any of the Von Erichs.Not even one of them were any good in my opinion.

The hell Randy Orton is the best in the business.That is only reserved for one wrestler only,and that is Kurt Angle.Orton couldn't even wipe the sweat from off of Kurt's brow.

Well said mate, agree wholeheartedly, as I'm a big fan of the territory days, as well as the Funks. Cowboy Bob was a great wrestler in his day too, no doubt. |

Here's the full article: TNA writer Vince Russo has picked Randy Orton as the wrestler he would most like to see join the promotion. In a wide-ranging chat on his Facebook fan page, Russo was asked the five grapplers he wants boss Dixie Carter to sign from WWE or Ring Of Honor. He replied: "Never saw a ROH show so don't know their talent. Randy Orton, Randy Orton, Randy Orton, Randy Orton and Randy Orton." Although they were not named as one of the five in his original answer, Russo said in a later post that he would also welcome stars such as Triple H, Shawn Michaels, The Undertaker or John Cena. When asked by another fan about Shelton Benjaminm he replied: "Not really familiar with his work. Don't watch WWE much." The 48-year-old also confirmed TNA are considering scrapping their trademark six-sided ring in favour of reverting to the traditional square version, but added: "Not really in agreement with it. I think it makes TNA,TNA." Russo - who took over from Jeff Jarrett as head writer - then told how a second TNA brand has been discussed and rated The Rock just above Steve Austin when asked to pick between the two WWE legends. Russo added: "Stone Cold Steve Austin is a TREMENDOUS performer. He was a HUGE part of my success. "Rock, just has more range, in my opinion. May explain why he's now a major Hollywood actor." Vince also hit back at accusations TNA is just a recreation of his old home of WCW, after Hogan, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Sean Waltman, Sting, Jarrett and Eric Bischoff signed with the company. He blasted: "I don't think it seems like WCW at all. Wrestling, is wrestling — there is only really one way to do it. "AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Daniels, Morgan, Hernandez, Brit Invasion, Pope, Machine Guns — were any of those guys from WCW?" Russo then went on to say the company would continue to place its faith in up-and-coming young talent. He added: "The younger guys have had the spotlight since July. On topic, I'm kinda depressed that Russp didn't RKO a fan. *Calls for a gif of a RKO, but with Vince Russo's head on Orton's'* Anyway, Orton in TNA would be cool, But it never will happen. |
