I don't know how old you are dude, but if was going to get that many music related tattoos, I'd go for something a little less obvious. Artwork or lyrics are a less subtle nod, and you won't look like such a walking billboard. Well I'm definitely getting the Jimi Hendrix tattoo, but I'm open to suggestions in fact I encourage it. |

The ideas all seem fair to me... i presonally wouldn't get the KISS tattoo as i've just seen too many people with it... also, i'd personally get a coloured design for Hendrix, as the dude was a psychedelic and colourful guy Also, which should i use for my new sig?   |

Ive seem to have gotten a couple like zits on my tattoo and its pretty irrating. What should I do? I had the same thing happen to me! If it's on the tattoo dont pop them they will screw up the ink, but if they are around it, then u can pop them. |

Normally I wouldn't try to fish for responses, but one of the things I was most looking forward to about getting this piece was coming to this thread and hearing the opinion of a certain person so... Adam, what do you think of my new piece? |

Roughly 7-7:30 today. Got it done at the aformentioned Metamorphosis, cost me 80 bucks and took.... maybe 45 minutes? Rough estimate? Me and my friend went back to back and were in and out in two hours total. Found some 1% Hydrocortisone to put on it for tonight, will get a fresh bottle of A+D tomorrow. Here's some quick phone camera pics, better pics will come when it looks less gnarly!   dude u paid $80 for that...........they saw u coming! that thing is mega small for only $80! BUT u are in NY where everything is mega expensive, i bet u done that here in NJ it would only set u back $45-55tops! anyway to my ink that ima get done. im so gettin a black 5pt star in the back of my lip!!!  i was gonna get "i keep it gangsta" but thats gonna hurt!!! too many letters for a lip tat ;D lolz i keep u guys posted!  |

I agree, if someone is charging you a low price for COLOR - they either use **** quality ink, or they aren't a good artist. Seven of my nine tattoos are all colored, and the stars and paw print I got together, that was $80 - and everything else was $200+. I'd never, ever pay a low price for a tattoo, these things will be on me for the rest of my life, no reason to not have it done as good as possible. --And Asher, when I go back I'll be getting a Goomba and Bob-Omb, some Sailar Jerry filler work, and possibly get a lightning bolt on the side of my bomb, and the phrase "let the good times roll". After that, I'm thinking about getting a tradition pin-up girl on the back of my arm, or a dagger with a banner dedicated to family. Not sure yet. Still getting bowser down the line though. |

mine was $200 and the guy said it should of been more, but since my older brother knows him he let it slide...I am still very happy with the tattoo...i am totally gonna go back to chicago to get my future tattoos just so i can get the same guy
