So...MVP's exactly where he was 3 years ago again. That's my only problem with this whole Miz/MVP thing. Other than that, that promo was EXACTLY what WWE has been missing for way too long now - mid-card rivalries that mean something. That was an excellent segment, start to finish. It made me interested in their match, both of them looked, sounded, and carried themselves like legitimate main eventers. Hopefully this means big things for both men. My only issue thus far with Raw was the treatment of the triple threat match, It should have been the main event, no doubt. Unless of course Bret Hart shows up. But it should be the last match, period. The WWE title is taking waaaay to much of a back seat to DX. DX is doing nothing right now, they have no reason to be in high profile matches at this time. Typically I wouldn't complain when Jericho is in the main event, but he's just being embarrassed anyway. Agreed on both accounts. It felt like they put time and effort into a mid-card feud and made the US Championship seem important. Same with D-X in the main event. No reason it shouldn't be the triple threat unless it's Vince with a big announcement. Odds are, Tyson will knock out Jericho, D-X will stand triumphant, and Jericho looks like an idiot and has to leave Raw...which has happened the past two or three weeks in a row before this. |

Even WWE realized this match wouldn't be watchable unless they gave something else for us to do. Hence, Maryse.
Maryse is a little to generous about her opinions about the other divas. She needs to be as arrogant and confident as her character suggests.

Can Katie Lea just get fired and go to TNA where they pretty much hire any slightly talented women's wrestler? Maybe she could win a match and not lose to whoever that woman is I can never remember.
