Nice but way is the proto Trips wearing a jacket? Was hoping someone here may be able to answer this.... Its the way I brought it - not too sure why the jacket is on.... I haven't seen any pictures of a HHH Mattel with a jacket yet - unless there is one to come in the future perhaps?

Looks like a "prototype undertaker Jacket" on a "HHH prototype" maybe

I haven't yet seen any of the Heritage figures - are they the same size as the basic series figures? Do you think there is a chance this is a proto for some kind of HHH Heritage figure in Hunter Heart gear?

That head and body (Legs) would be totally wrong for Hunter Hearst Helmsley

Did he wear any outfits involving a long coat in his DX days to any Wrestlemania event?

^Only at the very very beginning of the DX period did Hunter wear the long coat, and even then it was only a few weeks as it was lingering from his previous gimmick.
Before that however, Helmsley wore the long entrance coat for the blueblood gimmick.
Now... Where the f*ck are all you f*ckers getting these Mattel protos?!

HHH never wore a jacket like that. As Hunter Hearst Helmsley he wore a robe up until the month after WM14. But never wore a trench or duster style jacket.
That is simply a proto basic style HHH with a Undertaker jacket.

I am just collecting the regular basics no 1/1000's. I used to collect the LJN's as a child 25 years ago. Was not going to get the Mattel figs until I saw how great the basic series 1 was and now I am in. Mattel has the best figs I have ever seen and I have had all of them since LJN. Go Mattel!! Have my baby!!

Did he wear any outfits involving a long coat in his DX days to any Wrestlemania event? He wore a greenish robe, but not a trench coat.

That Evan has a collector guide with it! That's (The Guide) what makes it exclusive to WalMart.

Nice 1/1000 collection. It seems these are alot more common than the Jakks 1/500 figures. The protos are really interesting. Thanks for sharing.
