Yup I agree with most of the comments. I'm not really fussed but I think people who have never watched TNA before would find it a bit strange so a 4 sided ring may entice more new fans.

The 6-sided ring isn't unique, they ripped the idea of off Mexican promotions. Plus, if they wanna be taken seriously, it's time the ring goes. It makes them look like a damn circus. - Triple S THIS ISN'T MEXICO!!! It is TNA's trademark. I had never seen one before on televised sports entertainment. TNA won't be the same without it! Really? I could have sworn that I saw one while flipping through the Spanish television channels the other day... and also a decade ago on those same channels.

"OK guys, here's the plan. You remember a couple of years ago when we were a unique product, that offered something different to wrestling fans? Well, all of that. Not only are we stripping outselves of all of those "unique" and "special" things that seperated us from the bad guys in Stanford, but we are going to make our product more like theirs." beat me to it. I like the ring, it's cool and unique. I wish it wouldn't go. But, I do see how it would look more professional.

I don't care as the ring will not change the wrestling that takes place inside it. The six sided ring adds nothing to the action and a four sided ring will not take anything away. I also have to agree that the six sided ring makes TNA harder to take serious. I'm gonna agree with everything said here. At first the Six Sided Ring was cool, and fresh, but it wasn't "Unique". But to be honest it's not the right that makes wrestling good, or bad, it's the workers. If the only reason people are watching TNA is because there's a 6 Sided ring, than I'm very shocked, because it's the wrestling that I watch it for, A ring could have 4, 6, 8, or 10 sides, and the wrestling would still be the same, it's only a ring.

Ok....With that logic; it could be flipped around. It is different, and it is unique. It's never been used by any big American Sports Entertainment company. As was said it adds nothing nor does it change anything wrestling wise. So why change it, and why not keep it? It's only a ring!

Why do they need an angle to eliminate the ring? Just go with reality, Hogan arrives to TNA because somebody lost their mind and consider him to be the next Messiah, and in his megalo-maniacal delusion, he decides he likes a 4 sided ring more than a 6 sided one. That should work... I can see it happening, now that you mention it...

Really? I could have sworn that I saw one while flipping through the Spanish television channels the other day... and also a decade ago on those same channels. Thats Spanish TV which is MEXICO! I was meaning it has never been seen on American Sports Entertainment TV. The majority of those Spanish channels are based in the U.S. So, no it's not Mexico (all in caps). If I'm not mistaken, Mexican wrestling is viewed on Galavision, an American network. Also, Mexico isn't the only country with a Spanish speaking population. Heck, I live in California and a majority of the population speaks Spanish. So, I'm not sure what you were implying with that (being of Latin America decent, I took some offense to that). But, all that aside, I can see your point. Although, I don't believe changing a simple ring could affect the overall quality of the wrestling product.

i don't see why they'd change it, it's basically admitting failure.

OOOps...I'm sorry saying the name of a country and a language is offensive huh? Since Im not BLANK and BLANK ; I cant say it because its somehow RACIST AND OFFENSIVE! OMG! YOU'RE AN IDIOT!

You mean when they were in Nashville and had four sided ring, before they ed it all up and went to Orlando and put that god awful six sided ring up?

It may be unique, but it's freakin' pointless. It worked AMAZINGLY back in 2004-2007 when the X-Division were utitlized more often and actually worked the ring like it should be worked. Nowadays people work it just like a regular ring, so theres really no point in having it. A regular ring will also make them look less indy and corny.
