I play with mine everyday so they are going to get messed up. The ones I keep I don't open and vacuum seal them into a bag and store them air tight.

I just display my Mattel figures on my dresser with each on their respective stand. I also have the Smackdown ring on display with a few figures in it. I don't worry about dust or dirt because I usually move them around each day, whether it be for play or just poses, etc.

if you buy them then box them up you should be shot, it's like saying to your wife, "i've known you for a while now and i think its time we start a family" only to give the baby away when its born.

Mr. Cymru, this is for you: That is the worst comparison ever. And to say he needs to be shot? Wow, their just action figures, a baby is a living person.

What do you use to clean your figs with? kmart/walmart sell in their car care aisles towels with fibers that grab dust, i think a 4 pack is like 8 bucks but thats what i use, the fibers grab all the dust off the figures and just make cleaning them easy.

I have thousands of figs where most are in totes, but the ones that are displayed i take them all off and dust once or twice a month.

I am going to die one day and no one will care who I have or what condition they are in. So I play with mine and open mine up. If they get dust on them I just rinse them off.

I got a bunch of gym bags that I store mine in. Don't have room to display them and with 3 cats I wouldn't want them getting a hold of them or always knocking them over..
