Will there be a series 2 or is it a one time thing? I know Mattel plans on doing a classic superstars line but I think it would be cool to have figures like Shawn Michaels from WrestleMnaia 14, WrestleMania 19, WrestleMania 23 & WrestleMania 25 as well WrestleMania Heritage classic Undertaker(WrestleMania 12, 14, X7), Triple H(WrestleMania 12, 2000, X7, 19) Chirs Jericho(WrestleMania X7 & 19), Bret Hart(WrestleMania 10, 12, 13) and even The Rock. So is this series gonna continue or was it a one time thing?

I think that was the introductory line, and from there we will have our Pay Per View line, starting with Survivor Series.

Well for right now all we have is the Heritage line, which seems to have current wrestlers, in old attires (past wrestlemanias).
I know I will get bashed for this, but I am actually happy we don't have a classic line, since I started watching wrestling in early 2008, I do not really know about a lot of the old guys, nor do I care. And I really like how Mattel is giving us current stars and all the current wrestlers.

I thought Heritage was gonna continue as well. I thought PPV was its own line.

I thought Heritage was gonna continue as well. I thought PPV was its own line. I think its the same line, my guess is that it will switch off every other number, like 1 was heritage, 2 is PPV, 3 is heritage, etc. I think this because the PPV series is labeled series 2, so, yeah.

I thought it was like: PPV Line 1: WM Heritage - Series 1, Series 2 and So on. PPV Line 2: Survivor Series - Series 1, Series 2 and So on.

I was under the impression that the Heritage line and PPV line were their own entities.
Having Wrestlemania: Heritage and PPV in one line doesn't make much sense...

I guess that's a question for the chat. I also would like to know if they'll be doing refresher cases for the Basics like they do with DCUC seeing Series 2 is out now and some areas haven't found Series 1.

Ringside labeled Heritage as PPV series 1 and Survivor Series as PPV series 2, but I don't think they know that for sure. I'm hoping they will be separate lines.

Heritage is the very first set of the PPV line. Heard this directly from mattel in an interview i read:

maybe each one will be geared toward a specific PPV...
Series 1 : WM Heritage Series 2: Survivor Series Series 3: Royal Rumble Series 4: SummerSlam Series 5: The Bash
...etc...
my thing is,i wonder exactly how they'll do these...WM kinda had them from all over...WM 17,21,24,etc.....Survivor Series is just from one specific PPV,instead of all different SS's....which is better? from a bunch of them,or just a specific one?

I just read the Toyfare magazine interview again. The Basic Singles will be released every month. Basic 2-Packs every other month for a total of 110 figures at the end of the year. It also says the 1/1000 belts promotion will last the whole year. So I guess it won't carry over to next year for any new talent that might sing by then.
As for the Heritage it looks like they were the kickoff for the PPV line as you can read the answer given in the magazine above in ۩ kaneisdaman ۩ post.
Elites will be released every other month. And at the end of the year they plan on having released 36 Elite styled figures.

Toys R' Us here hasn't restocked Basic Series 1 since the original shipment on 12/31/09. I've yet to see any Series 1 at Wal-Mart's around here, including the Wal-Mart that I found Series 2 at. I'm certainly glad I've been able to find so many different figures/series in such a short time, but I'd also like to try my hand at finding some of the 1/1000 figures I haven't come across yet from Series 1.

Supposedly the Hardy figure with the facepaint and T-shirt seen in a picture floating around (including in someone's sig here, but I forget who) was supposed to be a part of Elite Series 1. So either we'll get 35, or we'll get an extra figure in one of the assortments.
