- Sounds like a solid main event to happen. - McIntyre defeating Brett is definitely the right call. - Good segment between Jeff and Matt, liked Jeff saying he's not holding back. - To be honest, I like Goldust and Tatsu, but this is just degrading The Dudebusters. - McCool defeating Melina is good; and Beth's attack afterward adds on. - Edge and Show winning is a nice call, and Jericho being knocked out, eh? - Holy ing crapballs. Kofi Kingston cashes in and is the new World Champion? Sweetness. Good show.

-Good opening promo, but I feel like Edge needs to the win the World Title soon -Love that you brought Mercury into the Straight Edge Society, and his match with MVP should be very good next week -Not sure if Ted showing off that he could buy his brother a contract is a face type thing to do, but Brett/McIntyre could be good -Figured Drew would win, but it was good that Brett put on a good showing -Matt's promo sounded passionate and I'm glad you found a way to renew this feud in an original way, adding things like Jeff not holding back -Like the reformation of the Oddities, but I hope it doesn't lead to a de-push of the Dudebusters -McCool/Melina is always a good match, and Beth and Melina taking them out was well done -Swagger/Khali should be interesting -Edge & Show winning the main event was good -Wow, did not expect Kingston to cash in, and although I'm not a fan of him as World Champion, I trust you'll make this good. Also, not too fond of Edge & Show helping him out, as I wouldn't really help somebody win a belt that I want. -Anyway, love the surprise element of it all and I hope you don't have Kofi's reign go the same as Punk's first, when he was a face who cashed in. Make Kofi look like a legit Champion
Very good Smackdown, with an awesome ending. Looking forward to where we head from here.

WWESmackDown: Togg Grisham? . Barrett and Jericho vs. Show and Edge sounds like a realistic way to go for the main event. MVP vs. Shelton ending via DQ is good. Oh crap, Joey Mercury in the SES? I just did that in my diary, lol. I like Ted offering money to Long and Teddy giving Brett and contract. McIntyre beating Brett is fine. Loving the Hardy Brothers fued. Great promo especially from Matt Hardy. Don't like Goldust and Tatsu over the Dudebusters but it works. Decent segment with the Divas. McCool over Melina was good after the assault during the interview. Khali vs. Swagger is good. Swagger should win. Good main event, not sure what this means for the World Title picture. Wow. Loved Edge and Show helping Kofi out with Barrett. Kingston is World Champion! First time in a diary I think. Nice job. Great show with a great ending.

-Good opening promo. Really hope Edge takes the strap soon. -M.V.P/Benjamin always have good matches. The DQ finish was fine. Good to see who added the mystery SES hoodie guy into the mix. -McIntyre beating DiBiase is a good call. -Good promo with the Hardys. Fresh return to the feud. -Goldust and Yoshi beating the Dubebusters is refreshing from what I usually see. I think it's a shocker. -McCool beating Melina is fine. -Edge and Big Show beating Barrett and Jericho I love. Hope you use the 2 birds/1 stone and make a Show/Barrett & Jericho/Edge feud. -If you have just read what I said, SCREW IT! Kofi cashing in the MITB was highly unexpected but I love it. Seems like the perfect time to me for some reason! -Great SmackDown~!

June 28th, 2010 - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; The Animal Explains
Cody Rhodes def. Finlay Rhodes put Finlay away with a vicious Cross-Rhodes.
Evan Bourne def. Dolph Ziggler Ziggler locked in the Sleeper Hold, but Bourne lifted his feet onto the top turnbuckle and pushed off, rolling backwards and picking up a quick victory.
"Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."
Cue Opening Package
- The opening cuts out and the pyrotechnics display explodes from the stage. Michael Cole and Jerry 'The King' Lawler welcome us to tonight's show, Cole plugging Raw as the 'longest running weekly episodic television show'. They tell us that tonight, our Main Event is a huge rematch from WrestleMania XXVI as Batista takes on John Cena. Also, they remind us that we have a Guest Host tonight in the form of Rob Zombie! His graphic appears on the screen to a pop. The crowd boo as the theme of Batista hits. He walks out onto the stage, and point to himself with his thumbs as the spotlight shines down on him. He strolls to the ring with a smirk on his face, entering and speaking to the WWE Universe.
- Batista speaks, telling us that last week, he cost Randy Orton a match against the WWE Champion, Sheamus, leaving many confused. He says "People are asking me, 'why aren't you angry at Sheamus for taking your title?'. Well, the simple answer is, Sheamus isn't a threat, let him have his fun while it lasts, I'll take the WWE Championship from him in the blink of an eye later on, but right now, Randy Orton is in my way of doing that, and he needs to be taken out". The crowd boo as Batista chuckles. He says that Orton is in the WWE Championship scene far too much, and needs to take a hint that nobody wants him around. He gets a lot of heat for that remark. An "RKO!" chant begins, but Orton does not come out. Batista responds to the chant, saying "You want Orton? Well let's have him then, come on Randy, come out here and face me like the man you claim to be..." After a few moments of suspense, a theme plays, but it isn't Randy Orton's, it is John Cena's to a thunderous pop. Cena walks onto the stage, not looking healthy at all. He is banged up and bruised, limping out, but he still fights on and speaks to Batista.
- Cena says "Dave, I've got bigger problems than you, but I've been placed into this match by Mr. McMahon as Bret Hart isn't here tonight, because he clearly expects you to destroy me". Batista laughs and nods his head. Cena then says "Well he isn't going to get that. Last time I checked, I'm still walking, and these Masked guys aren't getting the better of me. I refuse to lie down and let them beat me, I will fight for the WWE Universe and get rid of this poison that McMahon has injected onto Raw, and if I'm forced to go through you tonight to stop that, then that's what I'm going to do!" He gets a massive pop as Batista looks angry. Batista screams "You think I'm some sort of obstacle? You're wrong, Cena! I am my own man, I don't do dirty work for anyone, and I WILL destroy you tonight, and it won't be for McMahon, it will be for ME!" Batista slams down the microphone and stares at Cena. Cena stares back at him as his theme plays and we fade to a promo package.
- We see a 'Don't Try This' package featuring Raw superstar, R-Truth. We then cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break
Non-Title - Ezekiel Jackson w/ William Regal def. Christian | Last week, Jackson ruined a #1 Contender's match between Evan Bourne and Dolph Ziggler, making an impact in the United States Championship run. Tonight, Jackson got his chance to make an impact in the ring, and he did just that. We already know from the feud these two had on ECW that they can have a brilliant match, and this was no different. Christian tried his best to keep Jackson at bay, but in the end, a quick distraction from William Regal allowed Jackson to pick Christian up and plant him with the Book of Ezekiel for the victory. Jackson just claimed his victory over the United States Champion, making a statement and most definitely earning himself a future title match. Jackson and Regal celebrate over a downed Christian as we fade backstage. |
- The crowd pop to see tonight's Guest Host, Rob Zombie arriving at the arena, apparently in his 'Dragula' by the looks of things. He exits the car with Eve Torres who is accompanying him tonight. He smiles as the duo walk towards his room and we fade to a promo package.
- We see a promo package for WWE The Bash, airing on the 18th of July, 2010. We then cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break
- We return backstage to see Rob Zombie and Eve Torres inside the room booked by Zombie for tonight. He says it feels great to be working with the WWE as he's waited to for a while now. He is rudely interrupted by the WWE Champion, Sheamus to a lot of heat. Zombie reacts comically, shielding his eyes and saying "Woah, turn down the lights!" Sheamus looks around, not amused. He introduces himself and ensures that Zombie knows that he is the WWE Champion and apparently 'runs things' on Raw. Zombie says "Is that so? Well listen up, I spoke to Bret Hart before I came here tonight. He's at home recovering from last week's events, but he informed me to personally inform you that because of Batista's interference in last week's Main Event, you will take Orton on in a rematch... at The Bash... with the WWE Championship on the line!" The crowd exlode as Sheamus looks on in shock. Zombie isn't finished though, and says "And that isn't all. Tonight, you will team up with The Miz to take on Randy Orton and Bryan Danielson... enjoy that, won't you". Sheamus goes red with rage and storms out of the room as Zombie laughs to himself. He grabs Eve around the waist and pulls her towards him and says "I'm loving this already" as we fade to ringside.
David Hart Smith w/ Tyson Kidd & Natalya def. Shad Gaspard w/ Shelton Benjamin | Shelton Benjamin and Shad Gaspard were traded to Raw as Matt Hardy left for SmackDown over the weekend, and it seems they have formed some sort of alliance, wearing matching silver trunks and wrist bands, looking like an official teaming. However, David Hart Smith was looking to destroy someone tonight after what happened to his Uncle Bret last week, courtesy of the Masked Men. Shad Gaspard showed us that he was a genuine threat here on Raw, but Smith was too focused and put Gaspard away with a huge Running Powerslam for the victory as Tyson Kidd made sure Shelton Benjamin didn't interfere. Afterwards, there was barely any celebration as Kidd and Natalya jumped into the ring. Natalya grabbed a microphone and began to speak. |
- The Divas Champion, Natalya says "Last week, my Uncle Bret was taken out by those Masked Attackers for no apparent reason. It's obvious that Mr. McMahon is behind the attacks, and he has no shame in showing it". Natalya then hands the microphone to Tyson Kidd who says "We vow to take down these attackers and show them for the heartless people they are". David Hart Smith speaks next, saying "These men have caused enough havoc towards both the Hart Family and John Cena, and at The Bash, we want to end this, so we're challenging you two to an actual match". The crowd pop as Natalya speaks again, saying "My boys want you two in a match at The Bash, and we mean a match, not an attack. If you were man enough to beat down a 52 year old man, then you'll come to The Bash and face The Hart Dynasty under WWE rules. We're waiting for an answer!" Natalya drops the microphone and The Hart Dynasty leave to a pop as we fade to a commercial break.
Commercial Break
- We return to see Mr. McMahon in his office backstage to a massive amount of heat, the most of the night by far. He is on the phone, seemingly speaking to one of the Masked Men. He says "So you just heard that then? The Hart Dynasty are challenging you two to a match at The Bash... how dare they! I suggest you take up the offer and we show them exactly who is in charge. You can beat them under WWE rules, it's not as if you haven't wrestled for the WWE before, right?... Listen, I know that you're doing this for exposure... Yes, I understand you want the people to know who you are... I know, alright, damnit! Just make sure you get the job done... You're going to be here tonight?... That's fantastic, I'll see you then... Yeah... Bye". McMahon slides his phone shut and smiles as the camera fades out to ringside.
Randy Orton & Bryan Danielson def. Sheamus & The Miz | Last Tuesday on WWE NXT, Bryan Danielson versus The Miz was announced for The Bash, and tonight, they get a chance to elevate that feud. The Miz hasn't had the best of months, losing all of his matches and been humilated each week by Danielson. Alongside this, we now know that Sheamus will defend the WWE Championship against Randy Orton at that same event, but with Orton's current ongoing feud with Batista, what does that mean for the match? Anyway, back to the match at hand, it was back and forth most of the way, but Bryan Danielson showed guts when he picked a fight with the WWE Champion, Sheamus on the outside, keeping him occupied. Meanwhile, Randy Orton delivered a thunderous RKO to The Miz to pick up the victory for himself and Danielson here tonight. Randy Orton celebrated as Sheamus escaped with his title. Orton stared down the Celtic Warrior, making sure he knew exactly who his challenger was. We then fade to a promo package. |
- We see a package, recapping what happened this past Friday on SmackDown. We see Chris Jericho and Wade Barrett lose to Edge and the Big Show, and then see Kofi Kingston cash in his Money in the Bank contract and defeat Jericho to become the new World Heavyweight Champion. We then cut to a commercial break on a shot of Kingston holding the belt high.
Commercial Break
- We return to see Rob Zombie backstage, still alongside Eve. He is listening to his latest album, Hellbilly Deluxe 2. He asks Eve what she thinks and she says she likes it. The two are interrupted by Chavo & Vickie Guerrero to some boos. Chavo asks Zombie if he's having fun, to which Zombie replies "Yes, why?" Chavo shrugs his shoulders and then Vickie screams at Zombie, shouting that Chavo has been mistreat on Raw for a very long time and deserves a match. Zombie comically rubs his ears, as does Eve. Zombie then says that he has been given some power tonight due to Bret Hart's absence and says that Chavo can have a match up next against... Santino Marella. The crowd cheer as Marella strolls onto the screen, attempting to look serious. Vickie says "Excuse me?" in a calm voice, looking genuinely confused which makes the crowd laugh. Santino speaks, saying "Piggie Guerrero... we meet again!" Vickie is disgusted and lunges for Santino who cowers behind Rob Zombie as Chavo holds Vickie back. Chavo says "See you in the ring, Santino" as The Guerrero's walk off. Santino comes from behind Zombie and says "Mr. Zombie, thankyou for this match, I am very grateful, and I will not let you down". Zombie nods his head and tells Santino to "go get 'em". Santino warms up in a boxing-like fashion and jumps off-screen. Zombie shakes his head as we fade to ringside.
Chavo Guerrero w/ Vickie Guerrero def. Santino Marella | This was a very quick match, but it got a chuckle out of the crowd. Santino was using his 'cobra' stance a lot and every time he snapped, Chavo would drop to the mat and bail. Eventually, the match broke down and Chavo rolled Santino up near the ropes, and while the referee couldn't see, Vickie grabbed and pulled on Chavo's hands, allowing him to pick up a victory in a cheating fashion. Chavo and Vickie celebrate as Santino looks on in confusion and disappointment. We then fade backstage. |
- John Cena is seen getting ready for his match later tonight. We can see the bruises on his side as he puts his shirt on. There is a knock on his door and he immediately jumps to attention, picking up a steel chair and then saying "Come in...". Randy Orton walks in and is startled as Cena raises the chair. He shouts for him to calm down and Cena does, apologizing for being on edge. Orton says "Look, I know we've never really seen eye-to-eye, but these Masked attacks are ridiculous. I just want you to know, that I've got your back from here on in". Cena nods his head and thanks Randy. Randy says he knows that Batista is acting as if he has nothing to do with it, but he knows that he has some sort of involvement, and tells Cena to be careful out there tonight. Cena says he'll be fine and he'll efeat Batista tonight and then go on to teach those Masked guys a lesson, eventually getting to Vince. Orton pats him on the shoulder and wishes him luck before leaving. We then fade to a commercial break.
Commercial Break
- We return to hear the theme of Rob Zombie who walks to the ring alongside Eve to a pop from the crowd. He enters the ring and speaks to the WWE Universe. He says "Well, I can safely say I've had one hell of a night tonight, and I hope you have enjoyed the show as much as I have. Firstly, I would like to announce that Bret Hart has called me tonight and says that he WILL be here next week on Raw". The crowd pop, knowing that Hart will be returning soon. Zombie then says his final act will be introducing this lovely divas match, he does the introductions and takes a seat by ringside as the match gets underway.
Natalya, Kelly Kelly & Gail Kim def. Maryse, April Lee & Jillian | A quick divas match, all divas became legal at some point in the match. Mid-match, Maryse left the ring and said she as going to leave, but Rob Zombie stood in her path. Maryse told himto move, but he wouldn't. Maryse turned to walk around the other way, but Zombie grabbed her and threw her back into the ring. In the end, the match was closed when Kelly Kelly hit Jillian with the K2 for the victory for her team. The Divas Champion, Natalya, Kelly Kelly and Gail Kim celebrated along with Rob Zombie and Eve as Maryse, April Lee and Jillian left in anger. We then fade to a promo package. |
- We see a promo package for WWE SummerSlam, airing on the 15th of August, 2010. We then fade backstage.
- Josh Mathews is backstage with Batista to a lot of heat. He asks Batista what he thinks to Orton's accusations of him being involved in the Masked attacks. Batista looks serious and says "So what if I do know some information? It damn sure isn't me behind the mask! I don't need a mask to hide behind when I can destroy John Cena face to face!" Mathews then asks Batista why he doesn't reveal the identities opf the Masked Men, but Batista simply shaked his head and then leaves as we fade to a commercial break.
Commercial Break
John Cena def. Batista via Disqualification | A fantastic Main Event here, and John Cena's injuries didn't seem to be affecting him much until mid-match when Batista was clearly targetting the injured areas. Batista continued to dominate most of the match, eventually planting Cena with a Spinebuster. He covered Cena, but Cena kicked out, showing that he will not go down without a fight. He began to fight back, taking Batista to the limit in his 'Superman' like ways. He hits Batista with his usual array of moves, the shoulder blocks, followed by the spin-out powerbomb, and then the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Cena then measured Batista for the Attitude Adjustment, and he did get him up, and successfully planted BAtista to the canvas with it. He was about to cover him, but out of nowhere, the Masked Men entered the ring and the referee called for the bell. |
- They went straight for Cena as usual, but Cena fought back, keeping the attackers at bay. The crowd noise begins to raise as the camera cuts to Randy Orton and The Hart Dynasty rushing to the ring. They slide in and the four-on-two attack begins, finally the Masked Men are outnumbered, but not for long as Batista grabs Orton and drills him with a Spinebuster. The Masked Men beat down The Hart Dynasty as well and Batista drills Cena with a Spinebuster, too. However, Randy orton gets to his feet and the Masked Men and Batista flee from the ring before he can get them. He smirk and then suddenly, from out of nowhere, the WWE Champion, Sheamus enters the ring and drills Orton with a Pump Kick to the skull. He raises his WWE Championship high with his right foot on Orton's chest as Raw fades to a close.

WWE SmackDown: Friday 25th June 2010...Ahah, the continuation of the Carlito and Zack Ryder tag team, very good feature here. I like it, I feel like I could have gone on with my tag team of these two in my diary, but I cut it short and blended it into The Colóns and The Dudebusters. Good win for them against Chris Masters and Jimmy Wang Yang; it is a shame that Wang Yang was let go. Jack Swagger on Superstars...hopefully this is a rarity for him. He needs properly building. Good win over JTG, though; JTG isn't going to go far if you ask me. Alright, smart opening promo to start up with Chris Jericho in the ring bragging about his World Heavyweight Championship defense at Fatal 4 Way last Sunday. Looking forward to the tag team main event, despite it not looking too strong for a main event. I hope Edge and Jericho's rivalry culminates at SummerSlam, now. MVP beating Shelton Benjamin seemed acceptable, glad to see Benjamin finally make the actual SmackDown card, but the continuation of the Straight Edge Society's business with MVP; that's interesting. Hopefully it does finally end at Money in the Bank. CM Punk unveiling Joey Mercury on SmackDown I am not too satisfied about, could have made such a bigger fuss about. But nevermind. Drew McIntyre beating Brett Dibiase is fine; good way to get a storyline set up with the WWE Intercontinental Champion and Ted Dibiase. Should be a good feud. Jeff Hardy's promo was a great first-hour main event. Very enjoyable with Matt Hardy running to the ring. Goldust and Yoshi Tatsu beating The Dudebusters is acceptable I do suppose. Hopefully Trent Barreta and Caylen Croft are soon given a chance, though. Michelle McCool beating Melina is alright; not so good a return run for Melina honestly. Could have been done better. Beth Phoenix with the save is good. Edge and Big Show beating Chris Jericho and Wade arrett was a good show; pretty decent show, but wow. Kofi Kingston winning the World Heavyweight Championship I am so shocked about. So much is on the line now going into Money in the Bank. I would love a Money in the Bank ladder match situation for the belt. A great show, very impactful.

-Sweet opening promo. Don't know how Cena's going to compete tonight. But I sure look forward to it. -Ezekiel Jackson beating Christian is good. I'd love to see a Christian push. -Smith beating Gaspard is a good call. -Orton and Danielson beating Miz and Sheamus is fine. Orton/Sheamus for The Bash sounds good. -Chavo beating Santino is a good call too. -Cena winning via DQ was smart. It obviously wouldn't be pinfall.--Good Show.

WRESTLING OBSERVER NEWS June 29th, 2010
- Last night on Raw, we saw Rob Zombie take the Guest Host position on Raw. As we said in our last report, Guest Hosts are going to be rare on Raw and will barely ever be used. We haven't seen a Guest Host on Raw for a few months now, and Zombie was one of a chosen few who will continue the system every so often. Apparently, the system is been held up until Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson can find the time to take his spot as Raw Guest Host, and then finally cut it all off, leaving him as the last one.
- Scheduled for this Friday's SmackDown is the new World Heavyweight Champion, Kofi Kingston taking on Wade Barrett in a non-title match. This isn't likely to be the Main Event, and you can expect a Kingston/Jericho match to take place at The Bash most likely, but the Edge/Jericho feud will continue, and is still said to be culminating at SummerSlam.
- Speaking of that match and SummerSlam, many within the company are been told that Edge and Jericho may Main Event SummerSlam, Championship match or not. The current rumour going around is that they will have some sort of gimmick match to close the SummerSlam event, Creative feeling the feud is the best thing the WWE has going at this point. More on this as it comes in.
- According to inside source, Triple H is ready to return to action in time for SummerSlam. It is likely he will continue his feud with Sheamus, and with Sheamus as the WWE Champion, you can expect a WWE Championship match to follow, that is unless Randy Orton takes the belt at The Bash.
- And finally, speaking of Randy Orton, he is set to feud with Batista into SummerSlam, possibly with a match at the event. However, it is likely the feud will roll through SummerSlam, but it is unknown where it will end.

Raw
- Nice opening segment with Cena/Batista. Kind of questionable how Cenas going to do in the condition that he's in. - Very good opening match with Jackson/Christian. Jackson continues his rampage with a win over the US champion, which is good. - The tag match sounds great. Can't wait for it. - Smith over Gaspard is good. Hart Dynasty challenging the masked men is exciting. - Orton/Danielson winning is fine. I like the stare down between Orton and Sheamus - Entertaining segment between The Guerreros/Santino/Zombie. - Really glad that Chavo won. - Great segment with Orton and Cena making peace with each other. - Cool to see the face divas win. - The DQ finish with the masked men attacking Cena is great. Love the show ending with Sheamus standing tall. - Great edition of Raw.

WWE RAW: Monday 28th June 2010...Nice to see a little bit of information on what happened in the matches on WWE Superstars. It is a nice inclusion. Cody Rhodes beating Finlay was expected; I see Finlay retiring by the year's end, honestly. Evan Bourne beating Dolph Ziggler is fine, a good main event to Superstars but Ziggler deserves to be treated better than this if you ask me. Batista's promo was a solid start, but honestly, not a fan of John Cena facing Batista tonight on a free RAW with less than two hour hype. If you wanted a RAW to main event with Cena and Batista, you should have announced it last week. I hope for Cena and Batista's rivalry to come to a finalé at either Money in the Bank or SummerSlam, honestly. Ezekiel Jackson is getting a great push, may I just say. Good win for Zeke against Christian, but Christian needs a WWE Championship reign in 2011 by the latest, otherwise I think it may be too late. Rob Zombie's segment amused me with WWE Champion, Sheamus involved. David Hart Smith and Shad Gaspard wasn't bad; but from one team to another for Gaspard and Shelton Benjamin. They need solo runs: well, Benjamin at least. Gaspard is appauling on his own. Bad debut for Benjamin and Gaspard on RAW anyways, the Hart Dynasty coming out on top. Natalya's segment was nice, good preparing for the Dynasty to face the Masked Men. At The Bash I hope it is revealed who they are in the WWE Unified Tag Team Championship encounter. Wow, Bryan Danielson and Randy Orton, strange combination to see. Good win for them against Sheamus and The Miz in the first-hour main event. However, you're going with the mistake that WWE made in failing with Sheamus' good WWE Championship reign; he never once main evented a RAW episode in a singles match. Hopefully you pick up on that. Chavo Guerrero and Zombie tonight...meh, realistic. Chavo Guerrero beating Santino Marella was alright I guess. Glad to see Chavo seemingly given another chance. Natalya, Gail Kim and Kelly Kelly beating Maryse, April Lee and Jillian is acceptable, not a bad bout. It's sad seeing an emo rocker like Zombie shown dancing with these stereotypical divas, though. Definitely not in character. Great main event with a screwy finish between John Cena and Batista; nice trick on booking with the Masked Men involved as well as Sheamus and Randy Orton. A good edition of RAW tonight, with few flaws.

WWERAW: Good start to the opening segment, I like Batista reasoning, lets see what Cena has to say. I like Cena's never say die attitude, you captured it perfectly. Good start to the show. Zeke winning is good, you definitely seem to like him. Don't job Christian though. I like the tag match set-up for later, seems good. DH over Shad is fine. Nice promo from THD. I hope they do compete. 'You can beat them under WWE rules, it's not as if you haven't wrestled for the WWE before, right?' Holy shit, that a big comment. Looking forward to seeing wehat happens tonight. Good tag team match with the faces going over. Glad Chavo won, I know it may be too late but I'd like you to push him. Good that Cena and Orton are seeing eye to eye as is Hart coming back next week. Don't reallt care for the divas here. Obvious finish to the main event with another Masked Men attack, this angle is really building well though so I don't mind. Glad Sheamus stood tall to enter RAW after he was defated early since he is, of course the WWE Champion. Good show overall.

June 29th, 2010 - Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania; The First Elimination!
"Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."
- Before the opening package, we see Matt Striker standing backstage with all eight NXT Season Two Rookies. He tells us that tonight, all eight Rookies will be judged and placed into the first Pro's Poll. Not only that, but we will be getting our very first evictee, which will be whoever comes last in the Poll. Striker tells us all to enjoy the show as we fade to the opening package, the Rookies looking a little nervous.
Cue Opening Package
- The pyrotechnics explode from the stage as Season Two of WWE NXT commences. Josh Mathews and Michael Cole welcome us to the broadcast and remind us that tonight, we will have our first Pro's Poll of the Season and find out who the first elimination will be. We then hear 'Wild and Young' by American Bang as Matt Striker makes his way to ringside to a pop. The music doesn't stop when he reaches the ring, and he introduces each WWE Pro onto the stage and they sit in their seats. Striker then welcomes the WWE Universe to the event and states that tonight, we will see all eight Rookies compete in hopes to leave a final impression on the Pros before the Poll later tonight. Matt Striker announces that our Main Event will be Mark Henry and Lucky Cannon taking on MVP and Percy Watson. The crowd pop as we see MVP and Mark Henry sat next to each other on the stage. They turn to each other and smirks, obviously having no hard feelings about the match. Striker then tells us that we will also see Titus O'Neil taking on Kaval in singles action. And finally, a Rookie tag team match as Joe Hennig teams up with Eli Cottonwood to take on Duke Rotundo and Alex Riley, and that match... is NEXT! Matt Striker thanks everyone for joining us and leaves the ring as we fade to a promo package.

Commercial Break
Alex Riley & Duke Rotundo w/ The Miz & Cody Rhodes def. Joe Hennig & Eli Cottonwood w/ Kofi Kingston & John Morrison | A lot of the fans were just pleased to see Kofi Kingston as the new World Heavyweight Champion, to be honest, but let's focus on the match. Joe Hennig was on a roll early on, taking it to Duke Rotundo. Hennig tags in Cottonwood and Cottonwood unloads on Rotundo as well. However, later on, Rotundo manages to make the tag to Alex Riley who confuses Eli Cottonwood into tagging in Joe Hennig, taking advantage of his 'low' intelligance. As Hennig jumps in, Riley opens up the attack, and while Rotundo grabs Cottonwood, Riley hits Hennig with the TKO for the victory. Afterwards, Riley flees from the ring with a huge grin on his face, and The Miz nods his head, seemingly regaining faith in Riley and realising that maybe he isn't another 'Daniel Bryan' after all. He and Duke Rotundo celebrate as we fade backstage. |
- We cut backstage to see our new backstage interviewer for NXT, Jamie Keyes. She greets the WWE Universe to a few 'wolf whistles' as she reveals her guest to be Kaval to a huge pop. She asks him if he thinks he's in with a chance of being in tonight's Top Three? Kaval says he definitely does have a chance. He doesn't act too cocky though, saying that the other NXT Rookies are good competitors, but he just feels that he has the edge and has the potential to be the WWE's 'next breakout star'. Kaval leaves, ready for his match as we fade to a commercial break.
Commercial Break
Kaval w/ Rey Mysterio def. Titus O'Neil w/ Zack Ryder | On a side note, Rey Mysterio looks pretty banged up, which could explain his absence from Raw, selling his injuries. Back to the match, Kaval's in-ring ability allows him to out-maneouver O'Neil frequently, but once O'Neil grabs hold of him, he uses his brute force to power Kaval to the canvas. However, in the long run, Kaval managed to take O'Neil down and eventually connect with the Warrior's Way for the victory. Kaval left the ring and celebrated with his Pro, Rey Mysterio. Kaval showed his appreciation to Rey Mysterio, hugging him. The duo celebrated as we fade to a promo package. |
- We see a promo package for this Friday's SmackDown, advertising Chris Jericho versus the Big Show as our Main Event, and also featuring the new World Heavyweight Champion, Kofi Kingston taking on NXT Season One Winner, Wade Barrett. We then cut to a commercial break.
Commercial Break
- We return to once again see Jamie Keyes backstage, this time alongside Lucky Cannon. She asks Cannon if he thinks he could be going home tonight. Cannon shakes his head, as if extremely confident he isn't going home. He says that he is called Lucky Cannon for a reason, and he will live up to his name tonight, and he will go all way to the final of NXT and be the WWE's 'next breakout star'. He walks off and we fade to ringside.
Percy Watson & MVP def. Lucky Cannon & Mark Henry | A great Main Event here, and both Percy Watson and Lucky Cannon got a chance to shine, both showing they have potential. It was a back and forth match, and when MVP and Mark Henry became the legal men, the crowd erupted, seeing the two good friends go at it. It was clear that they both were still friends as they had a ton of respect for each other in the ring. However, the match came to an end while Watson and Cannon were legal. Cannon went for a suplex, but Watson reversed it into his Float-Over DDT for the victory, which we now know he calls 'Party Time!'. Watson and MVP celebrate, but don't just leave, they help Cannon to his feet and make sure he and Henry get some credit. The four clap and both MVP and Henry leave, but Cannon and Watson stay in the ring. |
- 'Get Thru This' by Art of Dying hits and the NXT Rookies make their way to the ring, and Matt Striker enters from ringside. All eight line up facing the Pros on the stage and Striker asks each of them individually to tell the Pros why they deserve to stay. All eight make their voice hear and then the Pros huddle to discuss. We then fade to a commercial break.
Commercial Break
- We return to see the Pros back in their sets and ready for the results. Matt Striker receives word in his earpiece that the results are about to come up on the titantron. He shouts "And now, ladies and gentlemen, it is now time to find out who is top and who is bottom, and most importantly, who is going home!" The titantron kicks into action and we are show the full table.
#1 - Kaval #2 - Percy Watson #3 - Alex Riley #4 - Lucky Cannon #5 - Eli Cottonwood #6 - Joe Hennig #7 - Duke Rotundo #8 - Titus O'Neil
- Matt Striker turns to Titus O'Neil and gives his condolences as he is the first NXT Rookie to be eliminated from Season Two. He asks for some final words. Titus O'Neil says "Alright, I can deal with that, and I know I'll be back, and I will get my chance some day. But I've got one thing to say, if I'd have been given a Pro that actually cared about my in-ring ability rather than my dress sense, it wouldn't be me going home!" The crowd pop as we see a shot of Zack Ryder with his mouth open in shock. O'Neil storms off up the ramp and shoulder barges past Zack Ryder to another pop from the crowd. Ryder's eyes follow O'Neil, still in shock as to what he said. Matt Striker chuckles and turns to Kaval who was named #1, and is clearly ecstatic. He asks Kaval how he feels to be #1, and Kaval says he feels fantastic, and gives out a massive thanks to his Pro, Rey Mysterio. Mysterio smirks from the top of the ramp and gives Kaval a thumbs up. However, it should be noted that this all seems a little freaky, to be honest, Kaval is beginning to be a big suck-up, but it's nothing... right?
- Matt Striker thanks us all for watching and tells us to tune in next week when we have our very first NXT Challenge. NXT then fades to a close as 'Get Thru This' is played through the arena.

WWENXT: First Elimination, that's kinda exciting. Decent opening segment, not alot going on but that's gfine because we'll be getting something at the end of the show. Riley going over is good, don't job out Hennig though. Not a fan of Cottonwoods even if Morrison is his pro. Not a fan of Duke too. Good segment from Kaval, like his honesty. Glad Kaval won, although I like Titus. I find Percy Watson overrated if I'm honest although I love his finisher. I hope Cannon get's a name change too be honest, sounds like a dog. Watson and MVP winning is good. Kaval as 1 I like, Watson as 2 is more realistic to your diary than in real life. Riley as three is good. Liek Cannon at four, he's decent on the mic. Eli, is meh, would've had him above Hennig whose been placed poorly although if this plays out as a cinderella story than it's cool. Rotundo and Titus as the final two is fine. Titus going out is realistic. Good ending, love your style of writing when you say things like ' it should be noted that this all seems a little freaky, to be honest, Kaval is beginning to be a big suck-up, but it's nothing... right?' LOVE IT. Good show overall. I'ma keep reading.

-The Cena/Batista opening segment was well done, but I wish Sheamus would've came out when Batista said he wasn't a threat -Jackson beating Christian is big for him and I like the push he's getting -Orton/Sheamus is a big main event for The Bash, love it. The tag team match is something I love even more as it's a big deal for Danielson -Not a big fan of the Shelton/Shad pairing, but I'll see where it goes. Glad Smith won -Loved the little hint you gave about the masked men having wrestled for WWE before -Yea, I was also wondering what does the Sheamus/Orton match mean for the Batista/Orton feud. Anyway, glad Orton & Danielson won, great first hour main event -The Piggie Guerrero stuff was funny, but it was a good idea to have Chavo win -Surprised to see Kelly get the win for her team, maybe she'll be getting a Divas Title shot in the near future -The main event ended correctly and the post match stuff was great. Glad the Masked Men didn't fully stand tall this week, but having Sheamus do so was great
Good Raw, solid edition, nothing special, but still very good

WWE NXT: Tuesday 29th June 2010...Pretty decent start to the show with Matt Striker in the ring running down the list of events for this week's edition of NXT with the Season Two Rookies. Not that bad an opening contest I suppose, strange pairing with Joe Hennig and Eli Cottonwood, but think if you had two of the contestants as close allies. Alex Riley and Duke Rotundo would be a solid pair. Kaval beating Titus O'Neill is fine, best showcase of how Kaval is small but can take on anybody and dominate. I do see some potential in this O'Neill guy, however. Next, good tag team contest with former tag team partners, MVP and Mark Henry on opposing sides. Percy Watson does stand a great chance of winning this season, if I'm honest. I would love to see it. Alright, and so the polling for the first round of competition begins. Kaval as number one...meh. Too expected. Glad to see Percy Watson come close, as well as Alex Riley. Lucky Cannon is doing pretty fairly. Eli Cottonwood is way too high if you ask me. Joe Hennig and Duke Rotundo are hanging pretty low. They need to be in a higher position next voting poll, if you ask me. Duke has potential. And damn it, I would have preferred Cottonwood to be eliminated from NXT, but Titus O'Neill...alright. A pretty good edition, but not a fan of your rankings for the Rookies.

-Matt Striker previewing tonight is decent. Fine way to kick things off. -Riley and Rotundo beating Cottonwood and Hennig is decent. Would've liked the other time to win but since I like Riley so much to win, it's not a bad move. -Kaval beating O'Neil is a good call. Kaval or Riley have my vote and behind is Hennig. -Percy and MVP winning was a good call. -Titus O'Neil being eliminated was the best call at this point. O'Neil seemed a bit bland to me but I hadn't seen him too much in real-life. -Good NXT

July 2nd, 2010 - Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania; A New Champion
Trent Barreta w/ Caylen Croft def. Goldust w/ Yoshi Tatsu & Hornswoggle Barreta rolled up Goldust for an upset victory after Caylen Croft distracted him.
Matt Hardy def. JTG Hardy picks up the victory after a huge Twist of Fate. Following the match, Hardy screamed at JTG, saying he was 'better than Jeff'.
"Yes, sir, we promised you a great Main Event..."
Cue Opening Package
- The pyrotechnics display creates an uproar of cheers from the WWE Universe as we cut to Todd Grisham and Matt Striker by ringside. They welcome us to the show and remind us that tonight, our Main Event will be Chris Jericho taking on the Big Show in a rematch from a few weeks ago. They also hype the brand new World Heavyweight Champion, Kofi Kingston taking on NXT Season One Winner, Wade Barrett tonight on SmackDown, but before all that, the theme of Kofi Kingston himself hits to a gigantic pop. He comes ut and does his signature entrance, this time though, complete with the World Heavyweight Championship. His pyro explodes and he comes to the ring, clearly ecstatic over his Championship victory last week when he cashed in his Money in the Bank contract. He slaps the hands of fans before entering the ring and speaking to the WWE Universe, still pumped from the victory.
- He kicks things off by saying "I got one thing to say before anything else... Boom, Boom, BOOM!" The crowd go nuts and a "Kofi!" chant begins. The chant fades as Kofi says "For those who didn't see, let's just watch it again, I know Chris is going to love it". The package plays, recapping Kingston cashing the contract in on Jericho and hitting him with the Trouble In Paradise to claim the World Championship for the first time in his career. The package closes and we return to Kingston who has a huge grin on his face to a massive pop. He says "Last week, I lived my dream and became the World Heavyweight Champion, something I only daydreamed about when I was in school, something that I never thought could really happen, but it has. I have battled through thick and thin to get where I am today and I want to thank the entire WWE Universe for supporting me all the way!" A cheer with applause breaks out and yet another "Kofi!" chant begins. Kingston is about to continue but the theme of Chris Jericho blares out to a lot of heat from the crowd. He walks out looking extremely annoyed alongside his protege, Wade Barrett. They both enter the ring and Jericho speaks to Kofi.
- Jericho says "Hand it over...". Kofi looks around in confusion before Jericho repeats "Hand it over!". Kingston shakes his head and then Jericho says "That's my World Heavyweight Championship... it's still mine. You cheated your way to the title with your little contract, and now you're out here pandering to these pathetic parasites about how you beat me, replaying the clip for the world to see. You think that's funny, do you?" Kingston looks around before saying "Yeah..." as the crowd cheer. Jericho looks angry and shouts "Last time I checked, I have a rematch clause, and I am going to be cashing it in!" The crowd pop at the thought of a World Title match tonight, but Jericho then says "But not tonight... I want you, one-on-one at The Bash, and I am going to take my World Title back". Kingston responds by saying "That's fine by me, Chris. You can have your rematch, but I assure you, to be World Heavyweight Champion is my destiny, and I'm not going to let you ruin my dream. I respect you as a performer, Chris, but if it means defeating you again to keep this belt, I'll do it!" The crowd pop and Kingston goes to leave, but Jericho stops him. He shoves him back and says "One mor thing...". Jericho runs for a clothesline on Kingston, but Kingston ducks and then meets Jericho with a Trouble In Paradise right to the jaw, taking him down to the canvas to a massive pop from the crowd. Wade Barrett goes to grab Kofi but he escapes the ring before he can grab hold of him. Wade Barrett tends to his mentor while he stares up the ramp at Kingston, who is grinning and slapping fans hands as he backs up the ramp. We then fade to a commercial break.
Commercial Break
Ted DiBiase, Brett DiBiase & Chris Masters def. Drew McIntyre, Carlito & Zack Ryder w/ Rosa Mendes | An unusual set of teams, but it was a very good opening match. It was clearly focused around The DiBiase's feud with Drew McIntyre however. Brett DiBiase started things off with Carlito. The match eventually broke down with Drew McIntyre was the legal man with Ted DiBiase. However, as DiBiase locked in the Million Dollar Dream, McIntyre quickly escaped, tagged in Zack Ryder and left the ring, grabbing his Intercontinental Championship and leaving up the ramp. This allowed DiBiase to plant Ryder with Dream Street and pick up the victory. The DiBiase's and Chris Masters celebrated the victory as Carlito and Rosa Mendes checked on Ryder on the outside while McIntyre backed up the ramp, staring in anger at Ted DiBiase. DiBIase signalled that he was coming for the Intercontinental Championship as we fade to a promo package. |
- We see a 'Don't Try This' package featuring SmackDown superstar, MVP.
- We cut backstage to see SmackDown General Manager, Theodoe Long in his office, until interrupted by Chris Jericho and Wade Barrett who burst in, Jericho holding his jaw. Jericho demands some sort of punishment towards Kofi Kingston after his actions, but Long shakes his head and reminds Jericho that he made the first move, and therefore Kofi's acts are classed as self-defence. The crowd erupt as Jericho looks shocked. Jericho tells Long that he'll be sorry when Jericho defeats Kingston at The Bash, becomes World Heavyweight Champion once more and takes control of SmackDown again, because Long will be the first to suffer his wrath. Jericho and Barrett turn to leave, but walk right into Edge to a massive pop. Edge smiles and asks Jericho if he's feeling alright after that "nasty bump to the head". Jericho simply snarls and he walks around Edge, Barrett colliding shoulders with him as they leave. Edge looks on chuckling to himself as we fade to a commercial break.
Commercial Break
Beth Phoenix def. Layla w/ Michelle McCool | An average divas mtch, pretty fast and not much action. It bascially put Phoenix across as more of a dominant diva, knocking McCool off the apron at one point and then planting Layla with the GlamSlam for the victory. Afterwards, Beth Phoenix gets jumped my McCool and LayCool beat down on Phoenix. However, Melina comes out for the save and fights LayCool off, throwing Layla out of the ring and leaving it with the three divas. |
- General Manager, Theodore Long comes out and stops the fight. He says "You three ladies are getting out of hand in recent weeks, and therefore, you're going to settle this in a Triple Threat Championship match at The Bash!" The crowd cheer as all three divas look at each other. Phoenix and Melina team up and launch McCool through the ropes and out of the ring into Layla. Then, Phoenix and Melina staredown as we fade to a promo package.
- We see a promo package for WWE The Bash, airing on the 18th of July, 2010. We then return to SmackDown.
- Josh Mathews is backstage with the World Heavyweight Champion, Kofi Kingston to a huge pop. He asks Kingston how it feels to be the World Heavyweight Champion for the first time. Kingston tells him it is fantastic and he never wants it to end. Mathews then asks him if he is confident about facing Chris Jericho at The Bash. Kingston says he knows Jericho is a definite threat to the title, being one of the greatest wrestlers of this era, but he says that this dream means everything to him, and nobody is going to stop it, at least not yet. Kingston goes tpo leave but sees Jack Swagger to a lot of heat. Kingston looks on, waiting for Swagger to say something, but all he says is "I'll be watching...". Kingston walks around him in confusion as Jack Swagger looks on smirking. We then fade to a commercial break.
Commercial Break
- We return to see a promo package for this Monday's Raw, advertising a huge Six Man Tag Team Main Event featuring the team of John Cena, Randy Orton and the United States Champion, Christian, taking on the WWE Champion, Sheamus, Batista and Ezekiel Jackson. We then return to SmackDown.
Non-Title - Kofi Kingston def. Wade Barrett via Disqualification | A brilliant match showcasing two bright young stars who have an excellent future ahead of them. Kingston was enjoying himself so much out there and Wade Barrett was focused on making an impact over the World Champion. The match was back and forth, both superstars earning more respect from the WWE Universe, but in the end, Chris Jericho made his presence felt, interfering in the match and forcing the referee to ring the bell after he nails Kofi Kingston with his own Title. Afterwards, Chris Jericho raises the belt high, shouting that it was his. However, Wade Barrett didn't look all too pleased with his mentor for costing him the match, but he managed to hold his anger together and leave with Jericho as Kingston lay out on the canvas. Something's gotta give, Wade, come on. |
- We fade backstage and the WWE Universe are shocked to see The Great Khali laid out in the locker room area with a completely destroyed steel chair next to it. Ranjin Singh rushes to the scene and screams for help as Khali hols his head on the floor. Whodunnit? No doubt we'll find out right now...
- We fade back to the arena where Jack Swagger is making his entrance with a gigantic grin on his face. He gets a ton of heat before entering the ring, grabbing a microphone and speaking to the WWE Universe. He says "So, I'm here, the All-American American King of the Ring is here and ready for my match with the 'Punjabi Playboy', The Great Khali... Oh, wait... what's that? He can't make it? Oh, what a shame, I guess that means I win by forfeit, huh? Damn, I was so looking forward to that ma--" Before he can finish, Theodore Long appears on the titantron at the scene of the attack. The Great Khali is been hlped to his feet by many EMTs in the background. Long says "Jack, it seems your opponent has been taken out, and I'm not naming any names because I have no proof, but you are incorrect if you think you are winning this match by default. I have found a man who is more than ready to compete tonight, so enjoy your brand new opponent, holla!"
Edge def. Jack Swagger | The crowd goes nuts as Edge's theme hits the arena. He comes out ready to fight, slides into the ring and ducks a clothesline, bouncing off the ropes and then SPEAR! Edge covers Swagger for a fantastic victory in record time. Edge celebrates and leaves the ring looking crazed to a huge pop. The commentators reminds us that Jack Swagger does still have his World Heavyweight Championship opportunity at any PPV of his choice, but he isn't exactly looking very credible to have that opportunity. We then fade to a commercial break. |
Commercial Break
- We return to see the Big Show backstage along with Josh Mathews. Mathews asks him if he is happy to see Kofi Kingston as the World Heavyweight Champion. Big Show says "To be honest, anything is better than Jericho holding it, that's why me and Edge helped him out last week, anybody holding the belt is better than a Jericho reign". Mathews then asks Show if he plans to challenge for the World Title soon. Show says "Of course, I'm the World's Largest Athlete, I have every right to have a World Title shot, and I'm going to beat Chris Jericho right now and prove that I do deserve that shot!" Show walks off as we fade to ringside.
- We hear CM Punk's theme hit. The Straight Edge Society, now with the latest addition, Joey Mercury stroll down to the ring to a lot of heat. Mercury is in ring gear, ready to compete against MVP for a SmackDown contract. The Society enter the ring and CM Punk speaks. He says "At Fatal 4 Way, MVP got a fluke victory over yours truly, and believe me, that will be avanged. But, for the time being, I would like to personally welcome the newest member of our Straight Edge Society, disciple, Joey Mercury". The crowd boo loudly, but Mercury steps forward with a proud smile on his face. Punk then hands the microphone to Mercury and tells him to 'take it away'. Mercury speaks to the WWE Universe. He says "It's been a long while since I stepped foot in a WWE ring, and the last time I was here, there was a part of me I just couldn't forgive, and it wouldn't let me go. Ever since that scumbag Jeff Hardy broke my nose all thos eyears ago, I was forced to take painkillers for months to help soothe the pain which he inflicted. I regret to admit that for a while, I was stuck on those drugs, I was unwillingly addicted to these filthy things, but then, my saviour, CM Punk approached me, and since then, he has been my guiding light, showing me the ways of Straight Edge, and how I can be better than everyone in the entire world, just by pledging my alliegance to this glorious cult". The crowd erupt with boos, and we see CM Punk, Luke Gallows and Serena in the background smiling at his words. Mercury closes the segment by saying "Tonight, I earn myself a SmackDown contract, and show my superiors why I deserve my place in the Straight Edge Society by defeating the corruption known as MVP who is making his best attempts to prevent the Straight Edge lifestyle from spreading and healing the world. I PLEDGE STRAIGHT EDGE... FOR LIFE!" He drops the microphone and gets a ton of heat. The Straight Edge Society leave the ring as MVP's theme hits to a huge pop. The match then begins.
Joey Mercury w/ The Straight Edge Society def. MVP | A brilliant match here, Mercury showing no signs of ring rust whatsoever. MVP was angered at Mercury's comments and is dead set on finishing off the Straight Edge Society. He shows a very aggressive side to him tonight, but still remains in babyface mode. He beats down on Mercury, almost as if to try and make him regret joining The SES. However, the numbers game proved to be a vital adcvantage for Mercury in this one, The SES distracting MVP from his task at hand, allowing Mercury to hit him with the Alley Oop which he apparently calls the Mercury Landing. He hooks MVP's leg for the victory, earning himself a SmackDown contract. Afterwards, Joey Mercury is congratulated by his fellow SES members as MVP rolls out of the ring. MVP looks on in anger as The SES celebrate as we fade to a commercial break. |
Commercial Break
- We return to see Josh Mathews standing by with Jeff Hardy to a huge pop. Mathews asks Hardy what he thinks to his brothers actions as of late. Hardy says that Matt has done this before and it ended with Matt coming out on top, which asn't what should have happened. Hardy says he loves his family, and still has love for Matt, but as long as he is behaving like this, he doesn't want to know him. Hardy walks off but is blinsided by Matt Hardy himself with a steel chair. Matt beats his brother down and screams "I'm better than you!" before throwing the chair down and storming off. Josh Mathews checks on Jeff as we fade to ringside.
Chris Jericho w/ Wade Barrett def. Big Show | This was a highly anticipated rematch from a few weeks ago, and the crowd were really into it, especially due to the earlier segments with Chris Jericho. Jericho attempts to take the giant down, but Show takes immediate control, throwing Jericho around the ring, making sure he knows that he is after the World Heavyweight Championship spot which Jericho has. Show dominates most of the match until Wade Barrett gets involved and distracts Big Show, but Barrett simply gets tossed aside by Show, but the distraction id it's job and Jericho gains control, dropkicking Show in the knees and chopping him down to size. Jericho then acts all smug, clearly thinking all the work is his. However, Edge runs to ringside but is stopped by Wade Barrett who is back up and begins trading blows with Edge, But then suddenly, the World Heavyweight Champion Kofi Kingston comes out and both Edge and Kingston take Barrett out. However, Big Show once again becomes distracted by all the chaos and turns around into a huge Codebreaker from Jericho, but Show stumbles back into the ropes, bounces off and is hit with a second Codebreaker which drops him to the canvas. Jericho then covers him for the victory. Jericho doesn't get chance to celebrate as Edge and Kingston slide in the ring. |
- Edge goes for a Spear on Jericho, but Jericho moves out of the way as Edge flies past him. Kingston then goes for the Trouble In Paradise, but Jericho ducks. He dodges and evades these attacks and then flees with Wade Barrett. Kingston and Edge get to their feet, as does the Big Show. All three stand in the ring, but suddenly, Show grabs both men around the throat and Chokeslams them to the mat, obviously angry that they distracted him and basically cost him the match. Big Show stands tall in the ring as SmackDown fades to a close.
