Hello guys, I haven't been on in ages but over the past few months I have been selling some of my Jakks collection (Not to much as I still have the biggest majority left). I didnt want to stop collecting but found I needed money for other things and still collecting wasn't helping at all. Anyways, after seeing what Mattel has to offer I have been REALLY surprised with there product and am really interested on getting some of there figures. You might have been asked this question a few times but since I haven't been on in a while and need some help it would be much appreciated if you could answer my question and hopefully give me some information from you that have bought Mattel's new products. How does the new figures compare to Ruthless Aggression's etc..
Thanks a lot guys and happy collecting! ;D

Personally I think there's some things that Jakks has done better, but as a whole I like the Mattel figures more.

In my opinion, overall, Mattel figures are much, much better. Especially the elites. I'm playing with my Elite Punk and Mysterio even as I type this.

Some of the head sculpts are not the greatest, but overall, the Mattel figures are far and away superior to the Jakks product. The detailing is much better and more accurate, everybody is not the same height, and nobody has those ridiculous balloon biceps. There are actually appropriate body types for each wrestler, too. It's no contest.

With the exception of a few suspect headsculpts (which I attrribute mostly to paint application), Mattel is far and away superior to Jakks.
