I have no problem with the repaints, at least there good repaints. The re-releases is what gets so annoying.

Even rereleases didn't bother me, because like with repaints - 1. I know there more people out there than just me that they have to cater to. 2. There's nobody forcing me to buy it so if I didn't like it I save some money for other things. 3. There's always somebody new wanting to buy their first WWE figure so why shouldn't they get a certain figure that may have been released a while back. (I don't now nor ever cared about the secondary market)
So I never cared about rereleases or repaints.

no matter what, you will always see a couple of the "Main" guys come out every year, just because there's always new fans and new kids to cater to ,and Mattel is going to want to have a Cena,'Taker ,HHH, Batista,Mysterio, etc. for them to be able to pick up....
they also know that the hard-core collector's will be willing to pick up specific deco's for these guys,as long as it's TV or PPV accurate...
both ways,it means lots of repaints and rereleases for the duration of mattel's run...

Not at all. With jakks, repaints basically mean the exact same attire and all pained slightly different. With mattel, its the same parts but a completely new look which is awesome. Adds more variety and keeps things fresh.
