All I care is he is happy. However I don't see how the man could be. He looks like he must've been in a lot of pain. Poor guy.

I don't believe he's unhealthy or anything. That's basically a side effect of the countless jaw surgeries. Look at Roger Ebert.

I saw the vid of the show where this pic is taken. The Brain, one of the greatest mic men in history, can barely speak. That is unthinkable to me. Even worse, I don't think he smoked or dipped (I could be wrong) to invite such a tragedy. My heart goes out to him.
On a positive note, it's great to see Bundy looking thinner, happy, and younger than his years suggest.

I had the distinct honor of meeting Bobby back in November, and though he looks like hell he's not letting it beat him. I was literary moved to tear when seeing my idol like this and hearing him try to talk. At which point Bobby put his arm on my shoulder and said something along the lines of "don't cry for me, I've lived an amazing life" If I never see the Brain again that's a hell of a memory to be left with

"Wait, let me get this now, you wanna talk about wildlife? When I came here they had.. they had the three Freebirds.. they had, the Junkyard Dog, Mad Dog.. umm, two Bulldogs, umm.. a guy with a, a Matilda--another dog.. uhh, there was a Junkyard Dog, ya had insects, you had two Killer Bees, ya had serpants, you had a guy with a snake, ya had a Hawaiian guy with a lizard, umm.. and to top it off, I'm the Weasel, doing commentary with a Gorilla!" That's one of the most awesome things I've ever heard. No doubt it was off the top of his head too. Awesome, he truly is one of a kind. Just makes this whole thing ever more tragic than it already is. |

Just choked up when he said "I wish Monsoon was here..." I was there in NYC in 2004 and it was a sheer joy to see the Brain enjoying what he did....
