i have both elimination chamber and wm2 rsr. and i prefer the wm2 ring. the cage is pure awesomness, and it just brings u back to a time when wrestling was great. i love everything about the wm2 ring. were the elimination chamber has its flaws

WrestleMania 2 - Old school cage and best bang for your buck! Exactly! I am hoping to purchase one this weekend when I have some extra funds in my account.

Depends what you want. I have the cell because i wanted a modern looking ring. The first wresltmania one had its problems with parts breaking and turnbuckles bending. The WM2 one cured these probs i think. Cell is cool but since ive brought it ive never bothered settin the cell up just use the ring as its alot of hassle tbh.

I wish I'd known the WM2 was going to get 're-released' as I bought a HIAC but very happy with that so my vote goes there!

I was all set to buy the ring tomorrow...
But now I'm wondering, with the current sale going on, was the price of this ring raised a little to make up for the Royal Rumble Sale? Or has the WM2 ring been at this price for some time now?
I'm just wondering if I'm better off waiting a week or two until the sale is over, and then the price will come down again ... because when I added it to my cart tonight and went to checkout, I was only saying $4.80 with the sale.

Last question re: the WM 2 ring ... how difficult is it to put together on a scale of 1-10?

I would have to say WM2 because I always loved that blue cage. It was a cage match on Sat. Night's main event betwen Hogan and Orndorff that got me hooked on wrestling. It was in January of 1987.

I have 2 of the 1/10,000 Exclusive editions MIB (one has been opened and reboxed) and a loose RSR HIAC set. I LOVE my 1/10,000 WM1 Editions, but the HIAC set is so much more than just a ring. With the HIAC RSR set you get the most up-to-date RSR available, floor mats AND THE CELL. Makes for a much larger footprint, granted, but allows for much more display area as well. And dammit, it looks cool as hell!
IMO, the worst RSR to date is the EC playset, as it doesn't even come with ring skirts. So, what if I decide I just want to use the ring? SOL.
