This has got to be the most stupidest thing around,to have A.J. go as a blonde.He's not Flair so why push him in that direction? Just let him be himself,and change him back to a good guy. This is the stupidest thing around?? Let me ask you something, if you went up to 100 people and ask them who AJ Styles is maybe 10 would know, if you ask the same 100 people who Ric Flair is I bet you almost all of them will know. This is a formula that has always and will always work. It's what made Flair get over back in the day when he stole the Nature Boy name and started copying Buddy Rogers that led into there feud and Flair going over making people say hey this guy is something. AJ can do the same thing here, let him copy the moves, copy the look then make them into his own. You think of Nature Boy today you think of Ric Flair not Buddy Rogers, the same can be done for AJ. Plus AJ is not getting any younger, he can use a change of style, I mean you guys will be pissed if he stops doing all his high spots, but the man has to worry about his future, and keep shortening his career by doing the stuff he was doing at 21. All in all this gimmick is giving AJ something fresh, and may keep him around for a few extra years. It's nice to see somebody with a good head on his shoulders, that see's the big picture. Thank You. AJ can not be a spot monkey forever, and his association with Flair is only enhancing his name value so that when they have their inevitable split, AJ vs Flair will be a featured attraction, which is what Flair's matches should be at this point in his career. |
