I've only seen Heritage once and the only figure that wasn't there was Edge, there were at least two or three of the others, but no Edges.

Place I went to yesterday was fully stacked with at least 2 of everyone besides Edge. So yeah I guess there aren't really any rare ones - plus, considering the figures are really expensive already I don't think it's worth buying them just to sell on ebay. You probably won't make more than maybe 1 or 2 quid on top of what you paid for them. The ones on ebay at the moment are about £9.99.

None Really ATM Apart from 1/1000's - There stacks of them in Australia seem x4 of each at once and they don't seem to be moving.

I don't think any are rare. But, it does seem that the case distribution may not be the same everywhere. I was fortunate enough to get to see an untouched Walmart display at 2 different Walmarts in the same city.
The first one had 6 Austins, but only 1 Edge. The other store had several Cenas and 2 of Edge, but no Austins.
The 1/1000 at each store was a Series 1 Cena.

My area just got new shipments of these in. Wish they would have gotten series 2 instead.

definitely Batista, followed by Orton, then Cena around here....have seen Austin,Edge, and Taker multiple times, but only saw 1 Batista one time, 2 Cena's at the same store, and 2 Orton's at a different Wal-Mart...never saw those 3 ever again...

heritage sits here collecting dust too, especially edge for some reason, i assume its because he's been out with injury and the kids have a short memory
