They sure do! I got my starter kit in March, haven't wanted a cigarette since. And I was heavily addicted to cigarettes.
I think the main reason people turn to the e-cig and go back to regular cigarettes is because the brand they bought isn't powerful enough. That's why I went with V2. Thickest and strongest vapor out of them all. I know I sound like a sales person, but for real, V2 is the best. Lots of flavors to choose from, vapor strong enough to keep you away from real cigarettes, and awesome customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to quit. Trust me, it works. I should also mention, V2 beat Blu in sales over the past year.
It's win-win, really. Costs less in the long run, you can 'smoke' inside, it doesn't make you smell, there's no butts, and it doesn't kill you.
