I hate to be THAT guy, but its going to be released in mass production.
I mean if there are MOC pics of it and there isnt any sort of special edition or anything youd think it would be.
I wouldnt pay more than $20 for it.

I'm not sure if I could pay that much without knowing how many were produced.

I wouldn't pay $576.66 for the real Jeff Hardy. I kinda hop it does get released into mass retail, just to hear their reaction.

I am guessing it will see mass retail production. However, I doubt the back of the box will be the same considering it hosts photos of series 1.

I don't think Mattel would unpack all the Jeff Hardy figures and repackage them. If it matters, all they would need to do is put a different series sticker over the Series 1 language. Even then it would be waste of time and money, just drop them in a case and get them to retail.

Wow that's a crazy amount of money for a figure. I'll be meeting Jeff here in my local mall on the 20th. I'll ask him if he knows anything about this as far as it goes with hitting mass retail or not.

i'm sure it will get a retail release at some point...if it got to the point of actual production - figure, package, accessories - then they didn't just make 10 or 20...they made thousands....
most likely Mattel was told to "sit on them" until such time as Hardy returns....then they'll just slip them into cases of whatever Elite series is due to come out next....i doubt they'll worry much about it haoriginally being part of series 1,and having the rest of the series on the back...

I'll bet it was Jeff Hardy himself who bought the figure because in the DVD he said his entire figure collection was melted away when his house burned down.
