Edit: It looks to be a part of series 1 as well.

ya know, this may be the saddest thing any dork has ever said, but seeing as how Jeff is one of my all time favorites, and I am a die hard Hardy figure collector...this gave my a special, butterfly-type feeling in my gut. this figure is damn sweet. i am crossing the proverbial fingers that this puppy pops up in decent quantities in retail.

As I recall the Hardy DVD was canceled for a a couple months as well. CS1 Bret was a "mabey" In alot of people minds as was proven by the fact he was obviously added last as he was not on the back of any of the CS1 cards except his own. And to add to what someone posted elite HBK is not featured on the backs of either of the other two figures in that set. All that combined I have a feeling this figure got scrapped when the linups/protos got shown like the DVD and a couple weeks later was back on. Just in time for it to be a end run shipment probably packed up the ass in case ratio to balance it out.

Or maybe someone wants it but is hoping more will show up so they are causing a problem with it until more do show up. I noticed it a few days ago but thought it was a custom or mock up and didn't look at it. |

They probably did, why else would it be MOC and in some stores? A lot are probably just sitting in a mattel warehouse, no way they would destroy them. Eventually once the jail thing is cleared up and if Jeff signs with TNA or not I'm sure this figure will be put out... |
