Hello, I went figure hunting twice today. The first time I went to K-Mart which has been a hot spot for Mattel down here and to my surprise they had all of Elite Series 2 and the Series 2 Two-Packs. I picked up Elite - Orton, Dibiase and Hardy (They're $30 each here so I couldn't justify spending nearly $200 in one hit on this set) All great figures and passed on the 2 Packs which are $37. Was really hoping for Series 1. The second time, I went back to the same store to grab something not wrestling related and found an elite Orton on the floor. It looked like it had been kicked a few times. So I picked up another one to open. I'll open the others eventually. Here's the pic's. My Mattel collection is growing.      |

Awsome Stuff Mick! Getting Elite 2 2moro!! Can't Wait! Australia Is getting a great Distrubtion unlike with Jakks. Funny Just found Elite 1, 2 Weeks Ago and now Elite 2!

I'm really happy with Mattel. Maybe the prices could be a little better. But the quality is there to be seen. Randy Orton is my favourite Mattel fig. Even though I prefer Basic articulation. This figure is awesome.

Wow thanks for the pics. That orton looks amazing. Ive been dying to get that orton since the protos were released. The price you guys have to pay really sucks. Ive been searching for elite 2 for a couple of days with no luck. And I am glad australia is getting the proper distribution that jakks couldn't give.

30$ ? why so expensive there? Good question. Australia has GST which is a sales tax and that would be added on to the total. Just checking my receipt's and I payed a total of... $15.89 GST!!! What an expensive joke that is!  Then you have the retailer trying make a buck or two. Does anybody know if Mattel sets prices or do they put it in an area and the retailer can go from say $20-$30 and they just chose the maximum allowed? Thanks! |

Sweet finds. I think you are the first person to have Elite Series 2.  I love how they are posed in the box, especially Matt. Awesome for MOC collectors. |
