i talked to someone at ringside 2 days ago, he said first or second week of feb..

That's way too much. Plus they don't have them as singles. I have had the ones I wanted on preorder with RSC since NYE. They are HHH X2, Orton & DiBiase. I might get Hardy when I see him but I'll pass on Batista & the Truth.
