My favorite of all time has to be the Von Erich Claw. As far as tag finishers it's the Spike Piledriver.
Other favorites include:
Submission:
Million Dollar Dream Figure Four Leg Lock.
Tag Team:
Doomsday Device Rock n Roll Express Double Dropkick
Singles :
DDT (Jake Roberts) Arn Anderson's Spinebuster Ricky Steamboats Flying Body Press The Rude Awakening The Perfect Plex Mr. Wonderful's Piledriver The Powerbomb (Vader & Sid) Tully Blanchard's Splingshot Suplex Barry Windham's Superplex

The doomsday and demolitions finisher for tag teams were always my favorite. The "Hart Attack"? for the Hart Foundation was great too. Come to think of it there are a lot of great classic tag team finishers.

Double A's spinebuster was a thing of beauty, and his gordbuster was not bad either. Another spinebuster that I loved was Ron Simmons.
I totally forgot to add Lex Lugar's torture rack to my list of favorite submissions.
Can't forget about the Great Muta's moonsault.

Definitely agree with june about Arn Anderson's Spinebuster. So brutal but at the same time remaining such a beautiful move. The Stone Cold mark in me wants to say the Stunner as well. The Figure Four is definitely up there. Triple H's Pedigree and Stan Hansen's Lariat round out my favorite classics I guess.

Singles: The Perfect Plex.
Tag Team: The Hart Attack
But The perfect plex has always been my favorite classic Finisher. A simple move made to look great by one of the best the buisness ever had.

I seriously can't believe I forgot to mention:
Macho Man's Elbow drop.
Beautiful Bobby's Alabama Jam.
And although not really a move, Ron Garvin's right hand.
"Stunning" Steve Austin's "stun-gunn"

Absolutely, even newer guys like David Young couldn't quite get it right, something about the way Arn did it became (at least to me) gospel. Agree about Stan Hansen's Lariat, and I must admit I quite liked Cowboy Bob Orton's Superplex as well.

Orton's superplex was nice, but he lacked the athleticism to really make it look like a million bucks, which Barry Windham later did. Damn imagine how sweet it would have been to see him win the World Championship from Ric Flair via way of the Superplex?

I love the Sharpshooter, but one of my favorite all-time maneuvers is Bob Backlund's Crossface Chickenwing.
