Couple of problems so far for me.
1. Series 1 Evan Bourne. His forearm is on backwards. 2. Heritage Edge. A few paint smudges on the back of the tights.
Nothing major, they don't really bother me too much as I am a loose displayed collector, but since you asked I thought I would share.

elite series 1- undertaker loose ankles cm punks knee pads too stiff
elite series2- all figs have tight ankles pads are easy to bend.
I think they fixed alot of the problems so i give mattel props for that

my Mark Henry's feet seem to be slightly rounded on the bottoms making it difficult to have him stand without his little peg-plate.

Of my 20 figures, 11 have ankle problems and fall off their stands. Most have minor paint issues, the worst being the smudged logo on my Jericho's shin pad. Of the figures I've passed up in stores I have seen a Cena with a broken arm and an Elite Mysterio that looked like it's leg was separated from the body.

Problems with mine:
Elite Edge - completely locked/fused waist. Can't turn at all.
Carlito - small chunk of hair missing from the back of his head.
Finlay and Morrison - legs warped slightly inwards (this may have been my fault though).
And then of my 25 figures, about 15 have either chipped paint (eg Kofi's trunks), paint marks (eg white paint dots on Carlito's right arm, black dots on Big Show's leg and Santino's beard) or small paint errors. And my basic Cena had three dirt smudges on the jeans in the packaging.
I do think quality control should be better on these considering the price. It makes me hesitant to buy any more online, because there seems to be such a good chance of having imperfections or even defects. I think for the most part I'm going to wait until I see figures on shelves just so I can check for obvious errors.

My Elite Rey and Punk can't move their legs forward. I'm afraid to try too much force to break 'em loose for fear of them breaking off completely.

I have over twenty guys and have a very little issues. Maybe a loose ankle here or there but nothing major.

I few of my figures have loose parts. Like my Cena's hands are really loose and the shoulders too tight.

People that have trouble displayling them on stands can just twist one boot slightly, no problem.
