Found this out on Wrestlezone, watch at 2:42 you clearly see the X signal, which means that they're injured.

umm, again, I don't know how it looked on TV..but Big Show never really touched the ref.
EDIT:
Okay, so the big ol' Sommet Center screen did not deceive me. The only way Big Show hurt that ref is if his fist is so powerful, it doesn't need to come in contact with someone to knock them out...with like sound waves or something.

i remember triple h did a spinebuster and busted his knee at a ppv and they threw up the x and u could tell it was real.....but this one looked like a work

I'm sure it's a work I'm pretty sure I saw show get hit in one eye but have the other eye closed later on

if it wasnt a work and was real the ref wouldnt have sold like that and rolled, it was completely worked.
