is it hard to switch heads from Mattel to jakks? i want to make one to my HBK but i dont want to break it cuz it was my 1st Mattel fig.

They pop off easily. On the Mattel figures the stem that they sit on stays inside the torso via an eyehook.

Size is the only thing you need to worry about. Some Jakks heads are huge on Mattel bodies. Other than that, it's a fairly straight forward process.

Use a little hot water if you are afraid to break something but other than that it is easy. But as pridefcf has stated size might be an issue as well as skin tone. Hopefully you don't have to spend too much cash to figure out your idea won't work-I just hate when that happens.

Size is the only thing you need to worry about. That's what she said? ... but it's true. The Mattel heads will be small on RA bodies, and the RA heads will be large on Mattel bodies (with exceptions).

I think the Havoc Unleashed HBK Series 4(?) head will work well on a Mattel figure as long as the skin tones match up.

yeah skin tone is the only problem my brother found when mixing and matching Jakks and Mattel.
