Until I got down to his feet ! What did they do, put Big Shows foot on him ?  This is the figure I really wanted. I'm not sure if I should take it back because it's the only one they had. I have a picture fed, I cant use this figure, with a foot like that ! |

That sucks man. I actually had to glue my CM Punk Elite due to that. Don't know if it helped much aesthetically, but it kept them from being loose.

Keep the figure and contact mattel. They will send you a coupon to the value of him and you can get another without losing this one just in case.

I got a Taker with two right feet and I don't feel like buying a new one and swapping the old one - ie, dealing with the customer "service" desk at Walmart. |

try pushing the peg into the foot maybe its not all the way in.

Its the right foot, it is just loose. My elite Taker and Punk both had the same problem.

It almost looks like the foot is warped, as it is not flush with the floor, at least that's how the photo makes it appear.

Not that it matters, but if anything that's the Undertaker's foot, not Big Show. Big show only has basic figures and the feet are not interchangeable. While I can't be sure based on your picture, I'm not even sure that's the wrong foot. If you look at the bottom of the foot you can tell it's warped. instead of being flat, it's got a crazy arch. That arch is causing the heel to pull back from the ankle. I'd heat up the foot and try to correct it.

The feet on my randy orton fig are exactly the same as the pic's. The left foot is worse, but both feel like they could snap off.
I've got a spare Series 1 HHH and might swap boots with him.
