I've now seen Mistico packed with a DVD and also the standard edition with a CMLL title belt (literally just a belt with gold plate and CMLL written on it). Haven't seen any others with DVDs so far. They seem to be popping up for sale in the US (mainly from Cali), and at FAR lower prices if you know where to look. I've seen them as low as $8, which tells me my original thought about them costing closer to $4-5 at retail seems to be correct (since no one charges original price online).

The problem is that they are available in Mexico, a place where just about everything is haggled for (price wise). I'm sure there are going to be plenty of these available in the near future, but I have seen them on ebay at very affordable prices. Buying fromt eh CMLL website is like taking your car back to the dealer for repairs if it's out of warranty....your going to pay!

From what I've been able to find out, these are being sold at, among other places, Wal-Mart stores in Mexico. If I am able to understand properly, the Mistico with the DVD is only sold at Wal-Mart and one other store. These are brand new and are starting to trickle in to the United States. I got the Mistico at a reasonable price, and am watching out for some of the others.
No one in their right mind, unless they REALLY need to get the figures right now, will pay what the CMLL site is asking. It's easy to be tempted right now, but I can wait a while for that Dr.Wagner figure and pay a lot less.

These look terrible. They look like they would break in half after a week.

Also notice that he's posted 10 times in the past year, and about half of them were to write that non-jakks stuff if garbage. ANYWAY, figures with DVDs of just about everyone have now popped up for sale online. That means that obviously all the figures, and not just Mistico, have two version: with DVD and without.

Well, if it's any consolation I was REALLY tempted to shell out the money for the Dr. Wagner figure even though I knew they'd be found somewhere cheaper later on. Patience is a virtue sometimes. I've got someone who lives in Texas about two miles from the border checking the Wal-Mart there. I'll let you know what I find out.

Can someone let me know how well these are made and does anyone have a picture of Garza ? These are brand new and I don't think anyone here has managed to get them in hand yet. I ordered the basic version of Mistico online, but haven't got it yet. As soon as people have them I'm sure they'll post reports about what they're like in person. As far as pic of the Garza, you can follow the link on the original post of this thread to the CMLL site and they have pics of all of the figures there.

10 posts doesn't mean anything about my wrestling figure knowledge. I was stacking AWA Remco's before you people were born!

10 posts doesn't mean anything about my wrestling figure knowledge. I was stacking AWA Remco's before you people were born! For what it's worth, I was 9 when the Remco's where originally hitting the shelves. So, yes, basically I was born then. What that has to do with the observation that you only seem to post to slam non-Jakks product is beyond me. It's not the amount of posts, it's what you do with them, and you seem to either a)slam non-WWe products, or b)troll about it after the fact(see your latest post). The only people worried about the "quality" of the figure breaking are the kiddies who want to play rough with them. We, as collectors, are probably more concerned with the fact that it's the first official CMLL line released since the mid-90s and quality looking mexican figures (and these LOOK pretty cool from where I sit) only come out every once in a blue moon. On-topic for those who care
