I'm well impressed! Especially by Dusty, Road Warriors & Austin. Slaughter's attire leaves a lot to be desired, but the Head Scan & Hat are great. Glad they are Elite style, was hoping for that. These Kick Jakks Classics Ass! Is this pic from the U.K. or German Toy Fair as I tried searching all over the net for U.K. & German Toy Fair pics to see if they had any Mattel stuff on show. US ToyFair Thanks for that. I thought the U.S. Toy Fair didn't start until this Sunday through to Tuesday or Wednesday. I presume this is a sneaky snap shot from somewhere. |

I like how they seem to have getting Dusty's Body Proportion just right & you can have him Wrestling either in Full Singlet or just the Trunks as he did do that.
Think they should make Dusty's Singlet top just a tad longer though to cover his stomach, but, other than that, these Legends figs are looking superb!
Can you imagine what Ricky Steamboat will be like, especially if they can get it to look anything / match Hasbro's Steamboat, the accessories Mattel will do will look insane!

While I can understand the comments about Slaughter's attire, I have to disagree. To me, this is a good sign that Mattel is researching wrestling's past. As a fan of Slaughter's early work in the Former Fed, I have to say that I'm pleased they reached back that far to come up with that attire for a Sarge figure. That Dusty is spot-on; the scan captures the goofy facial expressions that were his trademark in the silly polka-dot era. While the legs are too skinny right now (especially for Animal), the Warriors are a classic NWA-era throwback. Love the detail on the entrance gear. I just got excited about Mattel's Legends line.  |

Wow....umm...Really liking the Dusty, Loving the LOD, Austin looks pretty good, think i'll wait til i see Slaughter in person. Not so sure on that 1 yet.

Wonder what Classic Divas they will give us....hmmm...I can only wish for Miss Elizabeth and Linda McMahon  They could give us a Classic 2 Pack of Goldust and Marlena. Goldust with removable wig and coat and Marlena with a removable dress, she could have a cigar in her hand. Though I already have a Marlena just like that  thanks to Ralph's dress. They could give us Elizabeth with a removable dress and Linda could have a removable suit type thing. I can only hope they give us Classic Divas that we didn't get with Jakks. Heck if they want they can try with Sunny, maybe we will get a great headscan or any other Classic Diva Jakks did/tried. Trish would be cool from Mattel. A removable coat and hat and also removable shirt and pants. Kind of like CS24 and AD10 all in one but the headscan wouldnt work for both eras. I can't wait to see more pics. I hope for some better pics of Mickie. Maybe even some pics of Kelly or Melina! But the one's featured in this pic look great. I love the LOD, I never got them from Jakks, may have to from Mattel, they look awesome! Slaughter's whistle accessory is awesome! Wish Jakks wouldn't thought of that so I could have it for mine! SCSA is your typical SCSA nothing to flip over for me. And Dusty looks awesome, I never got a Dusty either, now may be the time! Hope for more pics soon! |

I'd like for some Elite Classics 2-Packs based on certain feuds or matches & of course the old school Tag Teams, but, it would depend on weather Mattel are allowed to release certain people as it attains to guys who are in TNA in particular, only because some 2-Packs / Attires I would have hoped for were.....

Jakks were able to release Nash in Classics when he was under contract to TNA, so, I guess we'll have to wait & see what they are & are not available to do.
